Claims (2)
- Spritzdüse zur Behandlung von Schichtmaterial mit Hilfe von Wasserstrahlen/-nadeln, umfassend:einen Körper (1) zur Druckwasserversorgung, umfassend eine Versorgungskammer (2), die sich über die gesamte Länge des Körpers erstreckt und in deren Inneres durch einen Filter (4) das Wasser unter Druck eingeleitet wird;eine Verteilungszone, die das Druckwasser über die gesamte Behandlungsbreite gegen eine Platte (7) verteilt, die mit Mikroperforationen versehen ist, deren Löcher Wassernadeln (8) definieren, die gegen die Oberfläche des zu behandelnden Materials (S) gerichtet sind, wobei das Material von einem Förderelement getragen wird, das einer Ansaugquelle unterworfen ist, die die Ableitung des Behandlungswassers ermöglicht,
- Spritzdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Raum zwischen den beiden Seitenwänden (21), die den Verteilungskanal (22) definieren, zwischen 1 mm und maximal 10 mm liegt, wobei die Höhe der Wände ihrerseits zwischen 5 mm und 100 mm liegt.
