Claims (7)
- Schleifgerät (1) zum Schleifen von zylindrischen Gegenständen (2) aus Hartmetall, insbesondere für Schleifeinrichtungen (3), wobei das Schleifgerät (1) umfasst:- mindestens einen ersten und einen zweiten zylindrischen Schleifkörper(4, 5), die entsprechende Umfangsschleifflächen (4a, 5a) aufweisen, die unter Arbeitsbedingungen bereitgestellt sind, an der Oberfläche an einem zylindrischen Gegenstand (2) zu wirken, der um die eigene Längsachse "X" drehbewegt wird;- mindestens ein Zwischenteil (6), das zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Schleifkörper (4, 5) zwischengeschaltet ist, wobei das Zwischenteil (6) die Umfangsschleifflächen (4a, 5a) der zylindrischen Schleifkörper (4, 5) beabstanden, wobei das Zwischenteil (6) eine radiale Höchstraumbeanspruchung aufweist, die kleiner ist als der Höchstdurchmesser mindestens eines der zylindrischen Schleifkörper (4, 5),dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder zylindrische Schleifkörper (4, 5) mindestens einen im wesentlichen zylindrischen Tragkern (4b, 5b) und mindestens eine äußere Materialabtragschicht (4c, 5c) aus Schleifmaterial umfasst, die mit dem zylindrischen Kern (4b, 5b) in Eingriff steht, wobei das Zwischenteil (6) eine radiale Höchstraumbeanspruchung aufweist, die kleiner oder höchstens gleich dem Höchstdurchmesser des zylindrischen Tragkerns (4b, 5b) mindestens eines der zylindrischen Schleifkörper (4, 5) ist, und dadurch, dass die Außenschicht (4c, 5c) im Querschnitt eine im wesentlichen ringförmige Ausbildung aufweist, deren äußerer Umfangsbereich die Umfangsschleiffläche (4a, 5a) der entsprechenden zylindrischen Schleifkörper (4, 5) festlegt, während der innere Umfangsbereich den Eingriff der äußeren Abtragsschicht (4c, 5c) mit dem entsprechenden zylindrischen Tragkern (4b, 5b) erzeugt.
- Schleifgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenteil (6) im wesentlichen zylindrisch ist und einen Durchmesser aufweist, der kleiner ist als der Durchmesser des zylindrischen Tragkerns (4b, 5b), mindestens einer der zylindrischen Schleifkörper (4, 5) ist.
- Schleifgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenteil (6) zusammen mit den zylindrischen Schleifkörpern (4, 5) mindestens eine Kühlnut (6a) in Umfangsrichtung festlegt, die unter Arbeitsbedingungen bereitgestellt ist, den zylindrischen Gegenstand (2) gegenüberzuliegen, wobei die Kühlnut (6a) mindestens einem Kühlmittel erlaubt, zwischen dem zylindrischen Schleifkörpern (4, 5), dem Zwischenteil (6) und dem zylindrischen Gegenstand zu wirken.
- Anwendung eines Schleifgerätes gemäß einem oder mehreren voranstehenden Ansprüchen, für das Schleifen eines zylindrischen Gegenstandes (2) aus Hartmetall.
- Vorrichtung für das Schleifen von zylindrischen Gegenständen (2) aus Hartmetall, umfassend:- mindestens eine Arbeitsstation (10), die bereitgestellt ist, mindestens einen zu schleifenden zylindrischen Gegenstand (2) aufzunehmen, wobei der zylindrische Gegenstand (2) um eine eigene Längsachse ("Y") drehbeweglich ist;- mindestens ein Schleifgerät (1), das der Arbeitsstation (10) wirksam zugeordnet ist, wobei das Schleifgerät um eine eigene Längsachse ("X") drehbeweglich ist und mindestens teilweise den zylindrischen Gegenstand (2) ergreift, um mindestens eine vorgegebene Oberflächenschicht des letzteren abzutragen;- Kühlmittel (11), die der Arbeitsstation (10) wirksam zugeordnet sind, um das Schleifgerät (1) und den zylindrischen Gegenstand (4, 5) zu kühlen, wobei die Kühlmittel (11) an jedem Schleifgerät (1) und zylindrischen Gegenstand (2) mindestens ein Kühlmittel abgeben,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schleifgerät (1) gemäß Anspruch 1 ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenteil (6) im wesentlichen zylindrisch ist und einen Höchstdurchmesser aufweist, der kleiner ist als der Höchstdurchmesser des Tragkerns (4, 5) mindestens einer der Schleifkörper (4, 5).
- Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 5, 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenteil (6) zusammen mit den zylindrischen Schleifkörpern (4, 5) mindestens eine Kühlnut (6a) in Umfangsrichtung festlegt, die bereitgestellt ist, unter Arbeitsbedingungen den zylindrischen Gegenstand (2) gegenüberzuliegen, wobei das Kühlmittel in die Umfangskühlnut (6a) zwischen den zylindrischen Schleifkörpern (4, 5), in den Zwischenteil (6) und den zylindrischen Gegenstand (2) einzudringen.
