Definitions
- the present invention relates to a device for depositing a flexible material web with at least one counter-rotating pair of laying rollers, wherein the web is fed by means of laying rollers at least one depositing, wherein the laying rollers are part of a laying carriage, which is movable over the laying length of the web with reversible orientation wherein the laying carriage has a smaller width dimension than the depositing point and is movable over the depositing width of the depositing station with reversible orientation.
- From the DE 3422352 A1 is a device for stacking an approximately flat-strand to an approximately cuboid block known.
- the strand is introduced from a spaced source into a collection device mounted on a transverse carriage.
- the transept is feline mounted on a longitudinal carriage. It is essential that no conveyor belts are provided. The feeding of the web to the feeder is irrelevant.
- JP 60102367 a device with a transversely and longitudinally movable laying carriage, wherein the web of material freely suspended from a conveyor belt passes into a funnel and from there between two rollers to an outlet opening. Also in this device, no conveyor belts are provided and thus no secure feeding of the material web.
- a device wherein a material web is also guided via laying rollers as part of a laying carriage to a depositing point.
- the laying carriage has a width dimension which corresponds to the width of the deposit location.
- the deposit can be designed as a pallet, as a lifting table, as cardboard or the like.
- Per laying carriage is provided in each case a deposit, can be stored on the longitudinal and in the transverse direction. The laying in the longitudinal direction is realized by the movability of the laying carriage in the longitudinal direction.
- the depositing in the transverse direction is realized in that the material web, when it is narrower than the width of the laying rollers, is moved transversely across them.
- a material supply device is equipped correspondingly transversely movable.
- Another device for depositing a flexible material web results from the DE 298 23 580 U1 , Also in this device, a counter-rotating pair of laying rollers is provided, via which the material web is fed to a depository.
- the laying rollers from the DE 298 23 580 U1 but are not part of a laying carriage and have the same width dimension as the deposit point and are also not transversely movable.
- a next device which involves the picking up of yarn take-up rolls or the loading of winding machines with yarn take-up rolls.
- This device has a memory for accommodating these rollers. So it's a storage where reels are stored.
- the DE 196 44 383 C 1 deals with a pivotable laying arm, not with laying rollers.
- the present invention seeks to provide a device of the type in question, which allows a higher production speed with secure transport of the web to the laying rollers.
- a lightweight design with small dimensions can be moved longitudinally and transversely, it also opens up the possibility of approaching several laying sites with one laying carriage and of successively supplying different depositing places with the material web.
- the enormous advantage of the device according to the invention which is movable in the longitudinal and transverse direction lies in the flexible filling of depositing points with less constructive effort and low operating costs. It should be emphasized that the device or the laying carriage not only allows the longitudinal and transverse processes in the area of a single depository, but also the method to several depository, which are arranged side by side and / or behind each other.
- the laying carriage could be part of a frame, which is arranged transversely movable on a frame.
- the laying carriage also would be adjustable in height, since then could be dispensed with lifting tables. Due to the height adjustability of the laying carriage, control and regulation processes could be realized more easily than when setting an external lifting table.
- the laying carriage could be part of the frame and the frame, for example, be moved to vertical columns of the frame.
- Another, in other respects advantageous embodiment of the device according to the invention, wherein lifting tables are used, provides that the laying carriage supplies two depositing points with the material web. Once a stack is formed, the laying carriage can be moved to the next depositing point and start there with the deposition process. In this way, longer downtime is avoided. Only a cutting operation for separating the material web after obtaining the desired stack height is required. The cutting process could be carried out in such a way that the new beginning of the strip is already traveling towards the laying rollers.
- the device according to the invention has means for holding down the uppermost deposited material web.
- the means for holding down could extend parallel to the deposited material web and contact them in the area of the uppermost deposited material web and thus hold it down. Due to the contact of the means for holding down with the top deposited material web wind effects, air turbulence or similar influences, and undesirable reversals in elastic material webs, such as fiber material webs can be largely excluded, especially in light materials with a weight below 60 g / m 2 .
- the deposit could be adjustable in height and / or the means for holding down itself, which are then tuned in their movement in particular to the height adjustment of the laying carriage.
- the means for holding down could comprise at least one hold-down roller. So that the entire uppermost material web is covered on both sides by the material web exit from the laying rollers, two hold-down rollers could roll on both sides of the laying carriage on the stack surface. The pair of hold down rollers would then be traversable with the laying carriage in the transverse direction. From the structural arrangement forth, the hold down rollers could extend from end to end side of the frame and rotate in the transverse direction and move.
- At least one separate hold-down belt could be provided as means for holding down.
- Conceivable would be two hold-down bands, which extend to both sides of the laying carriage and cooperate with corresponding holding and clamping devices. Both hold-down bands could each be arranged on both sides of the laying carriage or also in front of and behind it.
- the attachment could also be done on the frame in which the laying carriage and the conveyor belts, etc., are arranged, or via revolving rollers.
- the running direction of the two hold-down straps can take place in the longitudinal direction parallel to the laying length or in the transverse direction parallel to the laying width.
- the hold-down bands or the hold-down band could span the entire area, which is determined by the frame of the Voerraum.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment provides only a hold-down band, which extends at least over the deposit point in the transverse direction and longitudinal direction and rotates in the transverse direction.
- the hold-down band could be guided over circulation rollers, which are arranged on the longitudinal sides of the frame, extend in the longitudinal direction and rotate in the transverse direction.
- this web could have a passage opening for the material web, which is always arranged synchronously with the position of the laying carriage or the exit point of the material web from the laying rollers.
- Further means for holding down could be in the form of a lamellar wall, a guide plate, a profile, all of which exert a more or less large contact pressure on the stack on the uppermost layer of the deposited material web.
- the feeding of the material web to the laying carriage could take place via a feed web upstream of the feed rollers, which comprises a rotary store, which compensates due to its storage function and the different need for material web feed by the oscillating movement of the laying carriage.
- the variation and change in length of the material web caused by the change of direction during the reciprocating motion requires different material web feed speeds.
- the rotary storage could be constrained and this includes a motor that is part of the entire drive system of the device and is thus synchronized to the position of the laying carriage.
- the positively driven synchronous compensation of a turning process by the rotary memory leads to a smooth and uniform material web feed.
- the idea of the rotary storage described above can also be used in depositing operations in which the oscillating movement has little or no significance.
- the material web could also be transported between the two conveyor belts to the laying rollers.
- the speed of the material web during transport on the conveyor belt or between two conveyor belts could be the same amount as the speed of the conveyor belt or conveyor belts.
- these could form a pressure zone, whereby a largely wrinkle-free feeding of the material web between two conveyor belts, wherein the material web rests on a conveyor belt and is covered by the other, is achieved.
- the material web is dirty or otherwise exposed to external influences.
- the equal amount of the speed of the conveyor belt to the speed of the transported on the conveyor belt material has the advantage that electrostatic effects largely avoided and the material itself is spared.
- the reduction in friction is especially important with regard to the deposition of the material web on the previous layer.
- the two laying rollers or the laying carriage always rolls on the material web, so that it can not lead to a deterioration of the position of the previous situation, to a drape, to a static charge or to a loss of quality.
- the use of a laying carriage also causes the speed of the top The position of the deposited material web and the speed of the material web reaching the uppermost layer and the speeds of the layers are equal to one another.
- the Fig. 1 to 7 show a device for depositing a flexible material web 1 with at least one counter-rotating pair laying rollers 2, 3, wherein the material web 1 by means of the laying rollers 2, 3 at least one depositing station 4 can be fed, wherein the laying rollers 2, 3 part of a laying carriage 5, which at least on the laying length L of the web 1 with reversible orientation is movable.
- the laying carriage 5 has a smaller width dimension than the depositing point 4 and can be moved over the depositing width B of the depositing point 4 with a reversible orientation.
- the laying carriage 5 is part of a frame 6, which is arranged transversely movable in a frame 7.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a device for depositing a flexible material web with at least one counter-rotating pair of laying rollers, wherein the web is fed by means of laying rollers at least one depositing, wherein the laying rollers are part of a laying carriage, which is movable over the laying length of the web with reversible orientation wherein the laying carriage has a smaller width dimension than the depositing point and is movable over the depositing width of the depositing station with reversible orientation.

The above object is solved by the features of

If a lightweight design with small dimensions can be moved longitudinally and transversely, it also opens up the possibility of approaching several laying sites with one laying carriage and of successively supplying different depositing places with the material web. The enormous advantage of the device according to the invention which is movable in the longitudinal and transverse direction lies in the flexible filling of depositing points with less constructive effort and low operating costs. It should be emphasized that the device or the laying carriage not only allows the longitudinal and transverse processes in the area of a single depository, but also the method to several depository, which are arranged side by side and / or behind each other.
In terms of design, the laying carriage could be part of a frame, which is arranged transversely movable on a frame. Of particular advantage is when the laying carriage also would be adjustable in height, since then could be dispensed with lifting tables. Due to the height adjustability of the laying carriage, control and regulation processes could be realized more easily than when setting an external lifting table. Again, the laying carriage could be part of the frame and the frame, for example, be moved to vertical columns of the frame.
Another, in other respects advantageous embodiment of the device according to the invention, wherein lifting tables are used, provides that the laying carriage supplies two depositing points with the material web.
In view of high production speeds, it is also of great advantage if the device according to the invention has means for holding down the uppermost deposited material web. The means for holding down could extend parallel to the deposited material web and contact them in the area of the uppermost deposited material web and thus hold it down. Due to the contact of the means for holding down with the top deposited material web wind effects, air turbulence or similar influences, and undesirable reversals in elastic material webs, such as fiber material webs can be largely excluded, especially in light materials with a weight below 60 g / m 2 . In order to produce the contact to the desired extent, the deposit could be adjustable in height and / or the means for holding down itself, which are then tuned in their movement in particular to the height adjustment of the laying carriage. By exerting a certain pressure during the contacting not only a position assurance of the uppermost layer can be realized, it could also be applied a predetermined pressing force, for example, to reduce the volume of the stack and bring more material for packaging. The contacting in question allows the deposition of the web at higher speeds, especially at speeds above 200 m / min.
The means for holding down could comprise at least one hold-down roller.
As an alternative to the hold-down rollers, which are only temporarily in contact with smaller sections of the uppermost layer of the material web stack with a smaller roller diameter, at least one separate hold-down belt could be provided as means for holding down. Conceivable would be two hold-down bands, which extend to both sides of the laying carriage and cooperate with corresponding holding and clamping devices. Both hold-down bands could each be arranged on both sides of the laying carriage or also in front of and behind it. The attachment could also be done on the frame in which the laying carriage and the conveyor belts, etc., are arranged, or via revolving rollers. The running direction of the two hold-down straps can take place in the longitudinal direction parallel to the laying length or in the transverse direction parallel to the laying width. In view of the longitudinal and Querverfahrbarkeit beyond the range of a single deposit, the hold-down bands or the hold-down band could span the entire area, which is determined by the frame of the Voerrichtung. A particularly advantageous embodiment provides only a hold-down band, which extends at least over the deposit point in the transverse direction and longitudinal direction and rotates in the transverse direction. The hold-down band could be guided over circulation rollers, which are arranged on the longitudinal sides of the frame, extend in the longitudinal direction and rotate in the transverse direction. In order for the material web to reach the depositing point in the preferred embodiment with a single circumferential hold-down band, this web could have a passage opening for the material web, which is always arranged synchronously with the position of the laying carriage or the exit point of the material web from the laying rollers.
Further means for holding down could be in the form of a lamellar wall, a guide plate, a profile, all of which exert a more or less large contact pressure on the stack on the uppermost layer of the deposited material web.
The feeding of the material web to the laying carriage could take place via a feed web upstream of the feed rollers, which comprises a rotary store, which compensates due to its storage function and the different need for material web feed by the oscillating movement of the laying carriage. The variation and change in length of the material web caused by the change of direction during the reciprocating motion requires different material web feed speeds. To realize this, the rotary storage could be constrained and this includes a motor that is part of the entire drive system of the device and is thus synchronized to the position of the laying carriage. The positively driven synchronous compensation of a turning process by the rotary memory leads to a smooth and uniform material web feed. The idea of the rotary storage described above can also be used in depositing operations in which the oscillating movement has little or no significance.
According to a preferred embodiment of the device according to the invention, the material web could also be transported between the two conveyor belts to the laying rollers. The speed of the material web during transport on the conveyor belt or between two conveyor belts could be the same amount as the speed of the conveyor belt or conveyor belts. During transport between two conveyor belts, these could form a pressure zone, whereby a largely wrinkle-free feeding of the material web between two conveyor belts, wherein the material web rests on a conveyor belt and is covered by the other, is achieved. In this way, on the one hand excluded that the material web slips and on the other hand, that the material web is dirty or otherwise exposed to external influences. The equal amount of the speed of the conveyor belt to the speed of the transported on the conveyor belt material has the advantage that electrostatic effects largely avoided and the material itself is spared. The reduction in friction is especially important with regard to the deposition of the material web on the previous layer. The two laying rollers or the laying carriage always rolls on the material web, so that it can not lead to a deterioration of the position of the previous situation, to a drape, to a static charge or to a loss of quality. The use of a laying carriage also causes the speed of the top The position of the deposited material web and the speed of the material web reaching the uppermost layer and the speeds of the layers are equal to one another.
In summary, it is stated that with the device according to the invention a handy and lightweight construction for depositing material webs is given, which increases the production speeds and lowers the manufacturing and energy costs. It could be a stack on a bearing block created. In addition, by the height adjustability of the laying carriage, the means for holding down and the compensation of the turning operations by a positively driven rotary memory further for the invention significantly enriching embodiments presented, which are conducive to solving the problem of the invention.
