Claims (10)

  1. Machine pour former et presser des livres pour le pressage et le marquage du pliage des livres,

    • avec une pluralité de rails de marquage du pliage (17) chauffés, respectivement opposés à une distance variable par paires, pour former les plis de couverture (2 a) du livre, les rails de marquage du pliage (17) se trouvant sur des moyens de pliage pour l'avance cadencée des livres (2) de poste de pressage (3) à poste de pressage (4),
    caractérisée en ce que
    • chaque fois une paire de rails de marquage du pliage (17) se trouve sur des chariots de transport réalisés en tant que pinces de pliage (15),
    en ce que les chariots de transport sont reliés entre eux de manière articulée en une rangée continue et sont guidés dans une trajectoire continue en révolution (16) et
    en ce que les chariots de transport peuvent avancer par intermittence, les livres (2) étant saisis toujours par une seule et même pince de pliage (15).
  2. Machine pour former et presser des livres selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les pinces de pliage (15) se trouvent sur deux transmissions par chaîne (31, 32) décalées l'une par rapport à l'autre (16), pour effectuer une translation en révolution des pinces de pliage, à la manière d'un paternoster, la trajectoire en révolution se situant dans un plan vertical et comportant des tronçons de transport rectilignes horizontaux entre les coudages (33, 34).
  3. Machine pour former et presser des livres selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les postes de pressage (3, 4) sont disposés ensemble avec des postes d'amenage (6, 8) et des postes d'évacuation (11) montés en amont ou en aval le long d'un seul tronçon de transport (16 a) rectiligne des pinces de pliage (15).
  4. Machine pour former et presser des livres selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les rails de marquage du pliage (17) sont logés dans les pinces de pliage (15) sur des guidages (26) en étant librement déplaçables les uns vers les autres, à chaque rail de marquage du pliage (17 avec 22) étant associé un guide de translation (27 a, b) avec un ressort de pression (28) disposé entre le rail de marquage du pliage (17 avec 22) et le guidage de translation (27 a, b) et exerçant une force de pression.
  5. Machine pour former et presser des livres selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les guides de translation (27 a, b) sont accouplés de force les uns avec les autres par l'intermédiaire de dispositifs d'engrenages à pignon-crémaillère (36, 37).
  6. Machine pour former et presser des livres selon la revendication 4 ou la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un guide de translation (27 a) comporte un dispositif de blocage à excentrique (26, 39, 40, 41) autobloquant, à l'aide duquel, lors de la production de forces agissant vers l'extérieur, les guides de translation (27 a, b) sont verrouillables sur les guidages (26).
  7. Machine pour former et presser des livres selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par des éléments de pressage (35) agissant par l'extérieur sur les guides de translation (27 a, b), chacun avec des forces de pression (F2) définies, pour fermer les rails de marquage du pliage (17) et pour augmenter successivement les forces de pressage exercées par les rails de marquage du pliage (17) sur les plis de couverture (2 a) du livre, dans les positions de maintien suivantes.
  8. Machine pour former et presser des livres selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée par un rail de commande (43) qui, pour déverrouiller le dispositif de blocage à excentrique (26, 39, 40, 41) agit sur un galet de came (42) d'un levier (41) fixé de manière solidaire en rotation sur un excentrique (39) du dispositif de blocage à excentrique et qui pour ouvrir les rails de marquage du pliage (17) déplace les guides de translation (27 a, b) vers l'extérieur.
  9. Machine pour former et presser des livres selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée par des éléments chauffants (19), disposés le long du tronçon de transport, qui chauffent par induction les rails de marquage du pliage (17).
  10. Machine pour former et presser des livres selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que les éléments chauffants (19) présentent une section transversale ouverte en forme de U vers le bas et entourent en partie les rails de marquage du pliage (17, 17 a).
