Definitions
- the invention relates to an industrial truck with a liftable load-receiving means, wherein the lifting region of the load-receiving means is divided into at least two areas.
- Such trucks are used to record loads in the in-house goods transport both near the ground and at higher altitudes or can settle. Since industrial buildings were frequently constructed before such trucks were used, sometimes heights in certain areas and heights below obstacles are lower than the maximum lifting height of a truck. If such a situation is not noticed by the truck operator in time and the maximum permitted lifting height in these areas is exceeded, severe damage to the load or the truck may occur. To avoid this, the maximum lifting height can be limited to a safe level, but it is no longer possible to exploit the greater height of other building parts for storage purposes. There are also operating situations possible in which by deep lowering of the lifting device this can be damaged, in which it rests on the ground or when driving movements in the direction of the load-receiving means to an obstacle, such as a threshold, butts.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, an industrial truck with a liftable load-receiving means, wherein the stroke range of the lifting device is divided into at least two areas to create, in which the risk of damage to cargo and / or truck by careless use, especially at particularly high or particularly low lifting heights, is significantly reduced.
- This object is achieved in that in a first stroke range (Normalhub Schlued lifting and lowering functions are controlled, while in at least one other stroke range (Sonderhub Schl B) at least one lifting function can be activated only by pressing a special switch.
- a stroke range in which a stroke movement only after actuation At least one special switch is possible, a retraction of the lifting device in a potentially dangerous area due to carelessness is no longer possible. The operator draws their attention to the potentially dangerous position of the load receiving means thereby preventing the operator to move the load handling means too far.
- At least one Sonderhub Scheme is arranged above the Normalhubrios. This avoids that the load-carrying means is unintentionally raised too high and it collides with obstacles above the vehicle, such as ceilings, wire bridges or lamps.
- At least one Sonderhub Scheme is arranged below the Normalhub ceremoniess. This avoids that the load-carrying means is unintentionally lowered too far and it comes to collisions with obstacles located on the ground, such as thresholds, shelves or Auflagebrettem of pallets. The load handler can not be lowered to the ground out of inattention.
- means for displaying the stroke range are provided.
- an operator is informed whether the load-receiving means is in a Sonderhub Symposium and thus greater attention and the operation of the Sonderhubschalters is necessary.
- a visual display preferably in the form of differently colored display elements, is provided as the means for displaying the stroke range.
- Optical displays are easily detectable, do not affect the environment and are easy to produce. In particular, different colored display elements are clearly and easily detectable at a glance.
- the lifting speed and / or lifting acceleration is reduced in at least one direction, preferably away from the normal lifting range, compared to the speed in the normal lifting range.
- the size of the stroke areas can be fixed as a function of the distance of an obstacle from the footprint of the industrial truck. This adjusts the size of the special lifting areas to the current dangers. Longer stroke distances in Sonderhub Scheme, i. with the special lift switch depressed, which may cause the operator's attention to lessen. In areas without obstacles, a simple and productive handling of the truck is guaranteed.
- FIG. 1 shows schematically a stacker 1 according to the invention with a marking of the normal stroke A and the Sonderhub Schemes B.
- the stacker 1 is divided into a drive part 2 and a load part 3.
- control unit for controlling the drive and lifting functions is housed in the drive part 2 of the drive motor not shown here for the steerable drive wheel 4 and a likewise not shown control unit for controlling the drive and lifting functions is housed.
- the drive part 2 battery which serves to power the high-lift truck 1.
- the vehicle 1 is steered by means of a drawbar 5, whereby operating elements 7 for controlling the functions of the industrial truck 1 are mounted on the dike head 6.
- the load part 3 of the truck 1 comprises a mast 8 on which a liftable load-receiving means 9 is guided.
- the mast 8 is composed of an outer, fixed part, the so-called stationary mast 10 and an inner part which can be extended upward, the so-called mast 11.
- the load-carrying means 9 is fork-shaped and located in the position I, in for example, pallets or lattice boxes can be picked up from the ground.
- the load-receiving means 9 is moved by a hydraulic cylinder, not shown here on the mast 8 upwards and thus finally reaches the position II.
- the mast 11 remains in this process in position. If greater lifting heights are to be achieved, the vertical movement of the load receiving means 9 is generated by the extension of the traveling mast 11, while the load receiving means 9 with respect to the mast 11 does not change its position. In this way, the position III is achieved in continuation of the lifting movement.
- the position III is the end of the Normalhub Schemes A. Above this, the Sonderhub Scheme B starts with the maximum stroke position IV.
- the lifting height is determined by a not shown here Hub Ecknmessvortechnisch according to the prior art.
- the strokes are controlled by controls 7, which are attached to the tiller head 6.
- the tiller head 6 is shown in Figure 2 schematically in plan view.
- the driving functions of the truck 1 are controlled by wing switches 12, as is known in vehicles according to the prior art.
- a safety switch 13 and a switch 14 for actuating an acoustic warning device are present.
- the strokes of the truck 1 are controlled by the switches 15 and 16, wherein the switch 15 causes lifting of the load-receiving means 9, while upon actuation of the switch 16 this is lowered.
- a display device 17 is present, which is essentially formed by a green light emitting diode 18 and a red light emitting diode 19.
- the green light-emitting diode 18 lights up and thus signals the operator that unrestricted lifting functions are available.
- the load receiving means 9 reaches the end of the normal lifting range (corresponding to position III in FIG. 1), the load receiving means 9 is stopped. If the operator now actuates one of the special lifting switches 20a, 20b and at the same time the lifting switch 15, the load receiving means 9 continues to move upwards. The green LED 18 is deactivated and the red LED 19 lights up. As a result, the operator can recognize that the load-receiving means 9 is located in the special lifting area B.
- the load-receiving means 9 can be raised to the maximum stroke position IV, which is predetermined by the extension path of the driving mast 11.
- the lifting speed is significantly reduced during the upward movement of the load receiving means 9 within the Sonderhub Schemes B simultaneously.
- the determination of the Normalhub Schemes A is based on the lowest obstacle, which is to be expected at the site and the maximum expected height dimension of the loads to be transported, or if this is lower than the distance between the top 21 of a prong 22 of the lifting device 9 and the Upper edge 23 of the highest mast component, based on the distance of the upper edge
- the normal lift range will extend to a height of 2.5 m.
- FIG. 3 a shows the case in which there is no danger of a collision with the ceiling 26 even at maximum lifting height and a load 25 with maximum height dimensions. In this case, the entire stroke range is released as Normalhub Scheme A and the load receiving means 9 can be moved without activation of a Sonderhubschalters 20a, 20b over the entire stroke range.
- FIG. 3b shows a situation in which the height of the ceiling 27 is below the maximum lifting height of the industrial truck 1.
- a Sonderhub Scheme B is set.
- the Sonderhub Scheme B extends almost completely up to the height in which a collision with the Hindemis takes place in each case by the upper edge 23 of the mast 8.
- a collision of the load 25 is possible in this case, but less likely than in a vehicle according to em prior art, since the operator is particularly attentive in the special driving range.
- the lifting range of the industrial truck can be fully utilized in this way.
- the embodiment shown in Figure 3 allows the operator to operate the lifting functions largely without concern for collisions with the ceiling or other obstacles.
- the attention of the operator is particularly large. If the security area is too large, there is otherwise the danger that the operator's attention may decrease again during the course of the journey.
- Hubeux can also be used, for example, mounted on the mast switch that detects the transition from Normalhub Society to Sonderhub Scheme.
- the Hubfunktionen functions can be performed with undiminished speed in the special driving range.
- a Sonderhub Scheme for example, in industrial trucks, where the load-bearing means can be lowered below the normal ground level or if obstacles, such as sleepers or heels, are present in the ground area.
- Such a region is particularly advantageous when working in shelves or at a loading dock, where too much lowering of the load-carrying device may cause damage to the truck or the ramp or the shelf.
- the display device may differ in type and attachment of the embodiment shown, for example, by an audible warning is provided or a visual display that attracts the attention of the operator by switching from steady light to flashing.
Abstract
