Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Aufzugskabine bestehend aus Boden, Türen, Seitenwänden, Rückwand und Decke.
- Aus der Patentschrift US 4 779 707 ist eine modular aufgebaute Aufzugskabine bekannt geworden. Die Aufzugskabine besteht aus einem Boden, Schiebetüren mit Frontwand, Seitenwänden, Rückwand und einer Decke. Die Seitenwände sind mit der Rückwand und mit der Frontwand mittels Winkelelementen verbunden, wobei Clips die Wände und Winkelelemente zusammenhalten. Ausserdem sind die Wände mit dem Boden verschraubt. Die Decke umschliesst die Wände nach dem Prinzip des Büchsendeckels.
- Ein Nachteil der bekannten Einrichtung liegt darin, dass die vollflächigen Wände und Decke aufwändig und sperrig sind und hohe Herstellungs- und Montagekosten verursachen.
- Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. Die Erfindung, wie sie in den unabhängigen Ansprüchen gekennzeichnet ist, löst die Aufgabe, die Nachteile der bekannten Einrichtung zu vermeiden und eine Aufzugskabine vorzuschlagen, die handlich ist bei der Herstellung, beim Transport und bei der Montage.
- Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Patentansprüchen angegeben.
- Die durch die Erfindung erreichten Vorteile sind im wesentlichen darin zu sehen, dass die Stabilität der rundum mit Panelen modular aufgebauten Aufzugskabine selbst bei hohen Lasten, wie sie beispielsweise bei Lastenaufzügen auftreten, gewährleistet ist. Trotz der vielen Einzelteile für den Aufbau der Wände, Decke und Boden sind nur wenige montageintensivere Verbindungselemente wie Schrauben notwendig. Die Mehrzahl der Verbindungen werden vorteilhafterweise mittels aus den Panelen selbst gestanzten Clips oder mittels Verbindungslaschen hergestellt. Dabei sind die Panele fabrikseitig lediglich mit einem automatisierten Stanzvorgang und einem automatisierten Abkantvorgang herstellbar. Vor Ort bzw. montageseitig ist die Aufzugskabine dafür in kurzer Montagezeit mittels Steckverbindungen und mit wenigen Schraubverbindungen aufbaubar. Bei der Montage der Aufzugskabine wird das Montagepersonal durch einfach identifizierbare Verbindungselemente geführt. Die Panelbauweise ermöglicht direkt von der Stanz- und Abkantmaschine weg einen kleinvolumigen Transport der Aufzugskabine auf die Baustelle. Die Wände, Decke und Boden der Aufzugskabine weisen passagierraumseitig trotz der Panelbauweise keine vorstehenden Teile oder Kanten auf und sind ohne zusätzliche Massnahmen vandalenresistent. Eine Nachbearbeitung der Oberfläche ist nicht nötig. Eine zusätzliche Leuchtdecke ist überflüssig, falls für die Deckenpanele ein ästhetisch ansprchendes Blech, beispielsweise CrNi Blech verwendet wird. Die auf den Bodenpanelen liegende Schürze benötigt keine eigene Tragkonstruktion und ist mit wenigen Schrauben befestigbar.
- Anhand der beiliegenden Figuren wird die vorliegende Erfindung näher erläutert.

Einzelheiten eines Anschlussprofils. - Fig. 1 zeigt eine modular aufgebaute Aufzugskabine 1, bestehend aus einem Boden 2 mit Schwelle 3, Türen 4, Seitenwände 5, einer Rückwand 6 und einer Decke 7.
- Wie in der Explosionsdarstellung der Fig. 2 gezeigt besteht der Boden 2 aus Bodenpanelen 2.1. Der Boden 2 wird aus insgesamt acht Bodenpanelen 2.1 gebildet. Der Boden 2 kann auch mit einem Bodenbelag 2.2, beispielsweise eine Spanplatte, versehen sein. Die Schwelle 3 ist mit den Bodenpanelen 2.1 verbunden. Die Seitenwände 5 bestehen je aus zehn Wandpanelen 5.1. Die Rückwand 6 besteht aus acht Wandpanelen 5.1 und die Decke 7 besteht aus sechs Deckenpanelen 7.1. Die Wandpanele 5.1 der Seitenwände 5 und der Rückwand 6 sind im vorliegenden Beispiel identisch. Eingangsprofile 8 schliessen Seitenwände 5 und Decke 7 frontseitig ab. Seitenwände 5 und Rückwand 6 sind mittels Anschlussprofilen 9 verbunden. Je nach Grösse der Aufzugskabine 1 variiert die Anzahl und Grösse der Panele.
- Fig. 3 zeigt einen Tragrahmen 10 für die Aufzugskabine 1, der im wesentlichen aus Rahmenelementen 10.1 besteht, an denen je Rahmenseite Führungsschuhe 11 und eine Fangvorrichtung 12 angeordnet sind. Untere Befestigungsprofile 13 des Tragrahmens 10 tragen die Bodenpanele 2.1. Die Deckenpanele 7.1 sind mit oberen Befestigungsprofilen 14 verbunden, die beipielsweise als Winkelbleche ausgebildet sind.
- Fig. 4 zeigt die Verbindungselemente für eine Verbindung zwischen Bodenpanelen 2.1 und Wandpanelen 5.1 der Seitenwände 5 bzw. der Rückwand 6. Das Wandpanel 5.1 ist unten mit Laschen 5.2 versehen, die in am Bodenpanel 2.1 in Längsrichtung angeordnete Schlitze 2.3 passen. In die in Querrichtung angeordneten Schlitze 2.3 passen Laschen 5.2 der Rückwandpanele 5.1. Jedes Wandpanel 5.1 und seine Laschen 5.2 sind aus derselben Blechtafel ausgestanzt worden. Wandpanel 5.1 und Laschen 5.2 sind einstückig.
- Fig. 5 zeigt die Verbindungselemente für eine Verbindung zwischen Wandpanelen 5.1 der Seitenwände 5 bzw. der Rückwand 6 und Deckenpanelen 7.1. Das Wandpanel 5.1 ist oben mit Laschen 5.3 versehen, die in an den Deckenpanelen 7.1 angeordnete Schlitze 7.2 passen. Jedes Wandpanel 5.1 und seine Laschen 5.3 sind aus derselben Blechtafel ausgestanzt worden. Wandpanel 5.1 und Laschen 5.3 sind einstückig. Die Laschen 5.3 werden durch die Schlitze 7.2 gesteckt und danach abgebogen. Stanzlöcher 5.4 der Laschen 5.3 erleichtern das Abbiegen und gewährleisten eine präzise und scharfe Abbiegekante.
- Fig. 6 zeigt die Profile der Bodenpanele 2.1, die mittels Schraubverbindungen 2.4 untereinander zusammengehalten werden und mit dem unteren Befestigungsprofil 13 des Tragrahmens 10 fest verbunden sind. Die Bodenpanele 2.1 bilden kabinenseitig eine glatte Bodenoberfläche ohne Kanten oder vorstehende Teile. Der Bodenbelag 2.2 kann ohne weiteres auf den durch die Bodenpanele 2.1 gebildeten Boden 2 gelegt werden.
- Fig. 7 zeigt das Profil der Wandpanele 5.1, die mittels Steckverbindungen 5.5 untereinander verbunden sind. Fig. 9 und Fig. 10 zeigen Einzelheiten der Verbindung. Die Wandpanele 7.1 bilden kabinenseitig eine glatte Wandoberfläche ohne Kanten oder vorstehende Teile.
- Fig. 8 zeigt das Profil der Deckenpanele 7.1, die mittels Schraubverbindungen 7.3 mit dem oberen Befestigungsprofil 14 des Tragrahmens 10 fest verbunden sind. Die Deckenpanele 7.1 bilden kabinenseitig eine glatte Deckenoberfläche ohne Kanten oder vorstehende Teile.
- Fig. 9 zeigt die Steckverbindung 5.5 der Fig. 7. Als Verbindungselement ist ein Clip 5.6 aus dem Wandpanel 5.1 ausgestanzt worden und weist durch die beim Ausstanzen vorgegebene Form Federeigenschaften auf. Wandpanel 5.1 und Clip 5.6 sind einstückig. Wie in Fig. 10 gezeigt, weist das benachbarte Wandpanel 5.1 auf gleicher Höhe eine Öffnung 5.7 auf, in die der Clip 5.6 passt. Der Clip 5.6 wird in die Öffnung 5.7 eingeführt und das Wandpanel 5.1 nach unten bewegt, bis der Clip 5.6 das benachbarte Wandpanel 5.1 übergreift und festhält. Die Bewegung des Clips 5.6 ist mit einem Pfeil P1 symbolisiert. Bei der Bewegung des Wandpanels 5.1 nach unten werden gleichzeitig die Laschen 5.2 des Wandpanels 5.1 in die Schlitze 2.3 des Bodenpanels 2.1 eingeführt. Über die Höhe des Wandpanels 5.1 verteilt sind beipielsweise vier Clips 5.6 vorgesehen.
- Fig. 11 zeigt Einzelheiten der Schwelle 3, die aus einem ersten Winkel 3.6, einem Deckblech 3.9, einem zweiten Winkel 3.7 und einem Schwellenprofil 3.1 besteht und an den Bodenpanelen 2.1 angeordnet ist. Der erste Winkel 3.6 und der zweite Winkel 3.7 sind mittels Schraubenverbindungen 3.3 mit den Bodenpanelen 2.1 verbunden.
- Im Kantenbereich K sind der erste Winkel 3.6 nach oben und der zweite Winkel 3.7 nach unten abgebogen. Ein dritter Winkel 3.8 ist ebenfalls nach unten abgebogen und dient der Befestigung einer Schürze 3.2, die auch am zweiten Winkel 3.7 befestigt ist. Das Deckblech 3.9 umfasst den Umbug des ersten Winkels 3.6 und die Schürze 3.2 und überdeckt die Schraubenverbindungen 3.3 und bildet zwei Vorsprünge 3.4. Zwischen den beiden Vorsprüngen 3.4 ist das Schwellenprofil 3.1 angeordnet, sodass zwei als Führungsnuten für die Türflügel dienende Kanäle 3.5 gebildet werden. Die von den Bodenpanelen 2.1 getragene Schwelle 3 benötigt keine eigene Tragkonstruktion und ist mit wenigen Schraubenverbindungen 3.3 befestigbar.
- Fig. 12 zeigt Einzelheiten der Eingangsprofile 8. Ein vertikales Eingangsprofil 8 besteht aus einem Würfelprofil 8.1 und aus einem Rechteckprofil 8.2. Das horizontale Eingangsprofil 8 ist als L-Profil 8.3 ausgebildet. Würfelprofil 8.1 und Rechteckprofil 8.2 sind mittels Steckverbindungen 5.5 gemäss Fig. 10 verbindbar. Rechteckprofil 8.2 und benachbartes Wandpanel 5.1 sind mittels Steckverbindungen 5.5 gemäss Fig. 10 verbindbar. Horizontales L-Profil 8.3 und Deckenpanel 7.1 sind mittels Steckverbindungen 5.5 gemäss Fig. 10 und Schraubverbindungen 7.3 verbindbar.
- Fig. 13 zeigt Einzelheiten des Anschlussprofils 9, welches mittels Steckverbindungen 5.5 gemäss Fig. 10 mit den benachbarten Wandpanelen 5.1 verbindbar ist. Laschen 9.3 passen in Schlitze 7.2 des benachbarten Deckenpanels 7.1 und werden danach abgebogen.
Claims (10)
- Aufzugskabine (1) bestehend aus Boden (2), Türen (4), Seitenwänden (5), Rückwand (6) und Decke (7),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Boden (2), die Seitenwände (5), die Rückwand (6) und die Decke (7) je aus mehreren Panelen modular aufgebaut sind, die mittels Verbindungselementen zusammenhaltbar sind. - Aufzugskabine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Boden (2) aus mehreren Bodenpanelen (2.1) aufgebaut ist, die von einem unteren Befestigungsprofil (13) eines Tragrahmens (10) getragen werden. - Aufzugskabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Wände (5,6) aus mehreren Wandpanelen (5.1) aufgebaut sind, wobei jedes Wandpanel (5.1) am unteren Ende mit den Bodenpanelen (2.1) in Verbindung stehende Laschen (5.2) aufweist, die Wandpanele (5.1) untereinander mittels Clipverbindungen (5.5) verbindbar sind und jedes Wandpanel (5.1) am oberen Ende mit den Deckenpanelen (7.1) in Verbindung stehende Laschen (5.3) aufweist, wobei Wandpanel (5.1) und Laschen (5.2,5.3) einstückig sind. - Aufzugskabine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Clipverbindung (5.5) einen Clip (5.6) aufweist, der aus dem Wandpanel (5.1) ausgestanzt ist, wobei Wandpanel (5.1) und Clip (5.6) einstückig sind. - Aufzugskabine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Decke (7) aus mehreren Deckenpanelen (7.1) aufgebaut ist, die in Verbindung stehen mit einem oberen Befestigungsprofil (14) des Tragrahmens (10). - Aufzugskabine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Schwelle (3) der Aufzugskabine (1) keine eigene Tragkonstruktion aufweist und auf den Bodenpanelen (2.1) angeordnet ist. - Verfahren zur Montage einer Aufzugskabine (1) bestehend aus Boden (2), Türen (4), Seitenwänden (5), Rückwand (6) und Decke (7),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass Boden (2), Seitenwände (5), Rückwand (6) und Decke (7) nicht geschweisst verbunden werden, wobei vorzugsweise lösbare Verbindungselemente verwendet werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass als Verbindungselemente Steckverbindungen (5.5) und Schraubenverbindungen (2.4) verwendet werden, wobei lediglich die hochbelasteten Kabinenelemente (2.1) mittels Schraubenverbindungen (2.4) verbunden werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Aufzugskabine in Panelbauweise hergestellt wird, wobei die Panele (2.1, 5.1,7.1) fabrikseitig lediglich mittels eines automatisierten Stanz-/Ankantvorganges hergestellt werden und kleinvolumig vor Ort transportiert werden und die Aufzugskabine in kurzer Montagezeit im Aufzugsschacht aufgebaut wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass bei der Montage der Aufzugskabine das Montagepersonal durch einfach identifizierbare Verbindungselemente geführt wird.
