Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif (1) pour séparer un flux de produits plats (7) transportés en formation imbriquée, qui (1) comprend les caractéristiques suivantes:
    - deux moyens de transport (2, 3) qui se suivent,
    - dans lequel les moyens de transport (2, 3) peuvent être entraînés temporairement avec des vitesses différentes, de telle manière que le flux imbriqué puisse être séparé en une partie avant et une partie arrière,
    - et des premiers moyens (8, 10, 12, 14) pour soulever le produit (7) proche du point de séparation d'une partie du flux imbriqué d'au moins un des moyens de transport (2, 3),
    - dans lequel les premiers moyens de soulèvement (8, 10, 12, 14) peuvent être maintenus au moins pendant un laps de temps en liaison active avec le produit (7), du fait que les moyens de transport (2, 3) sont entraînés avec des vitesses différentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu d'autres moyens (8, 9, 11, 13, 15) de soulèvement de produits (7) d'au moins un moyen de transport (2, 3), qui (8, 9, 11, 13, 15) agissent sur au moins un produit (7) dans une région du flux imbriqué espacée du point de séparation.
  2. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    - le laps de temps, pendant lequel les premiers moyens (8, 10, 12, 14) de soulèvement du produit (7) proche du point de séparation d'une partie du flux imbriqué d'un des moyens de transport (2, 3) agissent sur ce produit (7), et
    - le laps de temps, pendant lequel les autres moyens (8, 9, 11, 13, 15) de soulèvement de produits (7) agissent sur au moins un produit (7) dans une région du flux imbriqué espacée du point de séparation,
    - commencent simultanément ou se terminent simultanément.
  3. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les autres moyens (8, 9, 11, 13, 15) de soulèvement de produits (7) comprennent des cames (11), qui dépassent au moins temporairement le plan d'au moins un moyen de transport (2, 3), sur lequel les produits (7) sont déposés.
  4. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les cames (11) sont disposées sur ou à des moyens de transport tournants (9).
  5. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que
    - les premiers moyens (8, 10, 12, 14) de soulèvement du produit (7) proche du point de séparation présentent également des cames (12) disposées sur des moyens de transport tournants (10), et
    - tous les moyens de transport (9, 10) portant des cames circulent respectivement sur un premier moyen de déviation (8), qui (8) présente la même vitesse périphérique.
  6. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de transport tournants (9) des autres moyens (8, 9, 11, 13, 15) de soulèvement de produits (7) circulent sur d'autres moyens de déviation (13), dans lequel la position des autres moyens de déviation (13) par rapport aux premiers moyens de déviation (8) est réglable.
  7. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des trois revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la position de la ou des came(s) (11) des autres moyens (8, 9, 11, 13, 15) de soulèvement de produits (7) sur les moyens de transport (9) est réglable.
  8. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une position opposée (17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22), contre laquelle des produits (7) peuvent être pressés par les premiers (8, 10, 12, 14) et/ou les autres (8, 9, 11, 13, 15) moyens de soulèvement de produits (7) d'un moyen de transport (2, 3).
  9. Procédé pour séparer un flux continu de produits plats (7) transportés en formation imbriquée,
    - dans lequel le flux imbriqué est transporté par deux moyens de transport (2, 3) qui se suivent,
    - dans lequel les moyens de transport (2, 3) sont entraînés temporairement à des vitesses différentes, de telle manière que le flux imbriqué soit séparé en une partie avant et une partie arrière,
    - et dans lequel le produit (7) d'une des deux parties du flux imbriqué, proche du point de séparation, est soulevé du premier ou du deuxième moyen de transport (2, 3) pendant un laps de temps, du fait que les moyens de transport sont entraînées avec des vitesses différentes,
    caractérisé en ce que l'on soulève également du premier ou du deuxième moyen de transport (2, 3) des produits (7), qui se trouvent dans une région du flux imbriqué espacée du point de séparation.
