Die Erfindung betrifft einen Heizkörper und ein Verbindungsstück zur Verbindung zweier Heizplatten eines Heizkörpers bestehend aus einem aus Rohrstücken und Muffen zusammengesetzten T- förmigen Verbindungs- und Anschlussgehäuse und einem darin angeordneten Absperreinsatz nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Die Strömungsteilung im Inneren des Verbindungs- und Anschlussgehäuses sorgt dafür, dass das Heizmedium einwandfrei vom Vorlauf in die eine Heizplatte und aus der anderen Heizplatte wieder in den Rücklauf gelangen kann. Dieses Dokumnet offenbart den Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. In der DE 299 80 186 U1 wird auch ein mehrlagiger Heizkörper mit Verbindungsstücken beschrieben. In das Verbindungsstück kann ein einen Absperreinsatz aufweisendes Absperrbauteil eingesetzt sein. Um dem Absperrbauteil die Funktion eines Entlüftungsbauteils zu verleihen, kann vorgesehen sein, dass das in den Stutzen eingesetzte Ende des Absperreinsatzes eine mit einer Durchtrittsöffnung versehene Dichtplatte ist, welche mit einem von einer Spindel getragenen Dichtbauteil verschließbar ist. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, die bei mehriagigen Heizkörpern verwendeten bekannten Verbindungsstücke zu verbessern und einen Heizkörper mit einem derartigen Verbindungsstück vorzustellen. Insbesondere sollen die in den Verbindungsstücken eingesetzten Absperreinsätze in einfacher Weise und kostengünstig herstellbar sein.
Erfingdungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch die Merkmale der Ansprüche 1 und 9 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den jeweils zugehörigen Ansprüchen enthalten.
Demgemäß beinhaltet die Erfindung ein Verbindungsstück zur Verbindung zweier Heizplatten eines Heizkörpers bzw., einen Heizkörper mit einem Verbindungsstück wobei das Verbindungsstück aus einem aus Rohrstücken und Muffen zusammengesetzten T- förmigen Verbindungs- und Anschlussgehäuse und einem darin angeordneten Absperreinsatz zur Führung des Flusses des Heizmediums besteht, der Absperreinsatz aus zwei Abschnitten a, b besteht, wobei dern erste Abschnitt a) ring- oder hohlzylinderförmig ausgebildet ist, und an der in das T- förmige Verbindungs- und Anschlussgehäuse weisenden Seite dieses Abschnitts ein zweiter Abschnitt b) angeformt ist. Der Abschnitt b) ist kreisscheibenförmig ausgebildet und umfangsseitig an den ersten Abschnitt a) angeformt, wobei an der Außenkante des kreisscheibenförmigen Abschnitts b) Dichtlippen vorgesehen sind. Der Abschnitt a) ist ebenfalls dichtend ausgeführt. Der Abschnitt a) kann auch mit Dichtlippen ausgestattet sein.
Die Außenkontur der beiden genannten Abschnitte ist dabei den Innenkonturen der abzusperrenden Gehäuseabschnitte angepasst. Der Absperreinsatz besteht zumindest teilweise aus einem flexiblen Material. Der Vorteil dieser Lösung liegt darin, dass mit dem Formteil in sehr flexibler Weise der Medienfluss in Heizkörpern, bzw. in unterschiedlichen Abschnitten eines solchen geführt bzw. abgesperrt werden kann. Die Formteile sind dabei kostengünstig und die Herstellung ist automatisierbar und kann in vorhandene Fertigungssysteme in einfacher Weise integriert werden. Die Ausbildung des Querschnitts und die Ausführung eventuell vorhandener Durchlässe erfolgt je nach beabsichtigter Funktion, wobei das Formteil in Abhängigkeit von der Funktion verschiedene Kanäle aufweisen kann. Dadurch kann mit dem Absperreinsatz eine Trennung des Flusses des Heizmediums, eine Entwässerung einer der Heizplatten oder eine Entlüftung mindestens einer Heizplatte erfolgen.
Nach einem besonderen Merkmal ist der Absperreinsatz mit dem flexiblen Formteil von außen durch die Anschlussmuffe in das Überleitgehäuse einschiebbar, Dadurch wird eine nachträgliche Montage ermöglicht, wobei der Durchmesser der Anschlussmuffe kleiner sein kann als der Durchmesser des flexiblen Formteils. Das Formteil besteht nach einem weiteren Merkmal mindestens teilweise aus Kunststoff. Bevorzugt besteht das Formteil aus einem festen Kernstück (beispielsweise aus Metall) und dieses Kernstück umgebenden Dichtlippen aus einem flexiblen Material, wie beispielsweise Natur- Kautschuk. Zum Umfang der Erfindung gehört auch ein Heizkörper mit zumindest zwei Heizplatten , die in Ihren Eckbereichen Öffnungen zur Verbindung mit Verbindungs- und Anschlussgehäuse aufweisen, wobei die Verbindungs- und Anschlussgehäuse aus einem aus Rohrstücken und Muffen zusammengesetzten T- förmigen Gehäuse und einem darin angeordneten und bereits oben beschriebenen Absperreinsatz zur Führung des Flusses des Heizmediums bestehen. Zur Vermeidung von Wiederholungen wird deshalb auf die obigen Ausführungen ausdrücklich Bezug genommen. Bevorzugte Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung und den zugehörigen Zeichnungen.

  3. Connector according to claims 1 and 2, characterised in that, due to the fact that the section (b) is made from a flexible material, the shut-off insert (15, 25, 35) can be introduced from outside through the connection sleeve into the casing (14, 24, 34).
  4. Connector according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the shut-off insert (15, 25, 35) is at least partially made from plastic.
  5. Connector according to claim 4, characterised in that the section (b) consists of a hard core piece and of sealing lips (16, 26, 36) made from a flexible material which surround this core piece.
  6. Connector according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the shut-off insert (15, 25, 35) can be used to split the flow of the heating medium, to drain one of the heating plates (11, 12) or to bleed at least one heating plate (11, 12).
  7. Connector according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the section (b) closes the section (a) on the adjoining side and the wall of the section (a) has channels (37) which allow a bleeding of at least one heating plate (11, 12).
  8. Connector according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the section (b) has, at the point at which it is connected to the section (a), a cutout (17) which makes it possible to split the flow of the heating medium or to drain one of the heating plates (11, 12).
  9. Connector according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the section (a) is designed to provide a sealing effect and/or has sealing lips.
  10. Radiator comprising connection casings and at least two heating plates (11, 12) which have in the corner regions thereof openings for connection to the connection casings (13, 23, 33) which consist of a T-shaped casing (14, 24, 34) composed of tubular pieces and sleeves, and of a shut-off insert (15, 25, 35) arranged therein for guiding the flow of the heating medium, wherein the shut-off insert (15, 25, 35) consists of two sections (a, b), wherein the section (b) is integrally formed on the side of the section (a) that points into the T-shaped casing (14, 24, 34) and the external contour of the sections (a, b) is adapted to the internal contours of the casing sections to be shut off, characterised in that the connection casings of the connectors are designed according to claim 1.
  11. Radiator according to claim 10, characterised in that the sections (a, b) of the shut-off insert (15, 25, 35) have different channels (37) or openings (17) depending on the function.
  12. Radiator according to claims 10 and 11, characterised in that, due to the fact that the section (b) is made from a flexible material, the shut-off insert (15, 25, 35) can be introduced from outside through the connection sleeve into the casing (14, 24, 34).
  13. Radiator according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the shut-off insert (15, 25, 35) is at least partially made from plastic.
  14. Radiator according to claim 13, characterised in that the section (b) consists of a hard core piece and of sealing lips made from a flexible material which surround this core piece.
  15. Radiator according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the shut-off insert (15, 25, 35) can be used to split the flow of the heating medium, to drain one of the heating plates (11, 12) or to bleed at least one heating plate.
  16. Radiator according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the section (b) closes the section (a) on the adjoining side and the wall of the section (a) has channels (37) which allow a bleeding of at least one heating plate (11, 12).
  17. Radiator according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the section (b) has, at the point at which it is connected to the section (a), a cutout (17) which makes it possible to split the flow of the heating medium or to drain one of the heating plates (11, 12).
