Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen mehrreihigen Heizkörper, insbesondere einen Flachheizkörper nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, mit Teillastfunktion.
Heizkörper mit Einrichtungen zur gerichteten Führung des Heizmediums zur Erreichung einer Teillastfunktion sind bereits bekannt. Zwischen den Heizplatten sind an jedem oberen seitlichen Endabschnitt und an den unteren seitlichen Endabschnitten Anschlussgarnituren angeordneten, wobei die oberen Anschlussgarnituren im Wesentlichen gleich ausgebildet sind. Die Anschlussgarnituren bestehen aus T-Stücken, wobei bei den oberen Anschlussgarnituren, die zur hinteren Heizplatte gerichteten Strömungsrichtungen verschlossen sind und bei einer unteren Anschlussgarnitur, die zur vorderen Heizplatte gerichtete Strömungsrichtung verschlossen ist, wobei die unteren Anschlussgarnituren durch ein Rücklaufrohr miteinander verbunden sind und das Rücklaufrohr eine der unteren Anschlussgarnituren durchkreuzt. Vorteilhaft ist der Heizmedienvorlauf je nach Anschlussort über die rechte oder linke obere Anschlussgarnitur einleitbar.
Unerwünschte Strömungsrichtungen in den Anschlussgarnituren werden dadurch verhindert, dass darin Sperrscheiben vorgesehen sind. Lediglich die Rücklaufanschlussgarnitur weist keine Sperrscheibe auf. Die Sperrscheiben können mit Lecköffnungen versehen sein.
Der Heizmedienrücklauf erfolgt über das zwischen den unteren Anschlussgarnituren angeordnete Rücklaufrohr.

In der Figur 1 ist ein zweireihiger Flachheizkörper (10) mit einem Vorlaufanschluss und einem Rücklaufanschluss und einer ersten durchströmten und vorzugsweise dem zu beheizenden Raum zugewandten Heizkörperplatte (11) und einer weiteren durchströmten und vorzugsweise dahinter angeordneten Platte (21) und zwischen den Heizplatten (11, 21) an jedem oberen seitlichen Endabschnitt angeordneten Anschlussgarnituren (a, b) und an den unteren seitlichen Endabschnitten angeordneten Anschlussgarnituren (c, d) dargestellt. Die Anschlussgarnituren (a, b) sind im Wesentlichen gleich ausgebildet. Die Anschlussgarnituren (a, b, c, d) bestehen aus T-Stücken, wobei bei den Anschlussgarnituren (a, b), die zur hinteren Heizplatte (21) gerichteten Strömungsrichtungen mit Sperrscheiben verschlossen sind und bei der Anschlussgarnitur (d), die zur vorderen Heizplatte (11) gerichtete Strömungsrichtung ebenfalls mit einer Sperrscheibe verschlossen ist. Dabei können die Sperrscheiben je nach Anschlussart mit einer Lecköffnung versehen sein. Diese Öffnungen dienen der Entlüftung oder der Entleerung des Heizkörpers. Die Anschlussgarnituren (c, d) sind durch ein Rücklaufrohr (e) miteinander verbunden, wobei das Rücklaufrohr (e) die Anschlussgarnitur (c) durchkreuzt, so dass die Heizmedienströme von der vorderen zur hinteren Platte und vom verbindenden Rücklaufrohr (e) getrennt bleiben (Fig. 2 und 5). Der Heizmedienvorlauf VL ist je nach Anschlussort über die Anschlussgarnitur (a) oder (b) einleitbar (Fig.3 bzw. 4). Der Anschluss des Heizkörpers kann nach einem bevorzugten Merkmal beliebig wechselseitig oder gleichseitig an den Heizkreislauf erfolgen. Das Heizmedium aus dem Heizungsvorlauf VL strömt also je nach Anschlussart in den Vorlaufanschluss a oder auch b (Fig. 3 bzw. 4). Da der Strömungsweg zur hinteren Platte 21 in den oberen Anschlussgarnituren a, b versperrt ist, muss das Heizmedium in die vordere Platte 11 einströmen, in welcher sich das Heizmedium teilweise abkühlt. Am unteren Ende der vorderen Platte 11 strömt das Heizmedium über die Anschlussgarnitur c von der vorderen Platte 11 in die hintere Platte 21, ohne dabei mit dem Heizmedium aus dem Rücklaufrohr e in Verbindung zu kommen. Die Anschlussgarnitur c ist ein übliches Überström-T-Stück mit dem zum Rücklaufanschluss führenden durchgesteckten Rücklaufrohr e. In c können sich die Wege des Heizmediums kreuzen (von der vorderen in die hintere Platte und von der Anschlussgarnitur d zum Rücklaufanschluss (Anschlussgarnitur c) ohne sich zu vermischen, da die Wege getrennt sind. Bei d ist ein Überströmen des Heizmediums von der vorderen zur hinteren Platte durch eine Sperrscheibe unterbunden. In der hinteren Platte 21 steigt das Heizmedium aufgrund seiner noch vorhandenen Temperatur nach oben, kühlt sich vollends ab und verlässt die hintere Platte 21 über die Anschlussgarnitur d.
