Claims (22)
- Schussvorrichtung umfassend eine Feuerwaffe und ihre Munition, die Feuerwaffe (16) umfassend ein Gehäuse (17), eine Kanone (19), ein Lader (20), einen Mechanismus zur Abfeuerung (21) und die Munition umfassend eine oder mehrere Patronen (1) jeweils in Form von einer Hülse (2) mit einem Geschoss (6) und einer Sprengladung (8), die Feuerwaffe (16) umfassend Mitteln zum Zuführen einer Patrone (1) in das Magazin (20) vor dem Eingang (31) der Kanone (19) und gestützt gegen ein Stützelement (22) des Gehäuses (17), das den Mechanismus zur Abfeuerung (21) umfasst und dass die Kanone (19) im Gehäuse (17) verschiebbar ist zwischen zumindest einer ausgefahrenen Position für das Einlegen und das Auswerfen einer Patrone (1) und einer eingefahrenen Schussstellung, in der die Kanone (19) unter der Wirkung einer Rückstellfeder (27) gegen den vorderen Teil (15) der Hülse (2) von der Patrone (1) anschlägt, die sich vor dem Eingang (31) der Kanone (19) befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feuerwaffe (16) ausgerüstet ist mit einem Feststeller, um die Kanone (19) in ihrer vorgenannten ausgefahrenen Position zu blockieren, und mit einem Mechanismus zum Entriegeln des Feststellers, der durch die Bewegung einer neuen Patrone (1) gesteuert wird, die vor dem Eingang (31) der Kanone (19) eingelegt wird, und dadurch, dass jede Patrone (1) versehen ist mit Vortriebsmitteln um, nachdem der Mechanismus zur Abfeuerung (21) betätigt wird, die Hülse (2) und die Kanone (19) nach vorne zu schleudern, um die Kanone (19) in ihre ausgefahrene Position zu verschieben, wobei die Hülse (2) der Munition mit äußeren Vorsprüngen versehen ist, die es erlauben, den Mechanismus zum Entriegeln des Feststellers der Kanone (19) zu steuern, um die Kanone (19) in ihrer ausgefahrenen Position anzuhalten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Waffe (16) mit einem Anschlag (36) versehen ist, um die Bewegung der Hülse (2) nach vorne zu begrenzen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (2) der Patronen (1) zwei laterale Seiten (11-12) umfasst, von denen die eine mit zumindest einem Stift (13) versehen ist, wobei dieser Stift (13) zusammen mit dem Anschlag (36) wirken kann, um die Bewegung der Hülse (2) nach vorne zu begrenzen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (13) zum Begrenzen der Bewegung der Hülse (2) nach vorne auf dem Lader (20) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Schleudern durch einen Kolben (7) gebildet werden, der in einer Hochdruckkammer (4) untergebracht ist, die im hinteren Teil der Hülse (2) vorgesehen ist, wobei dieser Kolben (7) in der Längsrichtung der Hülse (2) gleiten kann und mit einer Sprengladung (8) versehen ist, die in einem Längsdurchgang (9) des Kolbens (7) montiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sprengladung derart positioniert ist, dass sich diese Ladung gegenüber dem Mechanismus zur Abfeuerung befindet, wenn die Patrone vor den Eingang der Kanone gebracht wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (2) der Patronen (1) eine zylindrische Niederdruckkammer (3) umfasst, die vorne offen ist und die das Geschoss (6) aufnimmt, wobei diese Kammer (3) durch eine Trennwand (5) von der Hochdruckkammer (4) getrennt ist, und durch zumindest ein Lüftungsloch (10) mit dieser Hochdruckkammer (4) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Patrone (1) derart realisiert ist, dass sie dem Druck in der Patrone widersteht, der sich aus der Abfeuerung von der Sprengladung (8) ergibt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (2) und der Kolben (7) aus Kunststoff hergestellt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Zuführen einer Patrone in dir Lader (20) gegenüber dem Eingang (31) der Kanone (19) durch einen Transporter (33) im Lader (20), der die Munition zum Ausgang (25) des Laders (20) schiebt, und durch einen Anschlag (34) am Ausgang (25) des Laders (20) gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (34) am Ausgang (25) des Laders (20) ein Bestandteil des Laders (20) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (2) der Patronen (1) zwei laterale Seiten (11-12) umfasst, von der die eine mit zumindest einem Stift (14) an einer dieser Seiten (11-12) versehen ist, wobei dieser Stift (14) mit dem Anschlag (34) am Ausgang (25) des Laders (20) zusammen wirken kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (34) am Ausgang (25) des Laders (20) und der Stift (14), der mit diesem Anschlag (34) zusammen wirkt, derart gestaltet sind, dass der Stift (14) vom Anschlag (34) befreit ist, wenn die Hülse (2) durch die Mittel zum Schleudern nach vorne geschleudert wird, so dass die Patrone (1), die über den Transporter (33) im Lader (20) verwendet wird, ausgeworfen werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feuerwaffe (16) in der Verlängerung des Ausgangs des Magazins mit einem Auswurffenster (24) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auswurffenster (24) mit einer schwenkbaren Auswurfklappe (26) bedeckt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Feststeller in Form eines Kipphebels (37) realisiert ist, der mit einer Rückstellfeder (38) ausgerüstet ist und von dem ein erstes Ende (39) kann mit einer Schulter (30) der Kanone (19) zusammen wirken und von dem das zweite Ende (40) mit dem Mechanismus zum Entriegeln zusammen wirken kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mechanismus zum Entriegeln durch einen Drücker (41) realisiert ist, der in der Bewegungsrichtung einer neuen Patrone (1) gleitet, wenn diese vor den Eingang (31) der Kanone (19) gebracht wird, und der mit einem Schlitz (42) versehen ist, der das zweite Ende (40) des Feststellers aufnimmt und der mit einem Nocken (43) versehen ist, der mit einem Stift (13) zusammen wirken kann, der gegenüber der lateralen Seite (11-12) der Hülse (2) der Patrone (1) angeordnet ist, die vor den Eingang (31) der Kanone (19) gebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser der Niederdruckkammer (3), die das Geschoss (6) aufnimmt, dem Innendurchmesser der Kanone (19) entspricht oder nur etwas kleiner als dieser Innendurchmesser ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eingang (31) der Kanone (19) mit einem konzentrischen Ring (32) versehen ist, der einen Innendurchmesser aufweist, der dem Außendurchmesser des vorderen Teils (15) der Hülse (2) einer Patrone (1) entspricht oder ein weniger größer als dieser Außendurchmesser ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (32) der Kanone (19) einen konischen Eingang aufweist, und dass der vordere Teil (15) der Hülse (2) ebenfalls konisch ist.
- Feuerwaffe, die für eine Schussvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche vorgesehen ist, umfassend ein Gehäuse (17), eine Kanone (19), ein Lader (20), ein Mechanismus zur Abfeuerung (21) für eine Munition umfassend eine oder mehrere Patronen (1,) jede in Form von einer Hülse (2) mit einem Geschoss (6) und einer Sprengladung (8), Mitteln zum Zuführen einer Patrone (1) in das Lader (20) vor dem Eingang der Kanone (19) und gestützt gegen ein Stützelement (22) des Gehäuses (17), das den Mechanismus zur Abfeuerung (21) umfasst, wobei die Kanone (19) im Gehäuse (17) verschiebbar ist zwischen zumindest einer ausgefahrenen Position zum Einlegen und Auswerfen einer Patrone (1) und einer eingefahrenen Schussstellung in der die Kanone (19) unter der Wirkung einer Rückstellfeder (27) gegen das vordere Teil (15) der Hülse (2) der Patrone (1) anschlägt, die vor dem Eingang (31) der Kanone (19) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feuerwaffe (16) ausgerüstet ist mit einem Feststeller, um die Kanone (19) in ihrer vorgenannten ausgefahrenen Position zu blockieren, und mit einem Mechanismus zum Entriegeln des Feststellers, der vorgesehen ist, um gesteuert zu werden durch die Bewegung einer neuen Patrone, die vor dem Eingang der Kanone (19) eingelegt wird, und dadurch, dass die Feuerwaffe (16) vorgesehen ist, um mit Patronen (1) zu schießen, die mit Vortriebsmitteln versehen sind, um, nachdem der Mechanismus zur Abfeuerung (16) betätigt wurde, die Hülse (2) der Patrone (1) und die Kanone (19) nach vorne zu schleudern, um die Kanone zu ihrer ausgefahrenen Position zu verschieben, wobei die Hülse der Munition mit äußeren Vorsprüngen versehen ist, die es erlauben, den Mechanismus zum Entriegeln des Feststellers der Kanone (19) zu steuern, um die Kanone (19) in ihrer ausgefahrenen Position anzuhalten.
- Patrone umfassend eine Hülse (2) mit einem Geschoss (6) und einer Sprengladung (8), wobei die Patrone (1) für eine Schussvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Patrone (1) mit Vortriebsmitteln versehen ist, um, nach der Abfeuerung der Sprengladung (8), die Hülse (2) nach vorne zu schleudern, wobei die Patrone (1) gegen ein Stützelement (22) des Gehäuses (17) der Schussvorrichtung gestützt ist, wobei die Hülse (2) der Munition mit äußeren Vorsprüngen versehen ist, die es erlauben, den Mechanismus zum Entriegeln des Feststellers der Kanone (19) zu steuern, um die Kanone (19) in ihrer ausgefahrenen Position anzuhalten.
