    - manuelle Steuermittel (5 bis 8), um die Durchführung von Funktionen der Mikroprozessoreinheit zu steuern, wobei diese Steuermittel zumindest eine Steuertaste (5) mit einem berührungsempfindlichen Bereich aufweisen, die an einer Innenseite des Gehäuseoberteils aus Isoliermaterial (10) in der Nähe des sichtbaren Abschnitts des Displays angeordnet ist, um bei einem Betriebsmodus mit dem Finger (D) eines Benutzers kapazitiv aktiviert zu werden, den er auf einen bestimmten Abschnitt des berührungsempfindlichen Bereichs legt und dabei die Sichtbarmachung der am Display angezeigten Daten gestattet, wenn der Finger auf die Steuertaste gelegt ist, sowie einen Steuerknopf (6), der in dem Oberteil des Gehäuses angeordnet ist, wobei ein manueller Druck auf diesen Knopf den Steuertasten (5) sowie dem Display gestattet, von einem Ruhemodus in einen Betriebsmodus überzugehen, und
    - eine Energiequelle (21), um sämtliche elektronische Bauteile der Vorrichtung mit Strom zu versorgen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der manuelle Steuerknopf (6) von der Mikroprozessoreinheit (30) so konfiguriert wird, dass mit Niederdrücken dieses zweiten manuellen Steuerknopfs für eine Dauer länger als eine erste Zeitschwelle das Display aufleuchtet und dass mit Niederdrücken dieses zweiten Steuerknopfs für eine Dauer länger als eine zweite Zeitschwelle, die über der ersten Zeitschwelle liegt, dem Fahrzeug ein Steuersignal übertragen wird, um ein Warntonsignal bzw. das Signalhorn und/oder die Scheinwerfer des Fahrzeugs auszulösen.
  2. Tragbare Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuermittel mehrere manuelle Steuertasten (5) enthalten, die jeweils einen berührungsempfindlichen Bereich haben, der an der Innenseite des Gehäuseoberteils (10) in der Nähe des sichtbaren Abschnitts des Displays platziert ist, wobei die berührungsempfindlichen Bereiche so bemessen und voneinander beabstandet sind, dass sie separat aktiviert werden, wenn ein Benutzer seinen Finger (D) auf einen bestimmten Abschnitt eines berührungsempfindlichen Bereichs einer der zu aktivierenden Tasten legt.
  3. Tragbare Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuertasten (5) an der Innenseite einer Isolierplatte (4) des Gehäuseoberteils (10) angeordnet sind und dass die Steuertasten von einem abgeschrägten Rand (13) des Oberteils (10) so umgeben sind, dass sie den Finger in Anlage an dem abgeschrägten Rand in Richtung einer der zu aktivierenden Tasten führen.
  4. Tragbare Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuertasten (5) in einer Anzahl von sechs vorliegen und dass bei einem Betriebsmodus eine erste und eine zweite Steuertaste manuell in einem Ausgabe- bzw. Änderungsmodus eines bestimmten Menüs aktiviert werden können, das über weitere Steuertasten ausgewählt wurde, um eine Einstellung von Zeitdaten durch Inkrementierung bzw. Dekrementierung oder Eingabe von am Display visualisierten Daten vorzunehmen, dass eine dritte Steuertaste manuell aktiviert werden kann, um ein am Display zu visualisierendes Parkmenü auszuwählen und/oder um eine Parkdauer des Fahrzeugs in einem Parkbereich einzustellen, dass eine vierte Steuertaste manuell aktiviert werden kann, um ein am Display zu visualisierendes Uhrzeitmenü auszuwählen und/oder die Uhrzeit und das Datum einzustellen, die von einer Zeitbasis (32) der Vorrichtung bereitgestellt werden, sowie eine Alarmzeit, dass eine fünfte Steuertaste manuell aktiviert werden kann, um am Display zu visualisierende Messdaten oder - parameter zu empfangen, die vom Fahrzeug übertragen werden, wobei die Daten bzw. Parameter insbesondere Fehler des Fahrzeugs betreffen, die in einem Speicher (31) der Vorrichtung abgelegt werden, und dass eine sechste Steuertaste manuell aktiviert werden kann, um Fahrzeugdaten zum Kilometerstand, Tageskilometerzähler, Kraftstoffpegel, mit dem verbleibenden Kraftstoff fahrbare Kilometerzahlen, während einer bestimmten Dauer erfolgende Fahrstrecken, Ent- bzw. Verriegelungszustand der Türen, Öffnungs- bzw. Schließzustand der Fenster oder zum Zustand der Schweinwerfer des Fahrzeugs zu empfangen, zu visualisieren und/oder einzuspeichern.
  5. Tragbare Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Vibrationserzeugungselement (41) und/oder ein Tonsignalerzeugungselement (42) enthält, um den Empfang von Daten bzw. Parameter des Fahrzeugs zu melden, wie etwa ein stummes Warnsignal, den Zustand des Fahrzeugs oder weitere Daten und Parameter, oder um das Ende einer in der Vorrichtung einprogrammierten Parkdauer des Fahrzeugs zu melden oder um eine Alarmzeit zu melden.
  6. Tragbare Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die manuellen Steuermittel zwei erste Steuerknöpfe (7, 8) enthalten, die in dem Unterteil des Gehäuses angeordnet und dazu bestimmt sind, manuell gedrückt zu werden, um insbesondere die Entriegelung und die Verriegelung der Türen und/oder das Öffnen und Schließen der Fenster des Fahrzeugs oder das Auslösen eines Klimatisierungsgeräts zu steuern.
  7. Tragbare Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Zeitbasis (32) enthält, die mit der Mikroprozessoreinheit verbunden ist, um das Anzeigen von Zeitdaten am Display zu ermöglichen, wie etwa die Uhrzeit und das Datum, und dass die Steuertasten (5) von der Mikroprozessoreinheit konfiguriert werden, um bei einem Betriebsmodus das Auswählen oder Abfragen verschiedener Menüs oder eingespeicherter Daten der Vorrichtung zu ermöglichen.
  8. Tragbare Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem über eine der Steuertasten ausgewählten und am Display angezeigten Menü ein zweiter Steuerknopf (6) der manuellen Steuermittel von der Mikroprozessoreinheit konfiguriert wird, um eingegebene Daten in einem Modus zum Ausgeben oder Ändern von Parametern oder Daten der Vorrichtung zu validieren, wobei die Betätigung bestimmter Steuertasten ermöglicht, die visualisierten Parameter bzw. Daten auszugeben bzw. zu ändern.
  9. Tragbare Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Display (3) eine Flüssigkristallanzeige vom Typ Matrix oder mit zwei Segmentzeilen ist, wobei verschiedene Icons bezüglich der Arten von betrachteten Daten oder Parametern selektiv am Display erscheinen, und dass Symbole an der Außenseite des Gehäuseoberteils über jeden entsprechenden berührungsempfindlichen Bereich der Steuerasten platziert sind, um die Funktion bzw. Funktionen jeder Steuertaste darzustellen.
