Definitions
- the invention relates to an elevator installation with a car electrical system integrated in the car roof and a method for assembling an elevator installation according to the preamble of the independent claims.
- the elevator installation contains an elevator car that can be moved in an elevator shaft.
- the elevator car consists essentially of a car floor, side walls, at least one car entrance and a car roof. The car is accessed during normal operation of the elevator system via a floor entrance and the car entrance.
- various electrical or electromechanical devices and installations necessary for the operation of the elevator system are arranged in the area of the car roof.
- These devices and installations are, for example, door control, evaluation devices for shaft information and / or door monitoring, devices for operating the system in service mode, communication devices, energy storage devices, parts of the cabin lighting and / or cable connections or processors for controlling other functional groups.
- These devices and installations form part of the cabin electrical system.
- a service company is used to move the car in the shaft for maintenance or similar tasks.
- the elevator system can be controlled from the car roof.
- the to it The necessary controls are also arranged in the area of the cabin roof.
- Further electrical components such as display elements, car call transmitters, load measuring sensors or other parts of the car electrical system such as the door drive or room monitoring sensors are function-related at further locations on or in the car.
- a cabin in which cabin electrics in sub-spaces of the cabin roof is arranged.
- the cabin electrical system is accessible from above for maintenance via hatches, or the cabin electrical system can be accessed for maintenance by opening the central zone of the cabin roof from below or from inside the cabin.
- the object of this invention is to provide a car roof which does not have any protruding assemblies of the car electrical system. Disadvantages of this solution are that the elevator cannot be operated in service mode and that when the maintenance hatch is open the car roof area that can be entered is small.
- FR 2 695 632 A shows an elevator car roof with a connection plate which is attached to a roof hatch that can be folded up.
- the object of the present invention is to arrange the cabin electrics required to operate the cabin in such a way that that the cabin can be operated for service operation, that there is sufficient space available, that it does not require any additional height, that it can be assembled with little effort and, that the risk of accidents is reduced as far as possible.
- the cabin electrics should be arranged inexpensively and they should be easily, safely and quickly accessible for maintenance purposes.
- the cabin roof closes the passenger compartment of the cabin from above. It takes over the forces that stiffen the entire cabin body required are. In the case of self-supporting cabins, the cab roof also takes on the necessary force for transferring the load-bearing forces. At the same time, it is used by the service personnel as a stand for service work inside the shaft. Towards the passenger compartment, it serves as a carrier for any ceiling design elements or it itself forms the roof of the cabin, which can be seen by the passengers. In order to be able to take over these primary functions, the cabin roof must be provided with the required strength. For this purpose, the car roof is usually designed in the form of a tub. The height of the tub enables the cabin roof to be designed to be stable enough to perform the primary functions.
- the car roof thereby takes up a car roof space which is defined by the base area of the car roof or the car multiplied by the tub height of the car roof.
- Part of the resulting cabin roof space is used to arrange parts of the cabin electrical system. This part of the cabin roof space is referred to as the equipment room.
- the equipment compartment which is used to arrange parts of the cabin electrical system is now arranged along an outer boundary of the cabin roof or along a cabin roof edge.
- the cabin roof space has the fastening points required for fastening parts of the cabin electrics in the region of the cabin roof edge.
- the cabin roof space given by the construction of the roof is optimally used, and no additional installation space is required.
- the assembly effort for the cabin electrics is greatly reduced, since the cabin roof with the Cabin electrics can be wired and equipped in the manufacturing plant in an ideally suitable environment.
- the corresponding effort in the field is eliminated, the cost efficiency of the product is improved, in particular also because the cabin electrics can largely be functionally tested in the manufacturing plant.
- the equipment room or the area of the car roof which contains the car electrical system is preferably arranged along a lateral boundary of the car roof, this lateral boundary extending, as a rule, at right angles to the boundary which is assigned to the main car entrance.
- the lateral arrangement means that the equipment room, viewed from a floor entrance, is arranged on the left-hand or right-hand boundary edge of the car roof.
- the area of the car roof which is designed to accommodate the car electrics, is advantageously limited to an area which comprises less than 1/3 of the corresponding car dimension, or less than 1/3 of the car roof area. If the cabin electrical system is arranged on a lateral boundary of the cabin roof, the equipment space which is used to accommodate cabin electrical systems advantageously takes up less than 1/3 of the cabin width. As a result of this arrangement, the rest of the cabin roof area has a sufficient standing area to be able to offer a coherent work area that is large enough for the service specialist.
- An elevator system 1 exists, as in the Fig. 1 shown by way of example, from an elevator car 3, which is arranged in an elevator shaft 2 so as to be movable along an essentially vertical axis.
- the elevator car is mainly used to move people and / or goods.
- the elevator car 3 consists of a car floor 4, side walls 5a, 5b, a front wall containing a car entrance 6, a rear wall and a car roof 7. Access to the elevator car 3 is made possible by at least one car entrance 6 and floor entrances 12. If the elevator car 3 has more than one car entrance 6, a main car entrance 6a is determined.
- the elevator car 3 is connected to a counterweight by means of suspension means and moved by means of a drive.
- the arrangement of the drive is not decisive for this invention; the elevator car can also be designed in the form of a self-propelled vehicle.
- the car roof 7 closes the elevator car 3, as in FIG Fig. 2 and 3 shown upwards.
- the car roof 7 can be stepped on for maintenance purposes.
- the car roof has a height h of 7 to 12 centimeters (cm).
- the lateral boundaries of the car roof 7 are formed by car roof edges 7sh, 7sl, 7sr, 7sv.
- the car roof 7 is closed towards the passenger compartment. This page is used to accommodate ceiling design elements of the customer's choice.
- the ceiling which is usually closed at the bottom, together with the cabin roof edges 7sh, 7sl, 7sr, 7sv, form a trough which has the height h of the cabin ceiling.
- a device compartment 7a is arranged along a cabin roof edge 7sh, 7sl, 7sr, 7sv, or along an outer boundary of the cabin roof 7.
- the bone space 7a can optionally be arranged along a rear car roof edge 7sh, along a front car roof edge 7sv or along a lateral car roof edge 7sl, 7sr.
- Parts of the cabin electrical system 8 required for operating the cabin are arranged in the equipment compartment 7a.
- the car electrical system 8 contains, for example, devices and installations such as car computers 8c, which ensure data communication from the car to the elevator control, door computers 8a, which check the security status of the door, communication elements 8d, which are used, for example, to transmit alarms, terminals and cable slots, as well as storage space for excess lengths of Cables or power supply units, etc. as required Control elements 8b which are used to control the elevator in service mode are also arranged in the equipment room 7a.
- the arrangement of the equipment room 7a for the arrangement of cabin electrics along an outer boundary of the cabin roof 7 allows a cost-effective design of the cabin electrics 8, since no separate boxes have to be used.
- the rest of the cabin roof space can advantageously be used to stiffen the cabin roof or to accommodate cabin lighting, etc.
- the arrangement of the cabin electrical system (8) in the equipment room (7a) allows optimal and inexpensive manufacture of the entire cabin roof 7 in the manufacturing plant. There it can be wired and tested as a unit. The assembly on the construction site is optimized and the susceptibility to errors due to incorrect wiring is reduced.
- the equipment compartment 7a which is used to arrange parts of the cabin electrical system 8, is arranged along a lateral boundary 7sl, 7sr of the car roof, this lateral boundary 7sl, 7sr extending at right angles to the boundary which the main cabin entrance 6a assigned.
- the equipment compartment 7a, arranged along a lateral boundary line of the car roof, for accommodating car electrics 8, fulfills the criteria of easy accessibility from the viewing direction of the main access 6a to the car 3, or to the car roof left 7sl or right 7sr. Entry to the car roof 7 is possible without hindrance, and the risk of an accident is reduced.
- the equipment space 7a which is used to arrange parts of the cabin electrical system 8, takes up less than 1/3 of the cabin roof area. As a result, a sufficiently large remaining area of the car roof 7 remains available in order to provide the required work surface for the service man.
- the equipment space 7a for the installation of cabin electrics 8 extends essentially over the entire depth t of the cabin and requires about 1/4 of the cabin width or about 100mm to 300mm in width. These dimensions offer sufficient space for the arrangement of the car electrical system 8 and at the same time enable an optimal, strength-appropriate design of the car roof 7.
- the equipment compartment 7a accommodating the cabin electrics 8 can be covered by a cover 9.
- the cover 9 is advantageously firmly connected to the car roof 7 by means of a hinge along one side.
- the cover 9 can by means of a pivoting movement, as in FIG Fig. 2 shown to be opened.
- the cabin electrical system 8 is protected in the closed state of the cover 9c, and can be easily and safely accessed in the open state 9o for the purpose of maintenance.
- the cover 9 also forms a direct protection of the cabin electrical system 8 during the transport of the cabin roof 7 from the manufacturing plant to the construction site.
- Other types of opening such as a sliding cover 9 or a removable cover 9 are also possible at the manufacturer's option.
- the closed position of the cover (9) is advantageously monitored electrically.
- the monitoring prevents the elevator installation 1 from being released for normal operation as long as the cover 9 is not in the closed position. This also increases safety for maintenance specialists. If necessary, the cover 9 can be closed in the closed position 9c. This prevents improper access to the cabin electrics 8 and thus prevents, among other things, vandalism and damage.
- the cover 9 is advantageously designed so that it can be walked on. It has the necessary rigidity and is, if necessary, with a non-slip structure, e.g. a corrugated sheet as defined in the DIN 59220 standard.
- the service specialist can use the area formed by the lid as an additional stand area. It is designed to be slip-proof and sure-footed.
- the cover 9, in the closed state is advantageously arranged in a plane to the rest of the car roof. As a result, when the cover 9 is closed, the service specialist has the entire cabin roof surface 7 available as a work platform and he can carry out the service work required in the shaft safely and in a comfortable standing position. Since the closed cover does not form a step to the rest of the car roof, the risk of an accident due to tripping is also reduced.
- Fig 3 it can be seen that the remaining cabin area is used to arrange an emergency exit 10.
- the shown arrangement of an emergency exit 10 allows a Safe evacuation of passengers trapped in the elevator car via the car roof 7.
- Such an emergency exit is required, for example, by the elevator standard EN-81 in certain cases.
- the cover 9, which is used to cover the cabin electrical system (8), can be seen to have a cutout 9a which enables access to control elements 8b or other elements which are required for service operation without the cover 9 having to be opened.
- a service of the elevator system, in particular the inspection of the shaft space, can be carried out quickly. Dangerous states are avoided because the current-carrying parts of the cabin electrics 8 remain covered.
- This arrangement of the control elements 8b in the equipment compartment 7a also allows optimal and inexpensive manufacture of the entire cabin roof 7 in the manufacturing plant. There it can be wired and tested as a unit. The assembly on the construction site is optimized and the susceptibility to errors due to incorrect wiring is reduced.
- the further cabin electrical system 11 contains, for example, parts that are used for direct control or drive 11b of a cabin door, and / or lighting elements 11a which are used by the service specialist to illuminate the service area, and / or monitoring elements 11c which interrupt normal operation of the elevator system when people are present on the car roof.
- This possibility of arrangement is particularly advantageous since the devices can be arranged in a suitable position according to their function and the arrangement along a cabin roof edge has an insignificant effect on the standing area for the service personnel.
- the cabin delimitation 7sv defined by a door drive 13 is used as an ideal installation location.
- the additional cabin electrical system 11b serving to drive the door is thus functionally arranged in the vicinity of its place of use.
- the person skilled in the art can change the set sizes and arrangements as desired. For example, it can subdivide the cabin roof space several times, it can suitably provide further sub-areas with a cover or, with the lateral arrangement, the equipment compartment can only extend over a sub-area of the cabin depth.
