Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung für eine Solebadbehandlung mit einem Becken in der Dimensionierung einer Badewanne zur Aufnahme der Sole nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
- Eine solche Vorrichtung ist aus
DE-U1-9 105 545 bekannt. - In
GB-A-2 368 788 - Bei einer anderen bekannten Vorrichtung handelt es sich um eine mit Sole gefüllte Badewanne. In der Sole befindet sich der Flotende praktisch in einer Art Schwebezustand, was zu einer erheblichen körperlichen und geistigen Entspannung führt. Benutzen mehrere Flotende nacheinander dieselbe bekannte Vorrichtung, so muß das verschmutzte Solebad in aufwendiger Weise erneuert werden, was kostenintensiv und personalintensiv ist.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art so weiterzuentwickeln, daß eine einfache und kostengünstige Erneuerung des Solebades und eine optimale Qualität der Sole erreicht wird.
- Die technische Lösung schlägt eine Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 vor.
- Über die Umwälzeinrichtung kann das Becken nach jeder Behandlung in einfacher Weise entleert und für die nächste Behandlung wieder neu gefüllt werden. Zusätzlich erfolgt einer Reinigung der Sole, so daß für die nächste Behandlung keine neue Sole angesetzt werden muß, sondern dieselbe, allerdings gereinigte Sole, wieder für die nächste Behandlung verwendet werden kann. Dadurch können Kosten eingespart und eine optimale Qualität der Sole erreicht werden.
- Damit die Sole in hervorragender Qualität gereinigt werden kann, sieht eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung vor, daß die Reinigungseinrichtung ein Filtersystem mit mindestens einem Aktivkohlefilter aufweist. Durch den Aktivkohlefilter werden biologische Verunreinigungen wie beispielsweise Keime beseitigt. Um zusätzlich auch physikalische Verunreinigungen wie Schmutz, Hautschuppen oder Haare zu beseitigen, sieht eine weitere Ausgestaltung der Erfindung vor, daß das Filtersystem zusätzlich einen Beutelfilter aufweist.
- Die im Solebad verwendete Sole muß regelmäßig desinfiziert werden. Eine Weiterbildung der Erfindung sieht deshalb vor, daß die Reinigungseinrichtung eine Ozonanlage aufweist. Durch das Ozon wird die Sole desinfiziert. Weiterhin wird durch den Aktivkohlefilter sichergestellt, daß kein Ozon in das Becken gelangen kann. Zusätzlich hat jeder Speichertank einen Aktivkohlefilter für die Abluft. Vorteilhafterweise weist die Reinigungseinrichtung eine pH-Wert-Regelung auf, wodurch der pH-Wert ständig überwacht und nachgeregelt wird.
- Damit die Temperatur des Solebades immer auf einem konstanten Wert gehalten wird, welcher vorteilhalfterweise der Körpertemperatur angepaßt ist, sieht eine Weiterbildung der Erfindung vor, daß eine Heizeinrichtung zur Aufheizung oder Erhaltung der Soletemperatur vorgesehen ist.
- In den Pausen zwischen den einzelnen Behandlungen wird das Becken leergepumpt. Die Sole muß deshalb in diesen Pausen in geeigneter Weise gespeichert werden. Eine weitere Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht deshalb vor, daß für die Sole mindestens ein Speichertank vorgesehen ist, in dem die Sole zwischengespeichert werden kann.
- Damit der Flotende in einfacher Weise in das Becken gelangt, weist das Becken zweckmäßigerweise eine verschließbare Einstiegsöffnung auf. Nach der Behandlung und im Zustand völliger Entspannung kann es für den Flotenden schwierig sein, die Einstiegsöffnung wiederzufinden. Vorteilhafterweise ist deshalb neben der Einstiegsöffnung mindestens eine Kunststoffsäule mit einer Beleuchtung angeordnet. Diese Beleuchtung dient sowohl beim Betreten als auch beim Verlassen des Beckens als Orientierungshilfe. Nach oben hin ist das Becken mit einer Kuppel abgeschlossen. Um die Aufnahmefähigkeit des Gehirns des Flotenden zu unterstützen, ist vorteilhafterweise eine Bildprojektionseinrichtung in dem Becken angeordnet. Mit dieser Einrichtung können Bilder an die Kuppel projiziert werden. Um bestimmte mentale Zustände zu unterstützen, sieht eine Weiterbildung der Erfindung vor, daß Farblichtanlagen und Klangsysteme in dem Becken angeordnet sind.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist das Becken rund oder leicht oval und die Sole in dem Becken derart kontinuierlich austauschbar, daß durch die zugeführte Sole die Sole insgesamt im Becken eine Rotationsbewegung ausführt. Die Sole wird zu diesem Zweck im wesentlichen tangential oder unter einem spitzen Winkel zur Bekkenwand in das Becken eingeleitet. Dadurch wird der Flotende in einer leichten Kreisbewegung von beispielsweise 1 Umdrehung pro Minute automatisch mitgeführt. Er berührt dabei nicht die Innenwand des Beckens.
- Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung in Form eines schematischen Schaltplans.
- Die Vorrichtung weist ein mit hochkonzentrierter Sole gefülltes Becken 1 auf. Als Salz wird Magnesiumsulfat verwendet. Das Becken 1 ist strömungsmäßig mit einer Umwälzeinrichtung 2 mit Umwälzpumpe 3, einer Reinigungseinrichtung 4, einer Heizeinrichtung 5 und mit einem Solespeichertank 6 verbunden. Die Reinigungs-einrichtung 4 weist ein Filtersystem mit einem Aktivkohlefilter 7 und einem Beutelfilter 8 auf. Weiterhin ist in der Reinigungseinrichtung 4 eine Ozonanlage 9, eine pH-Wert-Regelung 10 und eine Chlorierungseinheit 11 vorgesehen. Die pH-Wert-Regelung 10 weist einen pH-Minus-Behälter 12 und eine pH-Minus-Dosierpumpe 13 auf. Die Chlorierungseinheit 11 weist einen Chlorbehälter 14 und einen Chlordosierpumpe 15 auf. Auf dem Solespeichertank 6 befindet sich ein Frischwasserventil 16 zur Befüllung des Systems mit Frischwasser und eine Niveausonde 17 zur Füllstandsüberwachung. Weiterhin ist ein Ansetzbehälter 18 zum Ansetzen von frischer Sole mit einem Rührwerk 19 vorgesehen. Die Steuerung der Vorrichtung erfolgt über einen in der Zeichnung nicht näher dargestellten Schaltschrank mit Anzeigevorrichtungen.
- Das Becken 1 ist als abgeschlossenes Rundbecken mit einem kreisförmigen Durchmesser ausgebildet. Durch die runde Form kommt der Flotende bei der Behandlung nicht mit störenden Kanten am Beckenrand in Berührung. Das Becken besteht insgesamt aus Kunststoff, vorzugsweise aus Acryl. Eine Kuppel als oberer Abschluß des Beckens 1 vermittelt eine großzügige Räumlichkeit und verhindert dadurch klaustrophobische Beklemmungen des Flotenden. Im Seitenbereich des Beckens 1 ist eine verschließbare Einstiegsöffnung angebracht, welche mit zwei Schiebetüren aus Kunststoff, insbesondere aus satiniertem Acrylglas, geschlossen werden kann. Neben der Einstiegsöffnung sind zwei Acrylsäulen angebracht, in denen jeweils eine Beleuchtungsanlage integriert ist. Die Beleuchtung dient zur Orientierung während des Betretens und des Verlassens des Beckens 1. Am zur Einstiegsöffnung gegenüberliegenden Seitenbereich können zwei weitere Acrylsäulen an dem Bekken 1 angebracht sein, so daß insgesamt das Becken 1 auf den vier Säulen ruht. Zur Beeinflussung des mentalen Zustandes des Flotenden sind in dem Becken 1 eine Bildprojektionseinrichtung zum Projizieren von Bildern an die Kuppel sowie Farblichtanlagen und Klangsysteme angeordnet.
- Bei Betrieb der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung können über den Schaltschrank verschiedene Programme automatisch durchgeführt werden. Damit jederzeit eine optimale Qualität der Sole gewährleistet ist, muß diese zwischen den Behandlungspausen oder auch über Nacht keimfrei und temperiert gehalten werden. Hierzu wird die Sole aus dem Solespeichertank 6 mittels der Umwälzeinrichtung 2 in die Reinigungseinrichtung 4 und wieder zurück in den Solespeichertank 6 gepumpt. Dabei wird die Sole durch den Aktivkohlefilter 7 und den Beutelfilter 8 gefiltert und durch die Ozonanlage 9 und die Chlorierungseinheit 11 desinfiziert. Zusätzlich kann die Sole bei Bedarf durch die Heizeinrichtung 5 wieder aufgeheizt werden. Die Umwälzung der Sole erfolgt dabei kontinuierlich, und zwar derart, daß die Sole im Becken 1 eine Rotationsbewegung von beispielsweise 1 Umdrehung pro Minute ausführt.
- Zur Durchführung einer Solebadbehandlung wird zuerst das Becken 1 mit einer vorher eingestellten Menge Sole aus den Solespeichertank 6 befüllt. Nach erfolgter Befüllung werden über die Steuerung die verschiedenen im Schaltkreis vorgesehenen Ventile so eingestellt, daß die Sole im Becken 1 umgewälzt, gefiltert und desinfiziert werden kann. Nach Beendigung einer Solebadbehandlung werden die Ventile so eingestellt, daß das Becken 1 entleert wird und die Sole wieder zurück in den Solespeichertank 6 gepumpt wird.
- Nach einer maximalen Behandlungszahl muß die verbrauchte Sole abgelassen und durch frische Sole ersetzt werden. Zusätzlich muß das gesamte System durchgespült werden. Nach Entleeren des Solespeichertanks 6 wird über das Frischwasserventil 16 Frischwasser zugeführt. Das gesamte System einschließlich des Aktivkohlefilters 7 wird mit Frischwasser gespült. Danach wird der Aktivkohlefilter 7 über ein Absperrventil 20 gesperrt. Das System ohne den Aktivkohlefilter wird nun mit gechlortem Frischwasser gespült. Auch das Becken 1 wird mit gechlortem Frischwasser gespült. Anschließend wird das Spülwasser zurück in den Solespeichertank 6 gepumpt und aus diesem in die Kanalisation abgelassen. Die Vorrichtung steht nun gereinigt für eine neue Solebadbehandlung zur Verfügung.
- Zum Ansetzen einer frischen Sole wird zuerst der Solespeichertank 6 mit Frischwasser gefüllt und durch die Umwälzeinrichtung 2 umgewälzt und bei Bedarf durch die Heizeinrichtung 5 nachgeheizt. Das Frischwasser wird dann aus dem Solespeichertank 6 in den Ansetzbehälter 18 gefüllt. Eine vorbestimmte Menge Salz wird hinzugegeben und mittels des Rührwerks 19 wird das Salz in dem Frischwasser umgerührt und gelöst. Die Sole kann dann in dem Becken 1 zwischengespeichert werden und gelangt anschließend zurück in den Solespeichertank 6. Die Sole kann dann noch über die Umwälzeinrichtung 2 umgewälzt und der Salzwert dabei überprüft werden. Stimmt der Salzwert mit einem vorgegebenen Sollwert überein, so ist die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung einsatzbereit für eine neue Solebadbehandlung.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung ist durch den Einsatz und den automatisierten Ablauf der verschiedenen Einrichtungen auf Dauer wenig kosten- und personalintensiv und liefert zudem ein Solebad in optimaler Qualität.

Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung für eine Solebadbehandlung
mit einem Becken (1) in der Dimensionierung einer Badewanne zur Aufnahme einer Sole,
mit einer Umwälzeinrichtung (2) zum kontinuierlichen Umwälzen der Sole im Becken (1) sowie
mit einer in den Umwälzkreislauf geschalteten Reinigungseinrichtung (4) für die Sole,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Becken (1) rund oder leicht oval ist und
daß die Sole derart im wesentlichen tangential oder unter einem spitzen Winkel zur Beckenwand in das Becken (1) einleitbar ist, daß die Sole insgesamt im Becken (1) eine Rotationsbewegung ausführt und die in der Sole sich befindende Person mitrotiert und dabei nicht die Innenwand des Beckens (1) berührt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Reinigungseinrichtung (4) ein Filtersystem mit mindestens einem Aktivkohlefilter (7) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Filtersystem zusätzlich einen Beutelfilter (8) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Reinigungseinrichtung (4) eine Ozonanlage (9) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Reinigungseinrichtung (4) eine pH-Wert-Regelung aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Heizeinrichtung (5) zur Aufheizung oder Erhaltung der Soletemperatur vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mindestens ein Solespeichertank (6) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Becken (1) eine verschließbare Einstiegsöffnung aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß neben der Einstiegsöffnung mindestens eine Kunststoffsäule mit einer Beleuchtung angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Becken (1) eine Kuppel aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Bildprojektionseinrichtung in dem Becken (1) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Farblichtanlagen und Klangsysteme in dem Becken (1) angeordnet sind.
