Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Speicherkraftstoffeinspritzsystem mit einem geschlossenen Kraftstoffspeicher und einem Druckregelventil nach der Gattung des Anspruchs 1. Ein Speicherkraftstoffeinspritzsystem mit einem Kraftstoffspeicher und einem Druckregelventil ist durch die
US-B1-6 349 703 bekannt. Das Druckregelventil, das zur Regelung des Druckes in einem geschlossenen Kraftstoffspeicher dient, weist einen Ventilkörper auf, in dem in einer Bohrung ein kolbenförmiges Ventilglied axial verschiebbar angeordnet ist. Das Ventilglied bildet einen Anker eines Elektromagneten, der bestrombar ist und durch dessen magnetische Kraft das Ventilglied gegen einen Ventilsitz gepresst wird. Gleichgerichtet zu dieser magnetischen Kraft wird das Ventilglied zudem durch eine Druckfeder beaufschlagt. - Im stromlosen Zustand des Elektromagneten sichert diese Druckfeder die Dichtung zwischen Ventilglied und Ventilsitz, so dass in dem Speicherkraftstoffeinspritzsystem eine Kraftstofffüllung erhalten bleibt und ein Wiederstart einer dieses Speicherkraftstoffeinspritzsystem aufweisenden Brennkraftmaschine ermöglicht wird.
- Ein solchermaßen ausgestaltetes Speicherkraftstoffeinspritzsystem ist in seiner Ausgestaltung aufwendig.
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, das Speicherkraftstoffeinspritzsystem ohne Funktionsnachteile zu vereinfachen.
- Diese Aufgabe wird, ausgehend von einem Speicherkraftstoffeinspritzsystem entsprechend den gattungsgemäßen Merkmalen des Anspruchs durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs gelöst. Bei dieser Ausgestaltung des Speicherkraftstoffeinspritzsystem konnte bei dessen Druckregelventil auf die Bereitstellung einer Druckfeder verzichtet werden. Dadurch ergibt sich der Vorteil, dass das Speicherkraftstoffeinspritzsystem ohne Funktionsverlust kostengünstiger hergestellt werden kann. Insbesondere ist auch hier ein Wiederstart der Brennkraftmaschine aus dem stromlosen Zustand, was dem Stillstand der Brennkraftmaschine entspricht, ermöglicht.

- Ein Schnitt durch das erfindungsgemässe Druckregelventil sowie dessen Anordnung in Bezug zu Kraftstoffspeicher und Kraftstofftank.
- In Fig. 1 ist ein Längsschnitt durch ein Druckregelventil 1 dargestellt. Zusätzlich ist ein Speicherkraftstoffspeichersystem für Brennkraftmaschinen, insbesondere selbstzündende Brennkraftmaschinen gezeigt. Das Speicherkraftstoffeinspritzsystem, das auch Common-Rail-Einspritzsystem bezeichnet wird, weist eine Hochdruckpumpe 2 auf, durch die Kraftstoff unter Hochdruck aus einem Kraftstoffvorratstank 3 in einen Kraftstoffspeicher 4 gefördert wird. Der Kraftstoffspeicher 4 ist beispielsweise rohrförmig, als sogenanntes Rail ausgebildet. Vom Kraftstoffspeicher 4 führen Leitungen 5 zu den Einspritzstellen einer Brennkraftmaschine 6, in den jeweils ein Ventil 7 angeordnet ist. Zur Einstellung des Drucks im Kraftstoffspeicher 4 ist das Druckregelventil 1 vorgesehen, das am Auslass der Hochdruckpumpe 2 oder am Kraftstoffspeicher 4 angeordnet sein kann.
- Das Druckregelventil 1 selbst weist ein Ventil 8 auf, in dem eine Bohrung 9 ausgebildet ist, in der ein kolbenförmiges Ventilglied 10 axial verschiebbar angeordnet ist. Am Ventilkörper 8 ist ein Befestigungsflansch 11 ausgebildet, über den der Ventilkörper an der Hochdruckpumpe 2 oder am Kraftstoffspeicher 4 befestigt ist. Zusätzlich ist ein weiterer Raum innerhalb des Ventilkörpers 8 vorgesehen, in dem ein Elektromagnet 12 mit einer Spulenwicklung angeordnet ist. Auf dem Ventilkörper 8 ist ein Anschlusselement 13 vorgesehen, das den Raum des Ventilkörpers überdeckt.
- Wenn der Elektromagnet 12 nicht bestromt ist, so liegt das Ventilglied 10 aufgrund seines Eigengewichtes auf dem Ventilsitz 16 auf und der Ventilsitz 16 ist von dem Druck in dem Kraftstoffspeicher 4 beaufschlagt. Aufgrund des Eigengewichtes des Ventilglieds 10 entsteht eine Kraft, die grösser ist, als die durch den Kraftstoffspeicher 4 erzeugt, so dass das Ventil geschlossen ist. Bei geöffnetem Druckregelventil 1 strömt aus dem Kraftstoffspeicher 4 Kraftstoff durch den Ventilsitz 16 beispielsweise in einen Entlastungsraum, hier ein Kraftstoffvorratstank 3.
- Wenn der Druck im Kraftstoffspeicher 4 erhöht werden soll, so wird der Elektromagnet 12 bestromt, so dass der Ventilsitz 16 auch bei erhöhtem Druck geschlossen bleibt.
Claims (1)
- Speicherkraftstoffeinspritzsystem mit einem geschlossenen Kraftstoffspeicher (4) und einem Druckregelventil zur Regelung des Druckes in dem Kraftstoffspeicher (4), wobei das Druckregelventil ein in einer Bohrung (9) axial verschiebbar geführtes kolbenförmiges Ventilglied (10) aufweist, das einen Anker eines Elektromagneten (12) bildet, der bestrombar ist und durch dessen magnetische Kraft das Ventilglied (10) gegen einen Ventilsitz (16) gepresst wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Zu- und Rücklaufleitung des Kraftstoffspeichers (4) unterhalb eines Flüssigkeitsspiegels, gebildet durch die Lage des Druckregelventils (1), angeordnet ist und bei einem nicht bestromten Elektromagneten (12) das Ventilglied (10) nur aufgrund seines Eigengewichtes auf dem Ventilsitz (16) aufliegt.
