Definitions

  • the invention relates to a container for receiving a geometric triangle.
  • the invention also relates to a flat material strip from which such a container can be produced.
  • This protective container is a total of 10 mm (mm) high and consists of two connected by a hinge, rectangular in plan view triangular plates. The plates can be fastened to one another via a snap closure, so that a protective container for one or more geometry triangles, which is closed on all sides, is present.
  • the two plates of the protective container are provided on the inside or outside with reinforcing ribs, which should prevent deformation of the plates and thus the container. Due to these ribs, the height of the protective container is correspondingly high.
  • the present invention seeks to provide the smallest possible container for a geometric triangle that protects the geometric triangle sufficient and can be produced inexpensively and easily handled.
  • the container according to the invention for a geometric triangle has the advantage that it is present as a bag. Through the pocket opening, the geometric triangle simply and quickly pushed into the container and pulled out of it.
  • the interior width of the container is the thickness of the triangle to be adjusted so that the triangle is sufficiently frictionally seated in the container. If the container is made of a single strip of flat material, special hinge formations are not required by the arrangement of lines of weakness.
  • the container can be very small, that is narrow form, if it is designed in each case only for a single geometric triangle. It has been found that a complete closure of the container is not required and that the formation of the container is therefore completely sufficient in the manner of a bag.
  • connection of the two plates forming the container via spacers in particular a plate strip, which can connect the two rectangular plates with each other via lines of weakness.
  • This plate strip preferably has a width which corresponds to the thickness of the respective geometrical triangle to be stored. In the present example, this width also corresponds to the thickness of the plate material.
  • the existing in a further edge of the two plates plate member which holds the two plates in this area at a distance thus has a thickness which corresponds to the width of the plate strip and thus simultaneously the thickness of a suggestlagernden in the container geometry triangle. As a result, the geometric triangle is seated firmly enough (frictionally engaged) in the container.
  • This plate member can either as a tab in one piece - again via a trained weakening line - attach to a plate member or it can be arranged loosely between the two plates.
  • the plate part can be glued to the two plates or fixedly connected, for example, two double-sided adhesive tapes with the two plates.
  • the plate part can also be present only in sections. Weakening lines may be formed as creasing lines or perforation lines.
  • an edge recess can be formed in at least one of the plates of the container be present, through which the geometric triangle can be easily grasped and pulled out of the container.
  • a label of the school or other school or school designation - words or pictures - may be appropriate on the container.
  • These prints can be provided as an embossing or as black and white or color printing.
  • the container and thus the plate material is preferably made of semi-rigid, flexible plastic material.
  • the plastic material and thus the individual plates of the container need not be completely rigid.
  • a container 10 for receiving a geometric triangle 12 has two rectangular plates 14,16, which are connected to one another via a plate strip 18 present between them. Trained as a pocket container 10 has a pocket opening 19 through which a geometric triangle 12 can be inserted into the container or pulled out of the same.
  • the plate strip 18 adjoins the plate 14 via a weakening line 20 and via a weakening line 22 to the plate 16.
  • the lines of weakness 20, 22 directly adjoin the respective first edge 24 of the plate 14 and the first edge 26 of the plate 16.
  • the edges 24, 26 form the adjacent to the plate opening 19 of the plates 14,16 cathodes, whose bases correspond to those of an isosceles, right-angled triangle.
  • the lines of weakness 20, 22 are formed in the present example as perforation lines.
  • a plate member 32 integrally hangs over a line of weakness 30. All weakening lines 20, 22, 30 are made by partially cutting into the respective plate material.
  • the thicknesses 36 of the plates 14, 16 and the plate part 32 (FIG. Fig. 2 In the present case, the thickness 36 is slightly larger than the thickness of the geometric triangle 12. In this way, the geometric triangle 12 with little play in the region of the third edge 38 of the two plates 14, 16 be pushed into the container 10.
  • the plate member 32 is in its folded state with its in Fig. 3 visible side on the plate 14. About the line of weakness 30 it depends in one piece on the plate 14. On its other, opposite side is the folded over to the plate 14 other plate 16.
  • the plate member 32 is adhered to both the plate 14 and the plate 16. This gluing can be done by means of adhesive or by means of two double-sided adhesive tapes. Instead of a bond can also be provided with a suitable material welding.
  • the plate member 32 need not be continuous along the entire edge 28 to be present, the plate member 32 only serves to keep the two plates 14, 16 at an appropriate distance and to prevent slipping out of the geometric triangle 12 from the container 10 in the region of the edge 28 ,
  • an identical, semi-circular recess 40 is present in the respective third edge 38 of the two plates 14, 16.
  • This edge 38 represents the second catheter of the triangular base surface of the two plates 14, 16.
  • a completely enclosed in the container 10 geometric triangle 12 can be easily taken and pulled out of the container.
  • the material of the flat material strip 11 (FIG. Fig. 3 ), from which the container 10 is made, is a flexible, semi-rigid plastic material.
  • the material allows a slight bending of the respective plate parts. Together with the likewise slightly flexible geometric triangle is a generally sufficiently rigid, sufficient protection for a einitzendes geometry triangle offering container available.
  • At least one aperture formed, for example, as a hole can be provided by means of which the container could be hung.
  • the at least one hole would pass through the plate part 32.
  • FIG. 4 shown container 10.4 corresponds in its function to the container 10 described above.
  • the container 10.4 has a plate 14.5 which, in contrast to the plate 14 of the container 10 is extended by two partial areas 14.4 in the region of the pocket opening 19. In each section 14.4 a hole 42 is present. Both holes allow 42 to mount the container 10.4, for example, in a folder having a corresponding hole mechanics. The hole mechanics of the folder prevents that an inserted into the container 10.4 geometric triangle 12 can accidentally slip out of the container 10. 4 through the pocket opening 19 therethrough. The geometric triangle 12 could at most up to the hole mechanics, that is up to the holes 42 a little way from the pocket opening 19 to - in Fig. 4 - move out left.
  • a recess 40.5 is present, which is composed of the semicircular arc shape corresponding to the shape of the recess 40 and a slot width-like recess 40.6, which passes transversely through the portion 14.4, so like this one Fig. 5 can be seen directly.
  • the plate member 32.6 which corresponds to the plate member 32 of the container 10 functionally, not in the hypotenuse, but in the area adjacent to the pocket opening 19 a catheter of the triangular plate 16 via a line of weakness 30.7 depends in one piece. Accordingly, the plate strip 18.6, which connects the plates 14, 16 integrally via lines of weakness 20.6 and 22.6, is not present along the catheter, as is the case with the container 10, but over the hypotenuse of the two plates 14, 16.
  • FIG. 8 10.8 container shown largely corresponds to the container 10.4 with the difference that instead of the plate member 32 of the container 10.4, the effect of this plate member 32 is replaced as a spacer by existing in the upper plate 16.8 of the two plates 14.5, 16.8 forms 46th In the range of these characteristics 46th are the upper and lower plates 16.8,14.5 with each other welded.
  • the embossing or embossing 46 have a cant height corresponding to the thickness of the plate member 32.
  • a contrast has a lower cantilever having further bulge or embossing resins 48 in the area outside of the plate member 32 is present, that is in the range of occupied by the geometric triangle 12 light space within the container 10.8. This wart increases the frictional engagement and prevents in an otherwise possibly loose fit of the geometric triangle 12 in the container that the geometric triangle 12 can accidentally slip out of the container or fall out.
  • the in Fig. 9 shown partial section illustrates this.
  • a contrast plate member 32 is present.
  • a portion 32.10 is integrally attached, which protrudes from the region of the pocket and thus out of the range of, for example, top plate 16 and also from the area of the underlying lower plate.
  • two holes 42 are present.
  • the container 10.10 can therefore be hooked on the one hand to the two subregions 14.4 or to the subsection 32.10 in a corresponding hole mechanics. In general, only one of the two partial areas, that is to say either the partial areas 14.4 or the partial area 32.10, will be present on a container.
  • the respective portion 14.4, 32.10 need not extend over the entire housing extension, as in Fig. 4 or Fig. 10 is shown.
  • the portions only need to be present so that the one or preferably the two holes 42 on the relevant plate part, such as in the Fig. 5 on the plate member 14.5, can be fixed or can.
  • the plate member 32 can not be integrally attached to a plate 14 or 16, but is used as a loose part between the two plates of the container 10.10 and glued or welded to the insides of both plates of the container 10.10.
