Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Belüftungsanlage für den NBC-Schutz wenigstens eines geschlossenen Sicherheits- und/oder Schutzraums mit ständigem leichten Überdruck, welche Belüftungsanlage im wesentlichen einen Lufteintritt und Luftaustritt, ein Explosionsschutzventil, ein Vorfilter, einen Schwebstofffilter, einen Aktivkohlefilter und eine Luftpumpe zum Ansaugen der zu reinigenden und zum Verteilen der gereinigten Luft umfasst.
- Aus der
WO 97/30755 A1 - Weiter ist aus der
DE 3841895 A1 eine Filtereinheit bekannt, die vorzugsweise zylindrisch ausgebildet ist und aus ineinandergeschachtelten Einzelfiltern besteht. In ihrer Gesamtheit gewährleisten diese Einzelfilter Schutz gegen atomare, biologische und chemische Schadstoffe, also NBC-Schutz. Für den Betrieb der Vorrichtung ist ein aussen angeflanschter Ventilator vorgesehen. Bei der Montage der Belüftungsanlage ist in aufwendiger Weise darauf zu achten, dass alle Komponenten sowohl bautechnisch als auch hinsichtlich ihrer funktionellen Kenngrössen aufeinander abgestimmt sind. - Bei Probeläufen einer Belüftungsanlage, die regelmässig durchgeführt werden müssen, wird das Funktionieren aller beteiligten Komponenten sowie die genügende Dichtigkeit der Sicherheits- und/oder Schutzräume überprüft. Dabei muss auch der Nachweis erbracht werden, dass während der Benutzung stets ein vorgeschriebener Raumüberdruck erreicht wird.
- Es sind Belüftungsgeräte bekannt, bei welchen beim Lufteintritt in den Sicherheits- und/oder Schutzraum ein Explosionsschutzventil mit einem separat montierten Vorfilter eingebaut ist, beispielsweise aus der
EP 0678693 B1 . Im weiteren gibt es Belüftungsgeräte, bei welchen der Vorfilter direkt im Gerät eingebaut ist. Das Explosionsschutzventil ist wiederum separat angeordnet, es ist ohne Vorfilter in die Sicherheits- und/oder Schutzraumwand eingebaut, oder es wird auf den Explosionsschutz verzichtet. - Mit Blick auf die vorstehend beschriebene Ausgangslage hat sich der Erfinder die Aufgabe gestellt, eine Belüftungsanlage der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, welche kostengünstig herzustellen, einfach in Betrieb zu nehmen und zu betreiben, und wenig störungsanfällig ist.
- Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss nach dem Kennzeichen von Patentanspruch 1 gelöst. Spezielle und weiterbildende Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand von abhängigen Patentansprüchen.
- Die vorliegende Anmeldung kann Belüftungsanlagen beinhalten mit
- je einem ausgebildeten Einbauelement der Gruppe bestehend aus Vorfilter/Explosionsschutzventil, Aktivkohlefilter und Doppelblasbalg, oder
- je zwei ausgebildeten Einbauelementen der Gruppe, bestehend aus Vofilter/Explosionsschutzventil, Aktivkohlefilter und Doppelblasbalg, oder
- drei Einbauelementen Vorfilter/Explosionsschutzventil, Aktivkohlefilter und Doppelblasbalg.
- Das erfindungsgemäss mit dem Vorfilter kombinierte und zusammenwirkende Explosionsschutzventil zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass eine elastisch komprimierbare Vorfiltermatte zwischen einer festmontierten Platte mit einer ersten Perforation und einer in Richtung der stationären Platte verschiebbaren beweglichen Platte gehaltert ist. Im Normalbetrieb kann die Aussenluft problemlos durch die beiden schlagfesten Platten und die Vorfiltermatte hindurchtreten. Bei einem plötzlichen Überdruck, insbesondere einer Explosion, wird die verschiebbare Platte mit grosser Wucht gegen die stationäre Platte geschleudert und drückt dabei die Vorfiltermatte zusammen. Die erste und zweite Perforation sind bevorzugt so ausgebildet, dass die aufeinanderliegenden Platten keine Luft durchlassen. Dies kann beispielsweise mit gegeneinander versetzten Perforationen, z. B. Lochperforationen, erreicht werden. Selbstverständlich ist auch jede andere Perforationsform geeignet, beispielsweise Schlitze in radialer Richtung. Beim Abklingen des Explosionsdruckes schiebt die elastische Vorfiltermatte die bewegliche Platte des Explosionsschutzventils wieder in die ursprüngliche Lage zurück, der Luftdurchgang ist wieder gewährleistet.
- Das mit dem Vorfilter kombinierte und zusammenwirkende Explosionsschutzventil schützt nicht nur den empfindlichen, nachgeordneten Schwebstofffilter vor Druckeinwirkungen, sondern auch im Raum anwesende Personen und Sachen. Mit dem kombinierten Vorfilter/Explosionsschutzventil wird auch das Gehäuse der Belüftungsanlage geschützt, wenn eine plötzliche Überdruckphase ohne verheerende, die ganze Einbaueinheit zerstörende Druckwelle auftritt. Dabei werden vor allem die Verschlüsse und Trennstellen von den Auswirkungen von Explosionen geschützt. Der Druckabbau erfolgt im stabilen, verstärkt ausgebildeten Gehäusedeckel beim Lufteintritt.
- Ein kombinierter Aktivkohlefilter umfasst grundsätzlich
- eine erste Schicht und eine zweite Schicht, wobei jede Schicht spezifisch gegen chemische Kampfstoffe oder gegen Radionuklide wirksam ist, wobei die Schichten granalienförmig, pulverförmig oder als Festkörper in Form einer offenporigen Struktur ausgebildet sind, oder
- einen einschichtigen Aktivkohlefilter aus einem spezifisch gegen chemische gasförmige Schadstoffe und einem spezifisch gegen in die Atmosphäre ausgestossene Radionuklide wirksamen Granulat, Pulver oder offenporigem Substrat. Der Aktivkohlefilter kann scheibenförmig mit axialem Gasdurchfluss oder ringförmig mit radialem Gasdurchfluss von innen nach aussen oder von aussen nach innen ausgebildet sein.
- In jedem Fall ist jedoch ein Schwebstofffilter vorgeschaltet, welcher die feinen Schwebstoffe, vor allem die Aerosole biologischer und chemischer Kampfstoffe, abscheidet.
- Für den Einsatz gegen biologische und/oder chemische Bedrohungen wird die Aktivkohle in an sich bekannter Weise so imprägniert, dass die Schadstoffe durch Adsorption, Chemiesorption oder katalytische Oxidation aus dem Gasstrom entfernt werden. Die für den Einsatz gegen Bedrohungen mit radioaktiver Atmosphäre eingesetzte Aktivkohle dagegen wird so imprägniert, dass Adsorption oder Ionenaustausch erfolgt. Beispielsweise kann so radioaktives Methyljodid, welches bei KKW-Unfällen freigesetzt werden kann, aus dem Gasdurchfluss entfernt.
- Wie erwähnt, ist stets von wesentlicher Bedeutung, dass in einem Sicherheits- und/oder Schutzraum ein geringer Überdruck aufrecht erhalten wird. Dies erfolgt im Normalfall mit einem strombetriebenen Ventilator. Um bei einem Stromausfall, was in Kriegs- oder Katastrophenfällen nicht selten der Fall ist, eine genügende Versorgung von Sicherheits- und/oder Schutzrauminsassen mit Atemluft, d. h. Sauerstoff, und die Abfuhr der verbrauchten Luft, d. h. CO2, zu gewährleisten, ist in der Regel ein Notbetrieb für die Belüftung vorgesehen. Der Notbetrieb dient wie erwähnt auch dazu, im Schutzraum einen geringen Überdruck aufzubauen, um damit das Eindringen von belasteter und/oder verseuchter Luft zu verhindern. Üblich sind für den Notbetrieb Ventilatoren mit Notstromaggregaten, Batterien und von Hand oder mit den Füssen angetriebene Übersetzungsgetriebe vorgesehen. Weiter ist der Einsatz von Blasbälgen als Notbetrieb bekannt. Der Nachteil eines Blasbalges besteht darin, dass die Luft stossweise zugeführt wird. Dies wiederum hat zur Folge, dass bei einer vorgeschriebenen minimalen Luftmenge pro Zeiteinheit während etwa 50 % der Zeit die doppelte Luftmenge zugeführt werden muss. Für die Entgiftung von verseuchter Luft ist die Kontaktzeit, d. h. die Zeit in welcher die Luft die Aktivkohle durchströmt, entscheidend. Beim Betrieb mit einem Blasbalg bekannter Bauart wird auch die Kontaktzeit im Gasfilter bei einer vorgegebenen Luftmenge in Folge der stossweisen Belastung auf etwa 50 % reduziert.
- Mit dem Doppelblasbalg wird dieser Nachteil behoben, bei jeder Bewegung zur Betätigung des Doppelblasbalges wird Luft in eine Ansaugkammer gesogen und eine der beidseitig angeordneten balgförmigen Luftkammern wird stets mit Filterluft gefüllt, die andere Luftkammer stösst in gleichem Masse Luft in den Sicherheits- und/oder Schutzraum aus. Es entsteht kein Unterbruch während der Ansaugphase, wie dies bei einem üblichen Blasbalg der Fall ist.
- Im einfachsten Fall ist der Doppelblasbalg die einzige Luftpumpe. In der Regel ist jedoch die Betätigung eines erfindungsgemässen Doppelblasbalges nur im Notfall notwendig, wenn der elektrische Strom ausfällt oder ein Defekt behoben werden muss. Dieser kann vorzugsweise mit einem Schnellverschluss an die Luftaustrittsöffnung der Belüftungsanlage angeschlossen werden.
- Mit der vorliegenden Erfindung kann jede Belüftunganlage für Belüftungs- und/oder Schutzräume auf einfache Weise entscheidend und individuell verbessert werden. Je nach Bedarf können die drei erfindungsgemässen Einbauelemente Vorfilter/Explosionsschutzventil, kombinierter Aktivkohlefilter und Doppelblasbalg einzeln, zu zweien kombiniert oder alle drei kombiniert eingebaut werden, was ein breites anpassungsfähiges Anwendungsspektrum ermöglicht.
- Die Erfindung wird von anhand in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen, welche auch Gegenstand von abhängigen Patentansprüchen sind, näher erläutert. Es zeigen schematisch:
-
Fig. 1 eine Belüftungsanlage mit elektrischem Ventilator, -
Fig. 2 einen Doppelblasbalg, -
Fig. 3 eine Belüftungsanlage mit angeschlossenem Doppelblasbalg -
Fig. 4 eine Draufsicht auf ein Vorfilter/Explosionsschutzventil, und -
Fig. 5 eine Variante vonFig. 4 . - Eine Belüftungsanlage 10 ist mit einer nicht sichtbaren Halterung an einer Innenwand eines Sicherheits- und/oder Schutzraums 12 montiert. Alle wesentlichen funktionellen Bauteile sind in einem zweiteilig ausgebildeten Gehäuse 14 mit einem Lufteintritt 16 und einem Luftaustritt 18 mit einem Schnellverschluss 20 für einen Doppelblasbalg 52 (
Fig. 2 ) montiert. Ein aufsetzbarer Deckel 17 ist gegenüber dem darunterliegenden Gehäuse 14 massiv verstärkt ausgebildet und über einen nicht dargestellten Verschluss mit diesem verbunden. Am Lufteintritt 16 ist, gestrichelt angedeutet, ein Luftzufuhrschlauch oder -rohr 22 angeschlossen und über einen O-Ring 24 abgedichtet. Eingangsseitig im Gehäuse 14 ist ein Vorfilter in Form einer Vorfiltermatte 26 eingebaut, welcher mit einem Explosionsschutzventil 28 kombiniert ist und mit diesem zusammenwirkt. Die elastisch komprimierbare Vorfiltermatte 26 liegt auf einer stationären, d. h. fest montierten Platte 30 aus schlagfestem Material, insbesondere Stahl, mit einer ersten Perforation 32. Auf der Vorfiltermatte 26 liegt eine entsprechende bewegliche Platte 34 mit einer zweiten Perforation 36. Diese bewegliche Platte 34 ist in Richtung L, der Längsachse der Belüftungsanlage 10, ohne Rotationsbewegung verschiebbar. Das Zusammenwirken der ersten und zweiten Perforation 32, 36 ist in denFig. 4 und 5 näher erläutert. - Das Explosionsschutzventil 28 dient dem Schutz eines nachgeordneten, marktüblichen Schwebstofffilters 38, welcher bei einer Überdruckphase, insbesondere bei einer Explosion, ohne Schutz beschädigt würde.
- Nach dem Schwebstofffilter 38 fliesst die Luft, wie durch Pfeile charakterisiert, in axialer Richtung weiter durch einen Aktivkohlefilter 40, welcher vorliegend aus zwei scheibenförmigen Filterteilen mit offenporiger Festkörperstruktur besteht:
- Ein C-Filter 42 aus einer speziell imprägnierten Aktivkohle entfernt chemische Schadstoffe, insbesondere auch Kampfstoffe, durch Adsorption, Chemiesorption oder katalytische Oxidation.
- Ein ebenfalls scheibenförmiger N-Filter 44 entfernt durch Adsorption oder Ionenaustausch radioaktives Material, sogenannte Radionuklide. Bei einem KKW-Unfall würde radioaktives Methyljodid freigesetzt und durch den N-Filter 44 entfernt.
- Im unteren Teil des Gehäuses ist ein Ventilator 46 mit einem Elektromotor 48 und ein Schalldämpfer 50 angeordnet. Die vom eingeschalteten Ventilator 46 angesogene Aussenluft fliesst, wie durch Pfeile angedeutet, durch den Lufteintritt 16, das Explosionsschutzventil 28 mit dem Vorfilter 26, den Schwebstofffilter 38 und den Aktivkohlefilter 40, immer in im wesentlichen axialer Richtung, und wird durch den Schalldämpfer 50 zum Luftaustritt 18 mit einem Schnellverschluss 20 in den Sicherheits- und/oder Schutzraum 12 geleitet.
- Ein Doppelblasbalg gemäss
Fig. 2 umfasst im wesentlichen eine am Luftaustritt 18 (Fig. 1 ) über den Schnellverschluss 20 angeflanschte Ansaugkammer 56 und zwei Luftkammern 58, 60, welche eine doppelt wirkende Luftpumpe bilden. - Bei einem Stromausfall oder einem Defekt des Ventilators 46 mit Elektromotor 48 kann mit wenigen Handgriffen eine als Doppelblasbalg 52 ausgebildete Luftpumpe über den Schnellverschluss 20 angehängt werden. Damit ist eine genügende Versorgung der Sicherheits- und Schutzrauminsassen mit Atemluft (Sauerstoff) und die Ableitung der verbrauchten Luft (CO2) gewährleistet. Der Doppelblasbalg 52 kann durch Ziehen und Stossen an einem Handgriff 54 betätigt werden. Selbstverständlich kann der Handgriff 54 auch als Fusspedal ausgebildet werden, damit der Pumpenbetrieb mit den wesentlich stärkeren Beinen aufrecht erhalten werden kann.
- Die Ansaugkammer 56 wird über einen Lufteintrittsstutzen 62 am Schnellverschluss 20 (
Fig. 1 ) angeflanscht und mit einem O-Ring 64 abgedichtet. Weiter umfasst die Ansaugkammer 56 je ein Ansaugventil 66, 68, welche sich zum Einströmen von Filterluft in die betreffende Luftkammer 58, 60 öffnen. Schliesslich wird die Ansaugkammer 56 von einer rechtwinklig zur Längsachse L verlaufenden Führungshülse 70 für eine mit dem Bedienungsgriff 54 verbundene Betätigungsstange 72 für die Vergrösserung und Verkleinerung der Luftkammern 58, 60 durchquert. - An der äusseren Stirnseite weist jede Luftkammer 58, 60 ein Auslassventil 74, 76 auf.
- Für den Notbetrieb der Belüftungsanlage 10, in welche nach dem Anflanschen der Doppelblasbalg 52 integriert ist, wird vorerst der Bedienungsgriff 54 in Richtung des Pfeils 78 gezogen. In der sich vergrössernden Luftkammer 58 entsteht ein Unterdruck, das Auslassventil 74 bleibt geschlossen, das Ansaugventil 66 wird geöffnet, dadurch entsteht in der Ansaugkammer 56 und in der Belüftungsanlage 10 ebenfalls ein Unterdruck. Es wird Aussenluft in die Belüftungsanlage 10 gesogen, obwohl der Ventilator 46 nicht in Betrieb ist. Gleichzeitig entsteht beim Ziehen des Bedienungsgriffs 54 in der Luftkammer 60 ein Überdruck, deren Filterluft wird über das Auslassventil 76 in den Sicherheits- und/oder Schutzraum 12 ausgestossen. Das Ansaugventil 68 wird wegen des Unterdrucks in der Ansaugkammer 56 geschlossen.
- Bei einer Bewegungsumkehr, d. h. dem Stossen am Bedienungsgriff 54, in Richtung des Pfeils 80 in
Fig. 3 entsteht in der Luftkammer 60 ein Unterdruck, das Auslassventil 76 schliesst, das Ansaugventil 68 öffnet. Dadurch entsteht wiederum in der Ansaugkammer 56 ein Unterdruck, das Ansaugen von Aussenluft erfolgt wie beim Ziehen am Bedienungsgriff 54. In der Luftkammer 58 entsteht ein Überdruck, das Ansaugventil 66 schliesst, das Auslassventil 74 öffnet, die Filterluft kann in den Sicherheits- und/oder Schutzraum 12 austreten. Der Doppelblasbalg 52 gemässFig. 2 und3 hat einen optimalen Wirkungsgrad und stösst beim regelmässigen Hin- und Herbewegen des Bedienungsgriffs 54 kontinuierlich Filterluft aus. - In der Ausführungsform gemäss
Fig. 3 ist - im Gegensatz zuFig. 1 - kein Ventilator 46 mit Elektromotor für den Dauerbetrieb vorgesehen. Die Belüftungsanlage 10 wird ausschliesslich manuell betrieben, entspricht also sinngemäss dem Notbetrieb gemässFig. 1 . - Im Bereich des Schwebstofffilters 38 und des Aktivkohlefilters 40 ist die Luftführung gemäss
Fig. 3 radial, nach dem Vorfilter/Explosionsschutzventil 26, 28 tritt die zu reinigende Luft in einen Zentralkanal 82 und durchfliesst vorerst den Schwebstofffilter 38, dann den ebenfalls ringförmigen Aktivkohlefilter 40 und tritt in einen peripheren Ringkanal 84 aus. Die gesammelte Filterluft tritt, wie durch Pfeile angedeutet, in eine Umlenkkammer 86 über und wird vom Doppelblasbalg 52 angesogen. - Der Schwebstofffilter 38 und der Aktivkohlefilter 40 werden gemäss
Fig. 3 durch luftdurchlässige Trennwände 88 gestützt bzw. begrenzt. Der Aktivkohlefilter 40 ist als granulatförmiges Gemisch eingefüllt, welches gleichzeitig als C-Filter 42 und als N-Filter 44 wirkt. - Eine Draufsicht auf die bewegliche Platte 34 eines Explosionsschutzfilters gemäss
Fig. 4 zeigt eine zweite Perforation 36 mit kreisrunden Löchern, welche regelmässig angeordnet sind. Durch diese Löcher ist die Vorfiltermatte 26 sichtbar, welche zwischen der Platte 34 und der gleich dimensionierten fest montierten Platte 30 (Fig. 1 ,3 ) des Explosionsschutzventils 28. Die erste Perforation 32 der Platte 30 ist gestrichelt angedeutet. AusFig. 4 ist auch erkennbar, dass die Platten 30, 34 um 30° gedreht sind. Falls die Vorfiltermatte 26 die beiden Platten, wie inFig. 1 und3 gezeigt, auf Distanz hält, kann die Luft problemlos durch die erste und zweite Perforation 32, 36 durchtreten. Wird in einer Überdruckphase, insbesondere einer Explosion, die bewegliche Platte 34 auf die darunterliegende fest montierte Platte 30 gedrückt, kann keine Luft mehr durchtreten, weil die Perforationen 32, 36 ohne Rotation nicht deckungsgleich sind. - In der Ausführungsform gemäss
Fig. 5 sind die erste und die zweite Perforation 32, 36 als Schlitze in radialer Richtung ausgebildet. Die Funktion als Explosionsschutzfilter entsprichtFig. 4 .
Claims (10)
- Belüftungsanlage (10) für den NBC-Schutz wenigstens eines geschlossenen Sicherheits- und/oder Schutzraums (12) mit ständigem leichten Überdruck, welche Belüftungsanlage (10) im wesentlichen einen Lufteintritt (16) und Luftaustritt (18), ein Explosionsschutzventil (28), ein Vorfilter (26), einen Schwebstofffilter (38), einen Aktivkohlefilter (40) und eine Luftpumpe (52) zum Ansaugen der zu reinigenden und zum Verteilen der gereinigten Luft umfasst,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Belüftungsanlage (10) ein mit dem Vorfilter (26) kombiniertes und zusammenwirkendes Explosionsschutzventil (28) und eine vor dem Schwebstofffilter (38) fest montierte, schlagfeste Platte (30) mit einer ersten Perforation (32), eine stromauf dieser stationären Platte (30) gehalterte, elastisch komprimierbare Vorfiltermatte (26) und eine in Richtung (L) der stationären Platte (30) verschiebbare bewegliche Platte (34) mit einer zweiten Perforation (36) umfasst. - Belüftungsanlage (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Perforation (32, 36) des Explosionsschutzventils (28) bei einem explosionsbedingten Aufeinanderschlagen nicht deckungsgleich sind und einen Luftverschluss bilden.
- Belüftungsanlage (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mit dem Vorfilter (26) kombinierte Explosionsschutzventil (28) in einem gegenüber dem übrigen Gehäuse (14) verstärkt ausgebildeten Gehäusedeckel (17) gehaltert ist.
- Belüftungsanlage (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mit dem Vorfilter (26) kombinierte Explosionsschutzventil (28) in einem Gehäuse (14) einer autonomen Einbaueinheit im Rauminnern integriert ist.
- Belüftungsanlage (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein kombinierter Aktivkohlefilter (40) aus gegen biologische und/oder chemische Schadstoffe einerseits und gegen Radionuklide andererseits spezifisch wirksamer Aktivkohle besteht und eine erste Schicht (42) als C-Filter und eine zweite Schicht (44) als N-Filter umfasst, wobei vorzugsweise jede Schicht (42, 44) in beliebiger Reihenfolge spezifisch gegen chemische Kampfstoffe oder gegen Radionuklide wirksam ist.
- Belüftungsanlage (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aktivkohlefilter (40) eine multifunktionale Schicht aus spezifisch gegen chemische gasförmige Schadstoffe wirksamer und einer spezifisch gegen in die Atmosphäre ausgestossene Radionuklide wirksamer Aktivkohle umfasst.
- Belüftungsanlage (10) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schichten (40, 42, 44) granalienförmig, pulverförmig oder als offenporige Struktur ausgebildet sind.
- Belüftungsanlage (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwebstofffilter (38) und der Aktivkohlefilter (40) scheibenförmig mit axialer Durchflussrichtung oder ringförmig mit radialer Durchflussrichtung ausgebildet sind.
- Belüftungsanlage (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Förderung von Luft im Normalbetrieb ein strombetriebener Ventilator (46), auch mit einem Schalldämpfer (50) montiert, dient und der Doppelblasbalg (52) bei einem Stromausfall oder Defekt anflanschbar ist.
- Belüftungsanlage (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luftpumpe als Doppelblasbalg (52) ausgebildet ist, wobei vorzugsweise eine am Gehäuse (14) montierte Ansaugkammer (56) mit einem Lufteintrittstutzen (62) für Filterluft, zwei stirnseitig angeordneten variable Luftkammern (58, 60) mit je einem Ansaug- (66, 68) und Auslassventil (74, 76) zur alternierenden Betätigung, und einen Bedienungsgriff (54) für den Doppelblasbalg (52) umfasst.
