Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif pour sectionner au moins une feuille de matériau en bande (12) à la fois, tel que du papier et analogues, comprenant :
    - une table de coupe (19) sur laquelle le matériau en bande peut être guidé et qui est munie d'une rainure longitudinale (60),
    - un chariot (13) monté de manière mobile au-dessus de la table de coupe, lequel chariot est équipé, sur sa partie inférieure, d'au moins une roue (16, 17) pour presser le matériau en bande contre la table de coupe sur l'un et l'autre côtés de la rainure longitudinale, et au moins un corps de coupe (14, 15) s'étendant à proximité de la au moins une roue, le au moins un corps de coupe (14, 15) s'étendant dans la rainure longitudinale (60), caractérisé en ce que :
    la roue et le corps de coupe sont aménagés sur un sous-châssis (61, 62) qui est raccordé au chariot, de sorte que les axes de rotation de la au moins une roue et du corps de coupe soient montés de manière fixe l'un par rapport à l'autre,
    et en ce qu'au moins un moyen à ressort (63 ; 104) est aménagé entre le sous-châssis et le chariot, de sorte que, en service, les roues pressent en continu le matériau en bande (60) contre la table de coupe, tandis que le corps de coupe est une position fixe par rapport aux roues.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le sous-châssis (61, 62 ; 90) a au moins un profil longitudinal (47 ; 91) et le chariot (50 ; 80) a au moins un profil longitudinal (51 ; 92) coopérant avec celui-ci.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le chariot (50) est muni d'une chambre réceptrice.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le sous-châssis a un profil en coupe transversale qui est muni d'une chambre réceptrice longitudinale (93), dans laquelle peut être placé le corps de coupe, de préférence un porte-couteau dans lequel est reçue au moins une lame de couteau, lequel corps de coupe est de préférence au moins pourvu d'un profil complémentaire.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le chariot est suspendu de manière mobile à l'aide d'un tube de suspension (11) s'étendant au-dessus de la table de coupe parallèlement à la rainure longitudinale.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le tube de suspension (11) est monté à ressort par rapport à la table de coupe à l'aide d'un moyen à ressort.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes pour couper au moins une feuille de matériau en bande à la fois d'un matériau en bande enroulé sur au moins un rouleau (R), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend un châssis (1) et une broche (10) pour le rouleau (R) supporté par le châssis.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il prévoit un tube de guidage (8) qui est aménagé sensiblement parallèlement à la broche (10) et qui est monté entre le rouleau (R) et la table de coupe, dans lequel le matériau en bande peut être guidé sous le tube de guidage et sur la table de coupe.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, vu dans la direction longitudinale, le chariot est muni d'au moins une paire avant (16) et une paire arrière (17) de roues aménagées de manière adjacente, dans lequel, vu dans la direction transversale, le au moins un corps de coupe est situé entre lesdites paires (16, 17).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, vu dans la direction transversale, dans tous les cas au moins deux roues sont prévues sur chacun des deux côtés du corps de coupe, dans lequel une courroie, par exemple une chenille, est aménagée autour d'au moins deux roues.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le au moins un corps de coupe est muni d'un point de coupe avant et d'un point de coupe arrière, lesquels points de coupe avant et arrière agissent respectivement entre la paire de roues avant et arrière et à proximité de la surface de contact entre la paire de roues avant et arrière et la table de coupe, respectivement.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le sous-châssis comprend un porte-roue en deux parties et un porte-couteau en deux parties pour supporter le au moins un corps de coupe entre leurs deux parties ;
    ledit porte-couteau pouvant être monté de manière amovible entre les deux parties du porte-roue ; et
    ledit assemblage dudit porte-roue et dudit porte-couteau pouvant être monté de manière amovible dans le chariot.
  13. Unité pour un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, laquelle unité comprend un sous-châssis qui a au moins une roue et au moins un corps de coupe, et un chariot, dans laquelle le chariot et le sous-châssis peuvent être couplés ; et dans laquelle les axes de rotation de la au moins une roue et du corps de coupe sont montés de manière fixe l'un par rapport à l'autre ; et
    dans laquelle au moins un moyen à ressort est aménagé entre le chariot et le sous-châssis.
