Abstract
Description
- La présente invention se rapporte aux traversées de paroi antidéflagrante et, plus particulièrement mais non uniquement, à des traversées de paroi utilisées pour l'alimentation électrique des pompes submersibles.
- Une traversée de paroi de ce genre doit être étanche et être antidéflagrante.
- On connaît déjà une traversée de paroi comprenant un connecteur électrique relié à un faisceau de câble. Seulement la partie du connecteur voisine du faisceau et la partie du faisceau voisine du connecteur sont enrobées d'une masse de résine. Autrement dit, le connecteur dépasse d'un côté de la masse de résine et le faisceau de câble sort de l'autre côté. La résine est entourée d'un corps tubulaire métallique comportant du côté opposé au connecteur un taraudage. Un chapeau de presse étoupe de compression d'une garniture d'étanchéité est prévu du côté opposé au connecteur. Une traversée de paroi de ce genre est décrite au modèle d'utilité allemand G 9413463.4. La masse de résine y est présentée comme assurant un effet antidéflagrant. Dans le cas où la résine perd de son efficacité l'effet antidéflagrant n'est plus assuré.
- L'invention remédie à cet inconvénient par une traversée de paroi dont l'effet antidéflagrant est parfaitement assuré, tout en conservant une étanchéité et en ayant également un effet nouvellement mis à jour d'anticapillarité.
- L'invention a pour objet une traversée de paroi du type mentionné ci-dessus dans laquelle il est prévu une pièce intermédiaire ayant un filetage pour le corps qui coopère avec le taraudage du corps et la longueur du taraudage du corps est suffisante pour assurer un effet antidéflagrant, la pièce intermédiaire ayant un filetage pour le chapeau qui coopère avec un taraudage du chapeau et le chapeau vissé sur la pièce intermédiaire comprime la garniture d'étanchéité, le taraudage du chapeau ayant une longueur suffisante pour assurer un effet antidéflagrant.
- On ne s'en remet plus maintenant pour assurer l'effet antidéflagrant seulement à la masse de résine, mais on assure cet effet antidéflagrant par la conformation conforme aux normes des joints vissés tant entre le chapeau et la pièce intermédiaire qu'entre la pièce intermédiaire et le corps. S'il se produit une blessure dans le câble, de sorte que du liquide y suinte par capillarité, il est toujours empêché par la masse de résine d'atteindre le moteur électrique, l'antidéflagrance étant de toute façon conservée.
- La Figure unique du dessin annexé est une vue en coupe d'une traversée de paroi suivant l'invention.
- La traversée de paroi représentée à la Figure comprend un connecteur 1 électrique relié à un faisceau 2 de câble. La partie du connecteur 1 voisine du faisceau 2 et la partie du faisceau 2 voisine du connecteur 1 sont enrobées d'une masse 3 de résine époxy. La résine est entourée d'un corps 4 tubulaire métallique muni de rainures 5 intérieures dans laquelle la résine vient s'accrocher. Le corps 4 tubulaire comporte du côté opposé au connecteur 1 un taraudage d'une longueur de 10 mm et ayant six spires.
- Une pièce 7 intermédiaire a un filetage 8 pour le corps 4, qui coopère avec le taraudage 6 du corps 4 qui a la même longueur et le même nombre de spires. La pièce intermédiaire a également un filetage 9 pour un chapeau 10 de presse étoupe de compression d'une garniture 11 d'étanchéité. Un taraudage 12 du chapeau 10 coopère avec le filetage 9. Le joint fileté entre 9 et 10 a un nombre de spires et une longueur qui, de la même façon que le joint fileté entre le filetage 8 et le taraudage 6 assure un effet antidéflagrant. Le chapeau 10 vissé sur la pièce 7 intermédiaire comprime la garniture 11 d'étanchéité.
- Un étrier 13 vient de matière avec le corps 4 par matriçage.
- Même si la résine venait à manquer d'efficacité, l'effet antidéflagrant est assuré par la double coopération des joints filetés constitués, respectivement, par le filetage 8 et le taraudage 6 d'une part et par le filetage 9 et le taraudage 12 d'autre part. Si le câble est blessé, c'est-à-dire que de l'eau suinte à l'intérieur du câble, la résine conserve un rôle d'anticapillarité en empêchant que de l'eau passe le long du toron blessé et n'atteigne le côté du connecteur où se trouve le moteur.
Claims (1)
- Traversée de paroi comprenant :- un connecteur (1) électrique relié à un faisceau (2) de câbles, seulement la partie du connecteur (1) voisine du faisceau (2) et la partie du faisceau (2) voisine du connecteur (1) étant enrobées d'une masse (3) de résine ;- la résine étant entourée d'un corps (4) tubulaire comportant du côté opposé au connecteur (1) un taraudage (6) ; et- un chapeau (10) de presse étoupe de compression d'une garniture (11) d'étanchéité du côté opposé au connecteur, caractérisée par une pièce (7) intermédiaire ayant un filetage (8) pour le corps (4) qui coopère avec le taraudage (6) du corps (4), la longueur du corps (4) étant suffisante pour assurer un effet antidéflagrant, et ayant un filetage (9) pour le chapeau (10) qui coopère avec un taraudage (12) du chapeau (10), le chapeau (10) vissé sur la pièce (7) intermédiaire comprimant la garniture d'étanchéité et le taraudage (12) du chapeau (10) ayant une longueur suffisante pour assurer un effet antidéflagrant.
