The cutting knife 25 lies with its cutting edge on the support surface 30 so that it can work between the covering and the support surface 30. In this working position, the support wheels 21 hang in the air above the contact surface 30.

Dabei können der Motor 17 und auch der Antriebsmotor 28 weiterlaufen, ohne daß dies die Zurückbewegung der Vorrichtung 10 stört. Patentansprüche claims
1. Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von auf ebenen Flächen verlegten Belägen, mit einem Tragrahmen (10) zur Lagerung von Antriebsrädern (16) sowie zur Aufnahme eines Motors (17) und eines Getriebes (18) zum Antrieb der Antriebsräder (16) und mit einem motorisch angetriebenen Trennmesser (25), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Tragrahmen (11) mindestens ein lose drehbares Stützelement (21) parallel zu den Antriebsrädern (16) angeordnet ist.1.
