Claims (6)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Anbringen und Abnehmen von Hülsen bzw. Spulen (B) für Fäden in einer Textilmaschine mit:
    - mindestens einer Aufnahmewalze (1) für den Faden (2), die mit einem Changiersystem oder Fadenverlegungssystem (3) zur Bildung der Hülse bzw. Spule (B) auf einem sich drehenden, rohrförmigen Halter (4) verbunden ist, der in Greif- und Positionierelementen (5) montiert ist ;
    - Verteilelementen der rohrförmigen Halter (6) ;
    - mindestens einer Vorrichtung (7) zum Abzug der Hülsen bzw. Spulen, die auf dem rohrförmigen Halter gebildet werden,
    - die Aufnahmewalze (1) und der rohrförmige Halter (4) in der Aufwickelposition sind in dem Raum entsprechend einer definierten Drehrichtung positioniert, damit der Faden den Kontaktpunkt berührt, indem er unter der Aufnahmewalze hindurchführt, und sich über den rohrförmigen Halter hinweg aufrollt, und die Bildung der Hülse bzw. Spule und ihre Bewegung zur Abzugsvorrichtung (7) hin in eine Richtung gegenüber der Zufuhr des Fadens erfolgen;
    - die Verteilelemente (6) der rohrförmigen Halter sind feststehend,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die Greif- und Positionierelemente der Halter aus Schwenkarmen (5) bestehen, die eine Gabel bilden, welche im Raum positioniert und gelenkig angebracht ist, so dass die Verschiebung des Halters aufgrund der Tatsache, dass die Hülse bzw. Spule immer dicker wird, und anschließend ihre Freisetzung bis zu dem Punkt, wo sie in Richtung Abzugsvorrichtung (7) gelangt, und anschließend ihre Verschiebung bis zu dem Greifpunkt eines neuen Leerrohres in den Verteilelementen, auf derselben einfachen, vorzugsweise kreisförmigen Bahn angeordnet ist, und in dieser Reihenfolge die Rückführung des Leerrohres von dem Verteiler bis zu dem Kontaktpunkt an der Aufnahmewalze entlang derselben Bahn in umgekehrter Richtung erfolgt, wobei die volle Hülse bzw. Spule, die am Vorlauf angebracht ist, zwischenzeitlich abgezogen wird;
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Halter der Hülse bzw. Spule während ihrer Bildung in nahezu vertikaler Position befindet, d.h. der Drehpunkt der Gabel, welche Greifer und Greiforgan für die Hülse bzw. Spule bildet, befindet sich im wesentlichen oberhalb des Schwerpunktes des Hülse bzw. Spule.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gabel (5), welche die Greif- und Positionierelemente der Hülse bzw. Spule bildet, mit Ansätzen bzw. Verlängerungsstücken versehen ist, mit denen das Rohr während der Drehung der Gabel in Richtung Greifpunkt eines neuen Leerrohres zum Verteilsystem hin in seiner Abzugsbewegung gehalten und anschließend daran herangeführt werden soll.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Drehachse der Greifarme (5) oberhalb der Aufnahmewalze (1) und oberhalb der Abzugsvorrichtung (7) befindet.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verteilelemente (6) der rohrförmigen Halter (4) aus einem feststehenden Lager bestehen, das winklig oberhalb der Aufwickelzone positioniert ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der Abzugsvorrichtung (7) um eine schräge Fläche handelt, so dass der Faden der Hülse bzw. Spule zum Aufrollen neigt, wenn sich die Hülse bzw. Spule auf der Abzugsrampe befindet.
