Claims (6)
- Verfahren für die Ausführung eines Zerstäubers, der eine manuell betätigte Pumpe (12) umfaßt, die mit einem Körper und einem zylinderförmigen Flakon (14) versehen ist, dessen Mündung (24) im Innern eine ringförmige Rippe (28) zum Anhängen umfaßt versehen ist, in dem einerseits der Pumpenkörper aus einem Kunststoff ausgeführt ist, der verformbar und weicher als derjenige des Flakons ist, mit einem zylinderförmigen Teil, dessen Durchmesser deutlich gleich dem Innendurchmesser des besagten Flakons ist, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß andererseits der Flakon vermittels einer Spritzgußform in einem einzigen Stück ausgeführt wird, die einen inneren Knoten (36) umfaßt, der eine ringförmige Hinterschneidung (38) aufweist, die die besagte ringförmige Rippe (28) bilden soll, dann wird der zylinderförmige Teil des Pumpenkörpers mit Kraft wie ein Verschluß in die Mündung des besagten Flakons montiert, so daß die besagte Rippe sich durch plastisches Fließen des Materials direkt dicht und stabil im Körper festsetzt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Anhängerippe (28) in nächster Nähe der Öffnung (22) der Mündung des Flakons definiert ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Anhängerippe (28) durch eine Einschränkung der Mündung (24) definiert ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Rippe (28) mit einer Überdicke der Wand geformt ist.
- Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Gußform eine zylinderförmige Matrix (32) und einen Ausformring (42) umfaßt, die verschiebbar auf dem Kern (36) montiert sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flakon durch relatives Verschieben zwischen dem Ring (32) und dem Kern (36) und elastische Dehnung der Mundung (24) mit Kraft aus der Gießform gezogen wird.
