Definitions
- the invention relates to multi-part Kammer circallense for rail tracks with a track undervoltage, two rails that form on both sides between the rail head, rail web and rail foot plate chambers and anchored by rail fasteners for rail in predeterminable distances on the track swelling, wherein the Kammeryogllelement from partially the flap chamber filling partial Elements and above arranged with these positively arranged, projecting into the tab chamber cover parts and a rail track, equipped with such Kammer hypoll instituten.
- chamber filling elements for rail tracks comprising first a continuous covering device which engages partly in the tab chamber under the rail head and partly applies to the rail head.
- Essential parts of the tab chamber are not covered by the cover strip and also not the area of the rail foot fastening elements or rail connection elements.
- the parts protrude into the rail chamber or tab chamber and are connected by corresponding projections and depressions on the one hand form-fitting manner with the cover strip and on the other hand by a hinge.
- the individual parts can be connected to each other according to the tongue and groove principle, at least in areas away from the rail fasteners.
- the cover strip encloses substantially towards the rail head or on the side facing away from the rail the underlying mold body.
- the parts present under the cover strip must correspond to the rail fastening parts or rail connection parts found on a construction site, e.g. Cross struts between the rails of e.g. Trams, are processed before they can be placed in the tab chamber. Since the parts under the cover strip are connected by a hinge with the cover strip, it requires some skill to position these parts exactly in the tab chamber. In practice, it appears that in various embodiments of the lower part and the cover strip these can not be used in the tab chamber clamping, but are driven out again because of the restoring forces; In these cases, one does not achieve the desired structure-borne sound attenuation.
- EP 0 726 359 A2 is a rail track, especially for lawns, known in which along the rails chamber filling body are inserted into the tab chambers and covers the rail fastening devices are covered by covers, so that cavities arise at these fasteners.
- the invention is based on the problem of proposing a rail track and a vorfertigbares Kammer spallelement that on the Construction site before insertion into the position of use no longer needs to be edited.
- a first, suitably with a recess on the respective rail fastening stülpbares, chamber sub-element which has extensions in the rail longitudinal direction at its ends or end faces for the transversely to the rail form-fitting and longitudinal slidably holding rail of complementarily shaped extensions second chamber sub-elements.
- the chamber sub-elements should be equipped on its upper side or the side facing away from the rail locking devices for the insertion of the provided on its underside or inside with complementary locking devices cover.
- first and second chamber sub-elements make it possible that between the rail fasteners, are slipped over the first chamber sub-elements, no adjustment work on the second chamber element must be made if they are designed to be somewhat shorter than the pre-definable gap between two first chamber sub-elements.
- the extensions should be about 30-70 mm wide and can thus easily bridge a twice as large fault tolerance in the length of the second chamber sub-elements or as polygons radii in track curves, since the second chamber sub-element rests on the extensions of the first chamber sub-element and, if necessary, in Rail longitudinal direction is designed slightly displaceable.
- the extension on the first chamber sub-element is formed so that the second chamber sub-element is pressed transversely to the rail in the tab chamber, so here under positive engagement has no degree of freedom in this direction.
- the Extensions can be formed as a simple holder on the first chamber sub-element, on which the extensions of the second chamber sub-element are placed, but the extension on the first chamber sub-element facing away from the rail side has a stop against which abut the complementarily formed extensions on the second chamber sub-element and therefore this hindrance in the transverse direction.
- the person skilled in the art can also design this extension differently in order to achieve positive locking and to limit the degree of freedom of the second chamber sub-element in a possible movement transversely to the rail.
- the chamber sub-elements have an identical cross section outside the region of their recesses and extensions, so that they always fill the same, lower region of the tab chamber and abut the rail web. If then the cover parts are placed, which according to the invention usually have a multiple of the length of the first or second chamber sub-elements, these can be slid under the rail head so as to fill the rest of the tab chamber and only then into corresponding locking devices on the top of the chamber sub-elements engage. In addition, it can be provided that the cover parts engage in the chamber part elements facing away from the rail in the corresponding latching devices.
- the locking elements may be formed as grooves or holes or depressions in the top of the chamber parts, while the cover parts corresponding springs or pins or the like are attached to the underside of the cover so that the recesses or projections can engage complementary in one another. Because the cover part has a multiple of the length of the chamber sub-elements, the joints between the chamber sub-elements are sufficiently covered or it is always possible to produce such an overlap.
- the cover parts themselves may be equipped at their ends, ie the ends in the rail longitudinal direction with connectors for connecting adjacent cover parts with each other.
- Such connectors are, for example, dowels or pins, tooth or dovetail configurations or adhesive dots with which the cover parts can be connected.
- All parts of the Kammerzlletti may consist essentially of the same material, preferably made of recycled material, such as polyurethane-bonded rubber or the inexpensive pure polyurethane foam.
- a rail track equipped with such a chamber filling element can preferably be used as a track track.
- the mounted cover part has a continuous groove on its upper side along the rail head.
- a groove may e.g. Guide rainwater and remove at separation points between two cover profiles in a gravel bed or a lawn.
- the cover profile may preferably be formed as a rectangular, educateschkliges profile with which an exact boundary to the adjacent lawn is achieved in order to cut the lawn clean at the separation points to the track can.
- the cover profile preferably encloses the two-legged profile of the cover strip, the chamber sub-elements arranged below itself both from the top and to the rail side facing away completely.
- FIG. 1 The embodiment shown in Fig. 1 as a front view of the rail 4 at the same time shows a cover strip 3 or cover and the first chamber sub-element 1 and the second chamber sub-element 2 in section.
- a rail 4 on a sub-swelling, not shown, is firmly anchored with a fastening device for the rail in the undercut.
- the rail head 41, the rail land 42 and the rail foot 43 constitute a tab chamber 44.
- the first chamber dividing members 1 and the second chamber dividing members 2 and the cover members 3 partially engage, i.
- the first chamber sub-elements 1 and the second chamber sub-elements 2 alternately fill a part of the tab chamber 44, while covering the cover 3, the rest of the tab chamber 44 under the rail head 41 with the nose 36 fills.
- the cover part 3 with spring 34 snaps into the groove N2 of the chamber part element 2 and into the undercut groove N11 with a complementarily designed dovetail spring 30 on the chamber part element 1.
- FIG. 2 shows a plan view of a first chamber dividing element 1, which has an opening 10 for a rail fastening screw or its head. Further recesses are not visible in the plan view, but in adapted to the underside according to the grass track system, for example, a recess for a spring Skl 14 a rail fastening eg on a rail S49.
- the middle part of the first chamber sub-element 1 has left and right two extensions 11 and 12, which have two shoulders 16 and 17 on the side facing away from the rail, whose surface is otherwise lower than the surface 13 of the middle part of the first chamber sub-element. 1 whose cross section is designated Q1.
- the front edge 18 of the first chamber sub-element 1 abuts the rail web 42, while the back 19 forms the stop for legs 31 of the cover 3 for the first chamber sub-element 1 on the side facing away from the rail.
- the first chamber sub-element 1 is located on the rail 43.
- Fig. 3 shows a bottom view of the second chamber sub-element 2, which is designed similar to the first chamber sub-element 1. It is usually much longer, since it should fill gaps in the rail longitudinal direction between two first chamber sub-elements 1.
- the middle part of the second chamber sub-element 2, the surface of which is denoted by 23 and its cross-section Q2, has the same cross-section as the first chamber sub-element 1.
- the second chamber sub-element 2 abuts with its front side 28 on the rail web 42 and thus fully into the tab chamber 44, while its rear side 29 is the side facing away from the rail, which is enclosed by legs 31 of the cover 3.
- the second chamber sub-element 2 has left and right two projections 21 and 22, whose thickness is designed so that they, as can be seen in Fig. 1, together with the extensions 11 and 12 of the first chamber sub-element reach a thickness or height, For example, projection 22 rests on extension 11, so that again a cross section of approximately Q2 or Q1 is achieved.
- the trailing edges 26 and 27 of the extensions 22 and 21 of the second chamber part element 2 abut against the shoulder or
- the second chamber sub-element 2 can be inserted obliquely into the rail chamber 4 and then rotated so that it is placed with its extension 22, for example on the extension 11 of the first chamber sub-element 1 and quasi be engaged in Part 1, so that there is a situation as shown in Fig. 1.
- the cover member 3 can then be mounted as shown in Fig. 1.
- the leg 31 of the two-legged profile of the cover 3 is slightly raised and pushed the nose 36 of the leg 32 under the rail head 41.
- the nose gets there in contact with the first and second chamber sub-element 1 and 2 and fills the remaining gap in the tab chamber 44. Then, the leg 31 can be pressed down again, so that ultimately the spring 34 on the underside 37 of the cover 3 in complementary on the second chamber member 2 and its extensions 21, 22 formed grooves N2 or corresponding grooves N1 on the top 13 of the first chamber sub-element. 1 can engage. This situation is shown in FIG. At the same time, the cover part 3 engages with the dovetail configuration N11 / 30.
- Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of the previously described mounting situation on a second embodiment, but in which the cover member 31 is missing the dovetail connection. You clearly see the gap between the chamber sub-elements 1 and 2 and the partial overlap of the extensions on both parts, which serves for tolerance bridging and thus a precise cutting of the chamber elements is unnecessary.
- the top 33 of the cover 3 is still provided with a recess 35 along the rail head 41, optionally to dissipate surface water, that then at the front end of the cover 3 can be derived in the gravel under the undercut U or in the lawn.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to multi-part Kammerfüllelemente for rail tracks with a track undervoltage, two rails that form on both sides between the rail head, rail web and rail foot plate chambers and anchored by rail fasteners for rail in predeterminable distances on the track swelling, wherein the Kammerfüllelement from partially the flap chamber filling partial Elements and above arranged with these positively arranged, projecting into the tab chamber cover parts and a rail track, equipped with such Kammerfüllelementen.

The parts present under the cover strip must correspond to the rail fastening parts or rail connection parts found on a construction site, e.g. Cross struts between the rails of e.g. Trams, are processed before they can be placed in the tab chamber. In this and in the previously described types of Kammerfüllelementen must be cut at least at one point to length on the site, the parts that are located between the attachment points of the rail.
Therefore, the invention is based on the problem of proposing a rail track and a vorfertigbares Kammerfüllelement that on the Construction site before insertion into the position of use no longer needs to be edited.
The problem is solved according to the invention by the features of
For generic Kammerfüllelemente according to the first-mentioned prior art is therefore provided that a first, suitably with a recess on the respective rail fastening stülpbares, chamber sub-element is used which has extensions in the rail longitudinal direction at its ends or end faces for the transversely to the rail form-fitting and longitudinal slidably holding rail of complementarily shaped extensions second chamber sub-elements. The chamber sub-elements should be equipped on its upper side or the side facing away from the rail locking devices for the insertion of the provided on its underside or inside with complementary locking devices cover. Such first and second chamber sub-elements make it possible that between the rail fasteners, are slipped over the first chamber sub-elements, no adjustment work on the second chamber element must be made if they are designed to be somewhat shorter than the pre-definable gap between two first chamber sub-elements.
The extensions should be about 30-70 mm wide and can thus easily bridge a twice as large fault tolerance in the length of the second chamber sub-elements or as polygons radii in track curves, since the second chamber sub-element rests on the extensions of the first chamber sub-element and, if necessary, in Rail longitudinal direction is designed slightly displaceable. On the other hand, the extension on the first chamber sub-element is formed so that the second chamber sub-element is pressed transversely to the rail in the tab chamber, so here under positive engagement has no degree of freedom in this direction. The Extensions can be formed as a simple holder on the first chamber sub-element, on which the extensions of the second chamber sub-element are placed, but the extension on the first chamber sub-element facing away from the rail side has a stop against which abut the complementarily formed extensions on the second chamber sub-element and therefore this hindrance in the transverse direction.
The person skilled in the art can also design this extension differently in order to achieve positive locking and to limit the degree of freedom of the second chamber sub-element in a possible movement transversely to the rail.
The chamber sub-elements have an identical cross section outside the region of their recesses and extensions, so that they always fill the same, lower region of the tab chamber and abut the rail web.
The locking elements may be formed as grooves or holes or depressions in the top of the chamber parts, while the cover parts corresponding springs or pins or the like are attached to the underside of the cover so that the recesses or projections can engage complementary in one another. Because the cover part has a multiple of the length of the chamber sub-elements, the joints between the chamber sub-elements are sufficiently covered or it is always possible to produce such an overlap.
The cover parts themselves may be equipped at their ends, ie the ends in the rail longitudinal direction with connectors for connecting adjacent cover parts with each other. Such connectors are, for example, dowels or pins, tooth or dovetail configurations or adhesive dots with which the cover parts can be connected.
All parts of the Kammerfüllelemente may consist essentially of the same material, preferably made of recycled material, such as polyurethane-bonded rubber or the inexpensive pure polyurethane foam.
A rail track equipped with such a chamber filling element can preferably be used as a track track. By connecting the cover parts with each other and the complete filling of the tab chambers using the first and second chamber sub-elements is relatively sure that the turf track can also be overrun by work machines without the Kammerfüllelemente damage.
In addition, it is proposed that in the position of use, the mounted cover part has a continuous groove on its upper side along the rail head. Such a groove may e.g. Guide rainwater and remove at separation points between two cover profiles in a gravel bed or a lawn.
For a precise turf cutting the cover profile may preferably be formed as a rectangular, zweischkliges profile with which an exact boundary to the adjacent lawn is achieved in order to cut the lawn clean at the separation points to the track can. For this purpose, preferably encloses the two-legged profile of the cover strip, the chamber sub-elements arranged below itself both from the top and to the rail side facing away completely.

Fig. 3 shows a bottom view of the
Also, the
Begrenzung 16 bzw.
Since all parts of the Kammerfüllelemente made of plastic or similar recycled material, here polyurethane-bonded rubber, resulting from friction anyway good positional fixation, which can be improved if necessary by adhesive between the contact surfaces 11/22. Now, if a
Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of the previously described mounting situation on a second embodiment, but in which the
