Claims (11)
- Brennkraftmaschine mit einer hydraulischen Vorrichtung (1) zur Drehwinkelverstellung einer Nockenwelle gegenüber einer Kurbelwelle, umfassend:
einen Rotor (5) mit daran angeordneten Flügeln (11), der drehfest mit der Nockenwelle verbunden ist, einen Stator (4), der drehfest mit einem von der Kurbelwelle angetriebenen Antriebsrad (3) verbunden ist, wobei beiderseits der Flügel (11) A-Druckkammern (12) und B-Druckkammern (13) vorgesehen sind, die über ein Hydraulikflüssigkeitssystem (32) mit mindestens einem Hydraulikventil (2) durch Hydraulikflüssigkeitsleitungen (19) mit Hydraulikflüssigkeit druckbeaufschlagbar oder -entleerbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Vorrichtung (1) und dem Hydraulikventil (2) ein Volumenspeicher (20) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Volumenspeicher (20) in der Vorrichtung (1) zur Drehwinkelverstellung angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Volumenspeicher (20) als Membranspeicher ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Volumenspeicher (20) als Blasenspeicher ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Volumenspeicher (20) als druckfedergesteuerter Kolbenspeicher (34) ausgebildet ist, der aus mindestens einem Kolben (22) und einem Federelement (24) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (24) vorgespannt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der vom Hydraulikflüssigkeitssystem (32) abgewandten Seite des Kolbens (22) eine Entlüftungsbohrung (25) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein den Weg des Federelements (27) in Richtung Hydraulikflüssigkeitssystem (32) begrenzender Wegbegrenzer (33) im Volumenspeicher (20) oder im Hydraulikflüssigkeitssystem (32) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Volumenspeicher (20) im Flügel (11) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Volumenspeicher (20) durch Tellerfedern (34) zum Randbereich (31) der Flügel (11) abgestützt ist.
- Brennkraftmaschine mit einer hydraulischen Vorrichtung (1) zur Drehwinkelverstellung einer Nockenwelle gegenüber einer Kurbelwelle, umfassend:
einen Rotor (5) mit daran angeordneten Flügeln (11), der drehfest mit der Nockenwelle verbunden ist, einen Stator (4), der drehfest mit einem von der Kurbelwelle angetriebenen Antriebsrad (3) verbunden ist, ein Verriegelungselement (14), das den Rotor (5) gegenüber dem Stator (4) fixieren kann, wobei beiderseits der Flügel (11) A-Druckkammern (12) und B-Druckkammern (13) vorgesehen sind, die über ein Hydraulikflüssigkeitssystem (32) mit mindestens einem Hydraulikventil (2) durch Hydraulikflüssigkeitsleitungen (19) mit Hydraulikflüssigkeit druckbeaufschlagbar oder -entleerbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Volumenspeicher (20) in das Verriegelungselement (14) integriert ist.
