Claims (10)
- Auslegermodul für einen Falzapparat einer Druckmaschine, mit einem Schaufelrad (20), wobei dem Schaufelrad (20) Produkte von einem Falzapparat zur nachfolgenden Ablage auf einem Auslegerband (23) zugeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest das Schaufelrad (20) in horizontaler und/oder vertikaler Richtung relativ zum Falzapparat verstellbar ausgebildet ist.
- Auslegermodul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Schaufelrad (20) ein Einzelantrieb (25) zugeordnet ist, der zusammen mit dem Schaufelrad (20) in horizontaler und/oder vertikaler Richtung relativ zum Falzapparat verstellbar ist.
- Auslegermodul nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schaufelrad (20) und das Auslegerband (23) in horizontaler und/oder vertikaler Richtung relativ zum Falzapparat verstellbar ausgebildet sind.
- Auslegermodul nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dasselbe in horizontaler Richtung relativ zum Falzapparat derart verstellbar ist, dass die Produkte unabhängig von der Produktbreite immer mittig bzw. symmetrisch an die Schaufeln des Schaufelrads (20) übergeben werden.
- Auslegermodul nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dasselbe in vertikaler und gegebenenfalls horizontaler Richtung relativ zum Falzapparat derart verstellbar ist, dass die Produkte unabhängig von der Produktstärke bzw. Produktdicke positionsgenau an die Schaufeln des Schaufelrads (20) übergeben werden.
- Auslegermodul nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dasselbe in horizontaler und/oder vertikaler Richtung relativ zum Falzapparat während des Maschinenlaufs verstellbar ist.
- Auslegermodul nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dasselbe in horizontaler und/oder vertikaler Richtung relativ zum Falzapparat während des Maschinenstillstands verstellbar ist.
- Auslegermodul nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dasselbe in einem Schienensystem in horizontaler und/oder vertikaler Richtung verstellbar gelagert bzw. geführt ist.
- Auslegermodul nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dasselbe weiterhin um mindestens eine Drehachse (29, 32) schwenkbar ausgebildet ist.
- Auslegermodul nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachse durch Verstellung des Auslegermoduls in horizontaler und/oder vertikaler Richtung während des Maschinenlaufs veränderbar ist.
