Claims (5)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Vermischen von pastösen und flüssigen Massen, wobei die Vorrichtung aufweist:
    - einen im Wesentlichen vertikal verschiebbaren Mischer mit einer im Wesentlichen vertikalen, angetriebenen Welle (7) und einem Mischerteil (8), der an einem Außenende der Welle (7) angeordnet ist, und
    - eine Reinigungsvorrichtung zum Reinigen von wenigstens dem Mischerteil,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Reinigungsvorrichtung einen Waschraum (11) aufweist, der um die vertikale Welle (7) angeordnet ist und durch Wände begrenzt ist, wobei Sprühmittel (17) in dem Waschraum (11) angeordnet sind und in einer unteren Wand eine Zugangsöffnung (12) so angeordnet ist, dass wenigstens der Mischerteil in den Waschraum (11) gebracht werden kann.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Zugangsöffnung (12) eine stehende Kante (13) aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, mit einem Verschluss (14) zum Schließen der Zugangsöffnung (12).
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei in einer oberen Wand des Waschraums (11) ein Kanal für den Durchgang der Welle (7) angeordnet ist und wobei in dem Kanal ein Abstreifer (19) angeordnet ist, um die Welle (7) sauber abzustreifen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Waschraum (11) in vertikaler Richtung verschiebbar ist.
