Definitions

  • the invention relates to a movable machine with a machine chassis and work tools and floor support struts arranged thereon, the machine chassis being movable via a cable crane and lowerable to the floor.
  • Movable machines with implements on the machine chassis and floor supports including outrigger supports, for working on paved ground and off-road, are common as wheeled and caterpillar vehicles, on the chassis of which pivotable implements such as drilling equipment, rams, excavators, cranes and grabs are arranged.
  • pivotable implements such as drilling equipment, rams, excavators, cranes and grabs are arranged.
  • felling heads and harvester heads are also known as such tools in the forestry field, the harvester heads being used for the automatic felling, delimbing and cutting of trees.
  • the function of the implements can result in shear and tensile forces that exceed the static friction of the support struts on the ground and tilting moments that are not compensated for by the counter-moment of the machine's own weight, which can cause the machine to tip or slip and thus cause it to slip Damage.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to prevent the machine mentioned at the outset from tipping over or sliding off during use in the field.
  • Another object of the invention is to provide a movable machine that enables simple construction and also offers a cost-effective way of removing material.
  • At least one of the floor support struts is provided with a device for fixing the floor support strut relative to the floor.
  • the at least one floor support strut, on which the weight of the machine rests, is stabilized with the fixation device against excess static friction on the ground and the risk of tipping and slipping is thereby eliminated.
  • Another advantage of the device according to the invention is that due to the fact that the movable machine is fixed on the ground to the suspension element, which establishes the connection with the movable and clampable trolley of the cable crane, less mechanical requirements can be imposed than on the one in WO 02 / 16182 A1 disclosed machine.
  • the device for fixing the base support strut can be formed by an openable and closable gripper.
  • This type of fixation is often very useful, especially on hard ground (e.g. frozen ground), because it is the machine chassis can be stabilized very easily in the field.

  • the machine chassis can be moved via a suspension element with a carriage that can be moved and clamped on the supporting rope of the cable crane and can be lowered to the floor, wherein the suspension element can be realized by a telescopic rod.

  • a special Suspension element and a second carriage for transport can be saved, so that only one carriage for transport and for the process is necessary.
  • a further reduction in the design effort results if a transport receiving basket is suspended from the first carriage, into which the cantilever element can be hung. This eliminates the need for an additional carriage for material transport.
  • three floor support struts are preferably provided which can be pivoted in at least one plane relative to the chassis or frame. These floor support struts are used primarily to achieve the non-rotatability and support of the chassis in the working position and can therefore be operated individually, and in particular they can be bent over their length and are preferably telescopic.
