Claims (13)
- Ein Maschinenreiniger, insbesondere für Geschirrspülmaschinen, welcher einen neutralen bis alkalischen Reiniger zur Reinigung harter Oberflächen sowie ein integriertes Enthärter- und Klarspülersystem umfasst.
- Maschinenreiniger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das integrierte Enthärtersystem ein Gemisch aus Polyacrylsulfonat mit einem Molekulargewicht von 5.000 bis 50.000 g/mol und Polyacrylat-Copolymer mit einem Molekulargewicht von 2.000 bis 100.000 g/mol ist und in einem Anteil von 1 - 12 Gew.-%, insbesondere 1 - 10 Gew.-%, besser 2 - 8 Gew.-%, am besten 3 - 4 Gew.-% enthalten ist.
- Maschinenreiniger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für das integrierte Klarspülersystem ein nichtionisches Tensid auf Basis eines ethoxylierten Fettalkohols ist und in einer Menge von 1 - 10 Gew.-%, besser 1 - 5 Gew.-%, am besten ca. 2 Gew.-% enthalten ist.
- Maschinenreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zusätzlich sulfonierte Polystyrole und sulfonierte Polystyrol-Maleinsäure-Mischpolymerisate mit einem Molekulargewicht von 15.000 - 1.000.000 g/mol in einer Menge von 0,1 - 5,0 Gew.-% enthält.
- Maschinenreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reiniger ein Alkalisystem aus Natriumhydroxid, Soda, Natriummetasilikat und Pentanatriumtripolyphosphat umfasst, welche insgesamt in einem Anteil von 78 - 97 Gew.-% vorliegen.
- Maschinenreiniger nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Alkalisystem Natriumhydroxid in einer Menge von 10 - 60 Gew.-% umfasst.
- Maschinenreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reiniger Pentanatriumtripolyphosphat in einer Menge von 5 - 60 Gew.-%, insbesondere 15 - 60, besser 15 - 50 Gew.-%, am besten 15 - 40 Gew.-% enthält.
- Maschinenreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser aus einer flüssigen, pulverförmigen oder festen extrudierten oder gegossenen Form oder einer gepressten Tablette mit variabler Schichtdicke besteht.
- Maschinenreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Reiniger-, Enthärter- und Klarspülersystem in getrennten Einheiten vorliegen.
- Maschinenreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser in Form einer 1-phasigen Tablette, besser in Form einer 2-phasigen Tablette, am besten in Form einer 3-phasigen Tablette vorliegt.
- Maschinenreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 -10 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mittlere Wirkstoffphase der Tablette mehr als 80 Gew. % Natriumhydroxid und/oder Natriummetasilikat enthält.
- Verwendung eines Maschinenreinigers nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 zum Reinigen von Geschirrsspülmaschinen und anderen Küchengeräten wie z. B. gewerblichen Spülmaschinen, Backöfen, Grillautomaten, Convektomaten, Kochbehältern, Entfettungsanlagen und verschmutzten Einzelteilen aus dem gewerblichen Küchenbereich.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Maschinenreiniger zum Reinigen verschmutzter Geschirrspülmaschinen, insbesondere zum Reinigen verschmutzter 3 in 1-Geschirrspülmaschinen verwendet wird.
