Claims (7)

  1. Procédé pour contrôler rapidement la position d'une image imprimée sur une plaque d'impression, qui comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à :
    a) placer la plaque d'impression (1) pourvue d'au moins un poinçonnage d'ajustage (5, 6) contre au moins une broche d'ajustage (7, 8) servant de détecteur pour le ou les poinçonnages d'ajustage (5, 6) ;
    b) déclencher un signal de déclenchement pour un système de caméra par le biais de la ou des broches d'ajustage (7, 8) lors de la reconnaissance de la position exacte de la plaque d'impression (1) ;
    c) lire avec le système de caméra des informations d'au moins une position de référence (3, 4), liée à l'image imprimée (2), sous forme d'une marque ou d'un codage dans ou à côté de l'image imprimée (2) ;
    d) transmettre les informations lues sous forme d'enregistrement à un système de calcul ;
    e) déterminer avec le système de calcul la position de la ou des positions de référence (3, 4) contenant les informations par rapport au ou aux poinçonnages d'ajustage (5, 6).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les données calculées par le système informatique sont spécifiques liées à la machine et représentent des grandeurs de réglage et/ou des écarts dans l'unité de mesure correcte.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les données calculées par le système de calcul contiennent la cote avec laquelle la plaque d'impression (1) et d'autres plaques d'impression d'une composition vont ensemble.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, après la vérification de la plaque d'impression (1) et d'autres plaques d'impression d'une composition, tous les travaux d'impression d'une machine à imprimer, en particulier d'une presse offset, sont réglés sur des mêmes valeurs.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des écarts ou des tolérances de la plaque d'impression (1) sont représentés dans un tableau numérique et/ou une représentation graphique.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que deux poinçonnages d'ajustage (5, 6) sont employés pour deux broches d'ajustage (7, 8).
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le codage contient également d'autres informations sur les dimensions, l'orientation, le format et/ou la couleur de la plaque d'impression (1).
