Definitions
- the invention relates to a Streustoffaustragvoriques according to the preamble of claim 1 as well as a winter service spreading vehicle with such a spreading material discharge device, which is a downpipe with an upper open end and a lower open end and a spreading plate below the lower one open end of the downpipe, wherein the downpipe and the spreading plate at appropriate orientation of the device are arranged to each other, that introduced by the upper open end introduced by gravity through the lower open end of the downpipe and falls onto the spreading plate.
- a spreading material discharge device which is a downpipe with an upper open end and a lower open end and a spreading plate below the lower one open end of the downpipe, wherein the downpipe and the spreading plate at appropriate orientation of the device are arranged to each other, that introduced by the upper open end introduced by gravity through the lower open end of the downpipe and falls onto the spreading plate.
- the upper open end of the downpipe of the scattering material a scattered foam reservoir via a conveying element, for example a conveyor belt or a screw conveyor fed.
- the downpipe is usually inclined and thus acts as a slide on which the scattering material slips to the lower end. From the lower end of the spill usually falls directly on the rotating Spitter plate, from which it is thrown off radially.
- Such Streustoffaustragvoriquesen are used in many ways, not only in Winter service for the delivery of road salt but for example in the Agriculture for sowing of seed and other agricultural Products.
- the Vibrator is in contact with both downpipe sections, so with the upper, curved and with the lower, inclined downfall section. This will be the Transfer vibration to both elements and adjust the effectiveness of the vibrator accordingly elevated.
- the vibrator is preferably only on one of the two downpipe sections firmly mounted and is located on the other of the two downpipe sections at.
- the vibration of the vibrator transmits on the one hand on the assembly directly on the one section of the drop tube while the vibrator due to its vibrations constantly against the other section of the downpipe strikes.
- the vibrator due to its vibrations constantly against the other section of the downpipe strikes.
- the immediate introduction of vibration into a section of the drop tube thus becomes a knock vibration at another portion of the drop tube generated.
- the vibrator in close to the point on the lower down tube section mount, where the upper downcomer section to the lower downcomer section followed.
- the vibrator then preferably tapers from outside approximately to the one Position of the upper, curved downpipe section, at which the upper one Opening of the downpipe entering grit on the inner wall of the curved Downhill section falls.
- an unbalance motor can be used as a vibrator.
- This Engine does not have to be constantly in operation. It can be used periodically or stay switched off depending on the scattering type to be spread out.
- FIG. 1 shows, partially in section, a scattering material discharge device for a winter utility vehicle in neutral, that is, undocked position with one Delivery pipe 1, in which a screw conveyor 2 rotates to road salt from a Not shown road salt container through the conveyor pipe 1 to a downpipe opening 3 at the end of the conveyor pipe 1 to promote.
- the screw conveyor exists here from a metal strip 4, which thread-like about a drive shaft 5 wound and fixed via radial webs 6 at this.
- the drive shaft 5 are located at a distance a to the end of the screw conveyor 2 two radial pin rows spaced from each other by the amount b.
- Each of these two rows of pins 8 includes five evenly around the circumference of Drive shaft 5 distributed pins 9, extending radially from the drive shaft 5 extend outside.
- the pins 9 stir through the road salt, which by nachge approvedtes Road salt further advanced toward the downpipe opening 3 and break up clumps.
- a lining 10 made of Vulcolan is provided, which protrudes into the downpipe opening 3 like a flap. Anything about the downpipe opening 3 out-promoted road salt then slips from the extremely smooth Surface of Vulcolanausposed 10 in the downpipe opening 3.
- a downpipe 11 connects, which consists of a first, arcuate portion 12, a second, straight and inclined portion 13 and a third, also straight but vertical section 18 exists.
- the drop tube sheet 12 initially extends vertically downwards from the downpipe opening 3 away and then leads in a bow - here from about 60 ° - counter to the conveying direction of the conveyor screw 2.
- the bow can also more or less curved, depending on the individual requirements.
- the straight, inclined portion 13 is in contrast again in the conveying direction the conveyor screw 2 inclined.
- the downcomer sheet 12 serves essentially to the salt to the swirl Remove it, which it has received by the screw conveyor.
- the road salt should from the downcomer sheet 12 as possible without any twist on the slide acting second portion 13 of the drop tube 11 to make it from there along a straight track to the below the downpipe 11 arranged scattering plate 14 impinges on a predefined position.
- the downcomer sheet 12 is so far in the lower portion thirteenth the drop tube 11 is guided in that its lowest edge 15 in the conveying direction the screw conveyor 2 seen in front of the tear-off edge 16 of the downpipe opening. 3 lies.
- the lower portion 13 of the drop tube 11 forms a chute for the Spreading material with an inclination angle ⁇ between 60 ° and 90 °, preferably about 70 °, to the horizontal.
- the lower end 17 of the second downcomer section 13 protrudes into a third downfall pipe section 18 which is vertically aligned here is.
- the grit undergoes another flow direction change, before it hits the spreading plate 14. It may possibly also even more deflections on the flow path of the grit to Spreader plates are provided to withdraw the flow further swirl.
- the individual sections of the drop tube 11 are typically tubular are and are shown here also tubular, they have essentially the function of a chute, so that they are not tubular in whole or in part can also be designed slide-shaped. Under a downpipe in The meaning of the present invention is therefore also to be understood as such a drop tube. which is completely or partially formed slide-shaped, so not (completely) consists of closed tubes.
- FIG. 2 shows a particularly preferred embodiment for assembly a vibrator 19 acting on the downpipe 11.
- the vibrator 19 comprises a Clamp 20, with the vibrator 19 immediately below that point to the upper downpipe section 12 adjoins the lower downpipe section 13, is mounted on the lower downcomer section 13.
- Part of the vibrator 19 is further an unbalance motor 21, which via a connecting line 22 with Energy is supplied.
- the vibrations generated by the unbalance motor 21 are on the Clamp 20 is introduced directly into the straight, lower fall tube section 13, so that it vibrates accordingly. Store any salt dusts or the like thereby not at all on the inner wall of the lower downfall section 13 on.
- the two sections 12 and 13 are preferably firmly connected to each other, in particular welded and / or glued, to prevent the Sections vibrate relative to each other. By means of the shaker should only in the walls vibrations are generated.
- the frequency range of the unbalance motor 21 is for example between 20 Hz and 50 Hz.
- a Knocking frequency measured at the curved downpipe section 12 from 5 Hz to 14 Hz become.

Abstract
