Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schmuckelement sowie eine aus mehreren erfindungsgemässen Schmuckelementen gebildete Kette, die z.B. als Armband getragen oder als Uhrenband verwendet werden kann.
- Aus der
WO-A-02/091 874 -
US-A-3 217 514 zeigt eine Kette aus mehreren Gliedern, von dene jedes einen rechteckigen Rahmen aufweist, der eine rautenförmige Oeffnung umgibt. Die Oeffnung nimmt jeweils ein ebenfalls rautenförmiges Drehteil auf, das um eine längsverlaufende Drehachse drehbar und in zwei um 180° beabstandeten Positionen und zwei Zwischenpositionen verriegelbar ist. Die Glieder schliessen an zu den Drehachsen parallelen Seiten aneinander an. - Aus
FR-A-2 816 179 - Weiter ist aus der
US-A-2 666 305 ein Ring bekannt mit einer ungefähr quadratischen Krone, an welcher ein ebenfalls quadratischer Rahmen an einer Seite derart befestigt ist, dass er aus einer Grundstellung aufklappbar ist. In einer Oeffnung im Rahmen ist eine Platte um eine zur besagten Seite parallele mittige Achse drehbar gelagert, welche zwei um 180° verschiedene Positionen einnehmen kann. Nach Aufklappen des Rahmens kann die Platte um 180° gedreht und durch Zurückklappen desselben in die Grundstellung in der neuen Position fixiert werden. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, gattungsgemässe Schmuckelemente so auszubilden, dass bei einfachem Aufbau ihr Aussehen bei geeigneter Gestaltung vom Träger oder der Trägerin in vielfältiger Weise verändert werden kann. Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
- Die Vorteile der Erfindung sind vor allem darin zu sehen, dass mindestens zwei Drehteile, die auf verschiedenen Seiten verschieden gestaltet oder dekoriert sein können, wahlweise und unabhängig voneinander in zwei oder mehr Drehlagen gebracht werden können, in denen sie einer sichtbaren Aussenseite die eine oder die andere Seite zuwenden, sodass sie jeweils gemeinsam einen gewünschten ästhetischen Eindruck hervorrufen. Zugleich ist das erfindungsgemässe Schmuckelement aber verhältnismässig einfach aufgebaut und robust. Umstellungen sind leicht zu bewerkstelligen und erfordern weder Werkzeuge noch technische Fertigkeiten.
- Noch ausgeprägter sind Möglichkeiten, das Aussehen zu verändern, bei Ketten aus erfindungsgemässen Schmuckelementen, wo durch unterschiedliche Einstellungen der Drehteile derselben ganz unterschiedliche Muster erzeugt werden können.
- Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand von Figuren, welche lediglich ein Ausführungsbeispiel darstellen, näher erläutert. Es zeigen

- Das erfindungsgemässe Schmuckelement nach Fig. 2 ist so ausgebildet, dass es sich als Kettenglied für ein Uhrenband eignet, wie es in Fig. 1 dargestellt ist. Fig. 1 zeigt eine Uhr 1 und zwei an den Seiten derselben befestigte Kettenabschnitte aus jeweils vier Schmuckelementen 2, an deren Enden komplementäre Teile eines Verschlusses 3 befestigt sind.
- Das Schmuckelement 2 weist einen rechteckigen Rahmen 4 auf, welcher aus einem ersten Teilstück besteht, das eine erste Frontleiste 5 und zwei an dieselbe anschliessende Seitenleisten 6, 7 umfasst und einem zweiten Teilstück, das eine der ersten Frontleiste 5 gegenüberliegende zweite Frontleiste 8 bildet. Sie ist mit den Enden der beiden Seitenleisten 6, 7 verschraubt oder anderweitig abnehmbar verbunden.
- Der Rahmen 4 umgibt eine rechteckige Oeffnung 9, welche von einer mittig zwischen den Seitenleisten 6, 7 angeordneten und zu ihnen parallelen Drehachse 10 durchdrungen ist, deren Fortsetzung an beiden Enden durchgehende Bohrungen in den Frontleisten 5, 8 durchdringt und so im Rahmen 4 verankert ist. Sie besteht aus zwei miteinander verschraubten Teilen und ist abnehmbar. Die Drehachse 10 trägt ein erstes Drehteil 11, das eine an die erste Frontleiste 5 anschliessende Basis 12 umfasst, von der zwei seitlich voneinander beabstandete Fortsätze 13, 14 bis zur zweiten Frontleiste 8 vorspringen. In der zwischen ihnen gebildeten Ausnehmung ist ein längliches zweites Drehteil 15 angeordnet, das ebenfalls bis zur zweiten Frontleiste 8 reicht und vom ersten Drehteil 11 gabelartig umfasst wird.
- Das zweite Drehteil 15 weist eine Längsbohrung auf, die sich in einer Bohrung durch die Basis 12 fortsetzt. Die Bohrungen nehmen die Drehachse 10 auf, so dass die Drehteile 11, 15 verdrehbar auf derselben sitzen. Die Seitenflächen des ersten Drehteils 11 sind als Sektoren der Mantelfläche eines Zylinders ausgebildet, dessen Achse mit der Drehachse 10 zusammenfällt. Die Innenflächen der Seitenleisten 6, 7 sind komplementär dazu ausgebildet. Entsprechend sind auch die Seitenflächen des zweiten Drehteils 15 Zylindermantelsektoren und die Innenflächen der Fortsätze 13, 14 dazu komplementär (s. Fig. 4b, d). Die Frontflächen, die die Frontleisten 5, 8 und die Drehteile 11, 15 einander zukehren, sind jeweils eben und senkrecht zur Drehachse 10.
- Während das erste Drehteil 11 und das zweite Drehteil 15 in den Fig. 1, 2, 3a-c zur besseren Verdeutlichung des Aufbaus des Schmuckelements 2 in Zwischenpositionen dargestellt sind, werden sie gewöhnlich, wenn das Schmuckelement 2 getragen wird, auf Fixpositionen (s. Fig. 4a,b,d) gestellt, in denen sie durch Schnappverriegelungen fixiert sind. Dazu weist das erste Drehteil 11 am Ende des Fortsatzes 14 eine über dessen Frontfläche hinausragende Rastkugel 16 auf, welche gegen die Kraft einer Druckfeder hinter die Frontfläche zurückstossbar ist. Die zweite Frontleiste 8 weist zwei Sacklöcher 17, 18 auf, mit welchen die Rastkugel 16 einrasten kann. In der in Fig. 4a,b,d dargestellten Fixposition ist die Rastkugel 16 mit dem Sackloch 18 verrastet. Das erste Drehteil 11 kann jedoch um 180° in eine zweite Fixposition gedreht werden, in der die Rastkugel 16 mit dem Sackloch 17 verrastet ist.
- In ganz entsprechender Weise trägt das zweite Drehteil 15 eine über seine Frontfläche hinausragende Rastkugel, die mit zwei Sacklöchern in der Innenfläche der Basis 12 einrasten kann, so dass das zweite Drehteil 15 mit dem ersten Drehteil 11 in zwei Fixpositionen verrastet sein kann, die 180° auseinanderliegen. Befinden sich die beiden Drehteile 11, 15 in Fixpositionen, so ist das erste Drehteil 11 demnach unmittelbar mit dem Rahmen 4 verrastet, das zweite Drehteil 15 mittelbar über das erste Drehteil 11, mit dem es unmittelbar verrastet ist. Die Drehteile 11, 15 füllen die Oeffnung 9 vollständig aus (s. Fig. 4a,b,d) und bilden an der Aussenseite des Schmuckelements 2 eine glatte Oberfläche, welche die Form eines Zylindermantelsektors aufweist. Die gabelartige Umfassung des zweiten Drehteils 15 durch das erste Drehteil 11 ist sowohl hinsichtlich der ästhetischen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten als auch der Einfachheit und mechanischen Stabilität vorteilhaft, ausserdem ist das Schmuckelement dank diesem Aufbau leicht umstellbar.
- Damit die Schmuckelemente 2 paarweise verbunden und eine Kette oder ein Kettenabschnitt aus ihnen zusammengesetzt werden kann, weist jeweils die erste Seitenleiste 6 an der Aussenseite eine zylindrische mittige Aufnahme 19 mit durchgehender Längsbohrung auf, während die zweite Seitenleiste 7 zwei um knapp mehr als die Länge der mittigen Aufnahme 19 beabstandete, im übrigen entsprechend ausgebildete seitliche Aufnahmen 20, 21 aufweist. Zwischen dieselben kann (Fig. 1) jeweils die mittige Aufnahme eines weiteren Schmuckelements 2 geschoben und die Verbindung zwischen den Schmuckelementen durch eine stiftförmige Verbindungsachse 22, die in die zur Deckung gebrachten Bohrungen geschoben wird, fixiert werden. Die Verbindung erlaubt beschränkte gegenseitige Verdrehung der verbundenen Schmuckelemente um die Verbindungsachse 22, die zu den Drehachsen 10 der benachbarten Schmuckelemente 2 parallel ist.
- Es sind zahlreiche Abwandlungen des beschriebenen Schmuckelements möglich, ohne dass der Bereich der Erfindung verlassen würde. So können die Verrastungsvorrichtungen jeweils an den entgegengesetzten Frontflächen angeordnet sein, so dass z.B. das zweite Drehelement ebenfalls direkt mit dem Rahmen verrastet werden kann oder auch an beiden. Es können auch mehr als zwei Fixpositionen, z.B. drei oder vier vorgesehen sein, die z.B. im Abstand von 120° bzw. 90° aufeinanderfolgen. Die Drehelemente können auch anders als beschrieben ausgebildet sein. Die Form des Schmuckelements kann abweichen, z.B. kann es kreisrund sein mit entsprechend ausgebildeten Drehelementen. Es können auch mehr als zwei Drehelemente vorgesehen sein. Schliesslich kann das Schmuckelement auch dafür vorgesehen sein, einzeln getragen zu werden, wobei man auf die Aufnahmen 19, 20, 21 verzichten wird. Es kann dann z.B. mittels einer Nadel oder Spange an einem Kleidungsstück befestigt oder an einem Kettchen um den Hals oder auch an einem Fingerring getragen werden oder - verbunden mit einer geeigneten Befestigungsvorrichtung - als Ohrschmuck eingesetzt werden. Aus erfindungsgemässen Schmuckelementen gebildete Ketten eignen sich ausser als Uhrenbänder auch als Arm- oder Halsbänder.
- In der Regel wird man die Oberflächenabschnitte der Drehelemente, die auf die Aussenseite gedreht werden können, unterschiedlich ausbilden, z.B. in unterschiedlichen Mustern mit Edelsteinen besetzen oder gravieren oder beschichten, so dass durch Verdrehung derselben das Aussehen des Schmuckelements abgewandelt werden kann. Es kann dabei auch so ausgebildet sein, dass die Aussenseite z.B. je nach Anlass schlichter oder reicher gestaltet werden kann. Besonders reizvolle Möglichkeiten bieten Ketten von Schmuckelementen, bei denen das Aussehen der einzelnen Schmuckelemente unabhängig variiert werden kann, wodurch eine Vielzahl von Kombinationsmöglichkeiten eröffnet ist.

Claims (9)
- Schmuckelement (2), mit einem Rahmen (4), welcher eine Oeffnung (9) umgibt sowie einer die Oeffnung (9) durchdringende, an beiden Enden im Rahmen (4) verankerte Drehachse (10) und mindestens einem um dieselbe verdrehbar auf ihr angeordneten ersten Drehteil (11), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens ein vom ersten Drehteil (11) unabhängig um die besagte Drehachse (10) verdrehbar auf ihr angeordnetes zweites Drehteil (15) aufweist, welches das erste Drehteil (11) mindestens teilweise umfasst.
- Schmuckelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Drehteil (11) und das zweite Drehteil (15) jeweils eine Bohrung aufweisen, welche die Drehachse (10) aufnimmt.
- Schmuckelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Drehteil (11) und das zweite Drehteil (15) jeweils in mindestens zwei Fixpositionen mittelbar oder unmittelbar mit dem Rahmen (4) schnappverriegelbar sind.
- Schmuckelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Drehteil (11) eine an einen ersten Abschnitt des Rahmens (4) anschliessende Basis (12) aufweist, von der zwei seitlich voneinander beabstandete Fortsätze (13, 14) gegen einen dem ersten gegenüberliegenden zweiten Abschnitt des Rahmens (4) vorspringen und das zweite Drehteil (15), an den zweiten Abschnitt des Rahmens (4) anschliessend, zwischen den Fortsätzen (13, 14) liegt, während die Drehachse (10) durch die Basis (12) des ersten Drehteils und durch das zweite Drehteil (15) ragt.
- Schmuckelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (4) im wesentlichen rechteckig ist.
- Schmuckelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oeffnung (9) des Rahmens (4) durch die mindestens zwei Drehelemente (11, 15), wenn sich jedes Drehelement (11, 15) in einer Fixposition befindet, vollständig ausgefüllt ist.
- Kette mit mehreren aufeinanderfolgenden, paarweise miteinander verbundenen Schmuckelementen (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6.
- Kette nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verbundenen Schmuckelemente (2) jeweils um parallele Verbindungsachsen (22) beschränkt gegeneinander verdrehbar sind.
- Kette nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachse (10) jedes der Schmuckelemente (2) zu den Verbindungsachsen (22) parallel ist.
