Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Gefrieren und/oder Kühlen von Gegenständen mit einem Kühlraum (1), der mit einer Transporteinrichtung (4) zum Fördern der Gegenstände durch den Kühlraum (1) ausgestattet ist und mindestens eine Kaltgaserzeugungseinrichtung (5) zur Erzeugung einer Kaltgasatmosphäre in dem Kühlraum (1) und mindestens einen Ventilator (6) zur Verteilung des Kaltgases aufweist, wobei der Ventilator (6) mit einem Antriebsmotor (7) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmotor (7) in einem vom Kühlraum (1) getrennten Motorraum (2) untergebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motorraum (2) eine Kühlluftzufuhr (9) und Abluftabfuhr (11) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abluftabfuhr (11) in einem Absaugschacht (10) mündet, der mit einer Absaugeinrichtung (12) versehen ist und Abgas aus dem Kühlraum (1) aufnimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motorraum (2) eine Kaltgaszuführung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Motorraum (2) ein Verdampfer zur Erzeugung von Kaltgas angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung als Lebensmittelfroster, insbesondere Tunnelfroster, ausgebildet ist.
