Description

  • Die Erfindung richtet sich auf eine Gelenkarmmarkise mit wenigstens zwei Gelenkarmen, wobei jeder Gelenkarm einen inneren und einen äußeren Gelenkarmabschnitt umfasst, die über ein Schwenkgelenk miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der innere Gelenkarmabschnitt über ein Schwenkgelenk mit einer Trageinrichtung und der äußere Gelenkarmabschnitt über ein Schwenkgelenk mit einem Ausfallprofil verbunden ist, wobei in bzw. an mindestens einem Gelenkarmabschnitt mindestens eine vorgespannte Zugfeder angeordnet ist, die mittels eines biegsamen Zugübertragungsgliedes mit dem jeweils anderen Gelenkarmabschnitt verbunden ist, wobei das Zugübertragungsglied über eine zur Schwenkachse des Schwenkgelenks konzentrische Führungsfläche geführt ist, und wobei das Zugübertragungsglied aus flexiblem Material besteht.
  • Eine derartige Markise bzw. ein solcher Gelenkarm werden in G 80 16 480 U1 beschrieben, wobei das Zugübertragungsglied als Stahlband ausgebildet ist. Theoretisch wurde dort auch in Betracht gezogen, ein textiles Band vorzusehen, das heißt also ein Band aus miteinander verwebten Fäden. Eine solche Lösung wurde jedoch praktisch nicht umgesetzt.
  • Hiervon ausgehend liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Zugübertragungsglied der in Betracht stehenden Art so zu verbessern, dass eine noch vorteilhaftere Kraftübertragung beim Aus- und Einfahren und bei Belastungen der Markise, etwa durch Windböen oder dergleichen, realisierbar ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass das Zugübertragungsglied aus einem Bündel im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufender, relativ zueinander insbesondere im Umlenkbereich beweglicher Fäden gebildet ist.
  • Im Gegensatz zu einem vergleichsweise dicken Stahlseil, zu einer Stahlkette, zu einem Stahlband oder auch zu einem textilen Band können sich die Fäden im freien Kräftespiel und unabhängig voneinander an die Führungsfläche anschmiegen, wodurch der Verschleiß im Bereich der Führungsfläche vermindert und die Kraftübertragung optimiert wird.
  • Insbesondere kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Fäden aus hochfestem Polyester, aus Aramiden (Handelsbezeichnung Kevlar), Polyethylen (Handelsbezeichnung Dyneema), Vectran oder dergleichen bestehen.
  • Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels in Verbindung mit der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen:

  • Die in der Zeichnung dargestellte Markise weist eine an einer Hauswand oder dergleichen zu befestigende Trageinrichtung 1 auf, die mit einer in Lagerplatten 2, 3 drehbar gelagerten Wickelwelle 4 versehen ist. Diese Wickelwelle 4 ist in bekannter Weise drehantreibbar, und zwar gemäß der Darstellung in Fig. 1 mittels eines selbsthemmenden Getriebes 5, das wiederum über eine ein- bzw. aushängbare Kurbelstange 6 antreibbar ist. Anstelle des Getriebes 5 mit Kurbelstange 6 kann selbstverständlich auch - wie allgemein bekannt - ein elektromotorischer Antrieb, ein Gurtantrieb oder dergleichen eingesetzt werden. Als Teil der Trageinrichtung 1 ist weiterhin zwischen den Lagerplatten 2 und 3 ein Tragrohr 7 mit quadratischem Querschnitt angebracht, an dem mittels jeweils einer Halte- und Neigungsverstell-Einrichtung 8 Gelenkarme 9 in so genannter Scherenausführung angebracht sind. Diese Gelenkarme 9 sind jeweils in ihrer Mitte geteilt und mit einem Schwenkgelenk 10 mit vertikaler Achse versehen. Die Gelenkarme 9 sind jeweils mit einem Schwenkgelenk 11 an der Halte- und Neigungsvertell-Einrichtung 8 und - in der Zeichnung nicht erkennbar - mit einem entsprechenden Schwenkgelenk an einem Ausfallrohr 12 angelenkt, sodass das Ausfallrohr 12 in einer mit der Wickelwelle 4 gemeinsamen Ebene verlagert werden kann, aber keine Bewegungen senkrecht zu dieser Ebene ausführen kann.
  • Die Gelenkarme 9 weisen einen inneren Gelenkarmabschnitt 15 und einen äußeren Gelenkarmabschnitt 16 auf, welche über das Schwenkgelenk 10 miteinander verbunden sind. Die Gelenkarmabschnitte 15, 16 sind, wie aus Fig. 5 erkennbar, als Hohlprofile ausgebildet.
  • Im Inneren des inneren Gelenkarmabschnitts 15 ist an einer Befestigungsvorrichtung 17 eine Schraubenfeder 18 angeordnet, deren äußeres Ende 19 mit einem Zugübertragungsglied 20 verbunden ist. Das Zugübertragungsglied 20 ist nach Art eines Endlosbandes ausgestaltet und umschlingt zum einen das Ende 19 der Schraubenfeder 18 und zum anderen einen Zapfen 21 im Bereich des Schwenkgelenks 10 am äußeren Gelenkarmabschnitt 16.
  • Im eingefahrenen Zustand der Gelenkarme 9, wenn also der äußere Gelenkarmabschnitt 16 nach innen geschwenkt ist und im Wesentlichen parallel zum inneren Gelenkarmabschnitt 15 liegt, verläuft das äußere Ende des Zugübertragungsgliedes 20 um eine kreisabschnittförmige Führungsfläche 22.
  • Beim Ausfahren der Markise wird das Markisentuch 13 von der Wickelwelle 4 abgewickelt und die Schraubenfedern 18 sorgen über das Zugübertragungsglied 20 dafür, dass auf den äußeren Gelenkarmabschnitt 16 eine Kraft übertragen wird, sodass sich der äußere Gelenkarmabschnitt 16 von dem inneren Gelenkarmabschnitt 15 abspreizt und das Markisentuch 13 aufspannt und unter Spannung hält.
  • Eine reibungslose Kraftübertragung bei diesem Aufspannvorgang ist sowohl für den Ausfahrvorgang als auch für die Stabilisierung der Markise im ausgefahrenen Zustand von größter Bedeutung.
  • Um insoweit eine optimale Kraftübertragung zu erreichen, besteht das Zugübertragungsglied 20 erfindungsgemäß aus einer Mehrzahl einzelner, zumindest im Bereich der Führungsfläche 22 relativ zueinander beweglicher Fäden 23, wie in Fig. 5 erkennbar. Durch die Verwendung derartiger einzelner Fäden 23 ist eine optimale, gleichmäßige Kraftübertragung gewährleistet.

Claims (2)

  1. Gelenkarmmarkise mit wenigstens zwei Gelenkarmen (9), wobei jeder Gelenkarm einen inneren (15) und einen äußeren (16) Gelenkarmabschnitt umfasst, die über ein Schwenkgelenk (10) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der innere Gelenkarmabschnitt (15) über ein Schwenkgelenk (11) mit einer Trageinrichtung (1) und der äußere Gelenkarmabschnitt über ein Schwenkgelenk mit einem Ausfallprofil (12) verbunden ist, wobei in bzw. an mindestens einem Gelenkarmabschnitt mindestens eine vorgespannte Zugfeder (18) angeordnet ist, die mittels eines biegsamen Zugübertragungsgliedes (20) mit dem jeweils anderen Gelenkarmabschnitt verbunden ist, wobei das Zugübertragungsglied (20) über eine zur Schwenkachse des Schwenkgelenks (10) konzentrische Führungsfläche (22) geführt ist, und wobei das Zugübertragungsglied (20) aus flexiblem Material besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zugübertragungsglied (20) aus einem Bündel im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufender, relativ zueinander insbesondere im Umlenkbereich beweglicher Fäden (23) gebildet ist.
  2. Gelenkarmmarkise nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fäden aus hochfestem Polyester, aus Aramiden, Polyethylen, Vectran oder dergleichen bestehen.
