Claims (12)
- Füllelement zum Füllen von Flaschen (2) oder dgl. Behälter mit einem flüssigen Füllgut, mit einem in einem Gehäuse (6) des Füllelementes (1, 1a) ausgebildeten Flüssigkeitskanal (7), der einen mit einer Quelle (4) für das flüssige Füllgut zu verbindenden Anschluss (7.1) sowie eine Abgabeöffnung (8) für die Abgabe des flüssigen Füllgutes an einen zu füllenden Behälter (2) bildet und zwischen dem Anschluss (7.1) und der Abgabeöffnung (8) ein Flüssigkeitsventil (9, 9a) mit einem mit einem Ventilsitz zusammenwirkenden Ventilkörper (10, 10a) aufweist, der durch ein Betätigungselement (12) für ein Öffnen und Schließen des Flüssigkeitsventils (9, 9a) um einen vorgegebenen Hub bewegbar ist, und zwar für eine Steuerung des Füllprozesses in Abhängigkeit von einem Signal eines im Strömungsweg des Füllgutes angeordneten Durchflussmessers (13), dadurch gekennzeichnet,
ein die Durchflussmenge des Füllgutes erfassendes Messwerk des Durchflussmessers (13) im Füllelementgehäuse (6) an einem einen Messkanal bildenden Abschnitt (7.2) des Flüssigkeitskanals (7) vorgesehen ist. - Füllelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer mehrteiligen Ausbildung des Füllelementgehäuses (6) das die Durchflussmenge des Füllgutes erfassende Messwerk des Durchflussmessers (13) in wenigstens einem Teil (6.2) dieses Gehäuses vorgesehen sind.
- Füllelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Durchflussmenge des Füllgutes erfassende Messwerk des Durchflussmessers (13) im Flüssigkeitskanal (7) zwischen dem Anschluss (7.1) und dem Flüssigkeitsventil (9, 9a) vorgesehen ist.
- Füllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigung des Flüssigkeitsventils (9, 9a) bzw. des Ventilkörpers (10, 10a) über einen Stößel (11, 17) erfolgt, und dass der Stößel durch den den Messkanal des Durchflussmessers (13) bildenden Abschnitt (7.2) des Flüssigkeitskanals (7) hindurchgeführt ist.
- Füllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Füllelement (1) an einer Unterseite eines die Quelle für das Füllgut bildenden Kessels (4) befestigbar ist, und dass der Betätigungsstößel (11, 17) auch durch den Innenraum des Kessels (4) hindurchgeführt ist und an seinem dem Füllelement (1, 1a) entfernt liegenden Ende mit dem Betätigungselement (12) zusammenwirkt.
- Füllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (12) ein pneumatisches Betätigungselement ist.
- Füllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stößel eine Betätigungsstange (11) ist.
- Füllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stößel ein Rückgasrohr (17) ist, welches Bestandteil wenigstens eines vorzugsweise von zumindest einem Steuerventil (18) gesteuerten Gasweges (19) ist.
- Füllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flüssigkeitskanal (7) sowie der Stößel (11, 17) zumindest in dem als Messkanal dienenden Abschnitt (7.2) einen konstanten oder im Wesentlichen konstanten Innen- bzw. Außendurchmesser aufweisen.
- Füllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stößel zumindest auf seiner den Messkanal des Durchflussmessers (13) durchdringenden Teillänge aus einem elektrisch nicht leitenden Material, beispielsweise aus Glas und/oder Kunststoff, z. B. faserverstärktem Kunststoff, und/oder Keramik besteht.
- Füllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flüssigkeitskanal (7) zwischen dem Anschluss (7.1) und der Abgabeöffnung (8) geradlinig oder im Wesentlichen geradlinig, vorzugsweise achsgleich mit der Achse des Stößels (11, 17) ausgebildet ist.
- Füllmaschine umlaufender Bauart, mit mehreren an einem um eine Maschinenachse umlaufend antreibbaren Rotor vorgesehenen Füllelementen (1, 1a), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füllelemente entsprechend einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausgebildet sind.
