Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de refroidissement d'un dispositif à rouleaux, constitué par un bâti de logement gauche, un bâti de logement droit et un rouleau qui est logé de manière à pouvoir tourner avec des tourillons dans les bâtis de logement, en particulier de rouleaux de guidage du brin, de train de rouleaux, de transport, d'appui ou d'entraînement dans des installations de coulée continue, dans lequel un agent caloporteur refroidit les paliers (13, 14) introduits dans les bâtis de logement (2, 3) et est guidé via un trou axial dans le rouleau, caractérisé en ce que l'agent caloporteur entre d'un côté dans le bâti de logement (2, 3) du dispositif à rouleaux (1), est guidé autour du palier (13, 14) introduit dans ce bâti de logement (2, 3), s'écoule ensuite dans le trou axial dans le rouleau (4) vers l'autre côté, y est guidé autour du palier (13, 14) introduit dans l'autre bâti de logement (2, 3) et est ensuite évacué du dispositif à rouleaux (1).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'agent caloporteur est guidé en sortant du bâti de logement (2, 3) via une pièce de raccordement (5, 6) rigide ou souple attachée via une bride à la face frontale dans le passage de rotation (7, 8).
  3. Dispositif à rouleaux destiné à réaliser le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un bâti de logement droit, un bâti de logement gauche et un rouleau qui est logé de manière à pouvoir tourner avec des tourillons dans les bâtis de logement, en particulier de rouleaux de guidage du brin, de train de rouleaux, de transport, d'appui ou d'entraînement dans des installations de coulée continue, dans lequel un agent caloporteur est guidé dans un trou axial dans le rouleau et des trous (15) étant disposés autour des paliers (13, 14) introduits dans les bâtis de logement (2, 3) qui forment un espace creux fermé, caractérisé en ce qu'un trou de sortie pour l'agent caloporteur se trouve à côté du couvercle (9, 10) du palier sur la face frontale du bâti de logement (2, 3).
  4. Dispositif à rouleaux selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le passage de rotation (7, 8) disposé au centre du couvercle (9, 10) du palier est raccordé par une pièce de raccordement (5, 6) rigide ou souple au trou de sortie sur la face frontale du bâti de logement (2, 3).
  5. Dispositif à rouleaux selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le passage de rotation (7, 8) est raccordé de manière amovible avec le couvercle (9, 10) du palier.
  6. Dispositif à rouleaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le passage de rotation (7, 8) peut compenser dans le couvercle (9, 10) du palier des dilatations longitudinales du rouleau (4).
