Claims (11)
- Wagenkasten eines Schienenfahrzeuges mit einer Vorrichtung zur gezielten Absorption von Kollisionsenergie, die vor der Rohbaustruktur (1) des Wagenkastens angeordnete und für einen Austausch lösbar an der Rohbaustruktur (1) befestigte Absorptionselemente (3) aufweist, deren Frontfläche (11) zumindest teilweise in Form und Lage zur Lasteinleitung durch Puffer oder diesen in der Festigkeit entsprechende Bereiche von Kollisionsgegnern auf Höhe des Untergestells (2) ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Absorptionselemente (3) durch eine zusätzliche, über die Höhe ihrer Frontfläche (11) hinausreichende Abstützstruktur (4) stabilisiert sind, die in ihrem oberen Bereich eine zug- und druckfeste Anbindung (5) an die Rohbaubaustruktur (1) des Wagenkastens aufweist. - Wagenkasten nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lösbare Verbindung zwischen dem Absorptionselement (3) und der Rohbaustruktur (1) als Schraubverbindung ausgeführt ist. - Wagenkasten nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zug- und druckfeste obere Anbindung (5) der Abstützstruktur (4) an der Rohbaustruktur (1) des Wagenkastens über eine Brüstung (6) des Frontfensters erfolgt. - Wagenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Abstützstruktur (4) oberhalb der Frontfläche (11) des Absorptionselementes (3) befindliche zusätzliche Krafteinleitungsflächen (12) ausgebildet sind. - Wagenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Vorrichtung zur Absorption von Kollisionsenergie ein Unterfahrschutz (7) befestigt ist. - Wagenkasten nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigung des Unterfahrschutzes ausschließlich über die Vorrichtung zur Absorption von Kollisionsenergie erfolgt. - Wagenkasten nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Unterfahrschutz (7) an der Vorrichtung über mindestens eine Anordnung von Stützen (8) befestigt ist, die an jeweils zwei in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung versetzten Positionen angreifen und deren Schwerelinien sich in der Seitenansicht auf der Höhe der Lasteinleitung durch den Unterfahrschutz (7) schneiden. - Wagenkasten nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Unterfahrschutz (7) mit den Stützen (8) zumindest um eine in Fahrzeugquerrichtung durch den Schnittpunkt ihrer Schwerelinien verlaufende Achse gelenkig beweglich verbunden ist. - Wagenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Unterfahrschutz (7) über Pendel (9) aufgehängt ist. - Wagenkasten nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pendel (9) an einer Quertraverse (10) angreifen, die zwei symmetrisch zur Fahrzeuglängsebene angeordnete Absorptionselemente (3) verbindet. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Unterfahrschutz (7) über Deformation seiner eigenen Struktur oder darin oder in der Anbindung integrierte, absorbierende Elemente ohne Beschädigung der übrigen Vorrichtung Kollisionsenergie aufnehmen kann.
