Description
- un châssis comprenant :
- un premier élément rigide mobile autour d'axes sensiblement vertical et horizontal par rapport audit véhicule,
- un deuxième élément rigide mobile autour d'un axe sensiblement horizontal par rapport audit premier élément rigide,
- une bande transporteuse continue s'étendant sur le dessus et le dessous dudit châssis, et
- des moyens pour faire circuler ladite bande transporteuse sur ledit châssis.
- un châssis comprenant :
- un premier élément rigide mobile autour d'axes sensiblement vertical et horizontal par rapport audit véhicule,
- un deuxième élément rigide mobile autour d'un axe sensiblement horizontal par rapport audit premier élément rigide,
- une bande transporteuse continue s'étendant sur le dessus et le dessous dudit châssis,
- des moyens pour faire circuler ladite bande transporteuse sur ledit châssis,
- au moins une partie des moyens hydrauliques d'actionnement dudit convoyeur sont logés à l'intérieur dudit caisson,
- ledit caisson est formé en moins en partie dans un alliage à base d'aluminium,
- ledit caisson est formé au moins en partie en matériaux composites,
- ledit deuxième élément rigide est formé de deux parties l'une en caisson fermé et l'autre en tube montées télescopiques l'une dans l'autre, et dont la partie supérieure est conformée en auge de manière à recevoir et à guider ladite bande transporteuse,
- ledit convoyeur comprend un troisième élément rigide mobile autour d'un axe sensiblement horizontal par rapport audit deuxième élément rigide,
- ledit troisième élément rigide est formé de deux parties l'une en caisson fermé et l'autre en tube montées télescopiques l'une dans l'autre, et dont la partie supérieure est conformée en auge de manière à recevoir et à guider ladite bande transporteuse.
- la figure 1 représente une vue de côté d'un véhicule du type bétonnière équipé d'un convoyeur en position de transport,
- la figure 2 représente une vue de derrière de ce véhicule, le convoyeur étant déployé dans l'une de plusieurs positions de travail possibles,
- la figure 3 est une vue en perspective de ce convoyeur ainsi que du bras de support et du portique qui le relie à la bétonnière,
- la figure 4 est une vue en perspective du deuxième élément du châssis du convoyeur de la figure 2, pris isolément,
- la figure 5 est une vue analogue à celle de la figure 4, une partie du deuxième élément ayant été coupée et retirée de manière à montrer la structure interne de cet élément,

- la figure 7 est une vue en perspective de ce même dispositif, prise sous un autre angle et avec enlèvement d'un carter de protection, et

Claims (10)
- Convoyeur (5) adaptable sur un véhicule du type bétonnière (1), comprenant :un châssis (6) comprenant :un premier élément rigide (7) mobile autour d'axes sensiblement vertical (A2) et horizontal par rapport audit véhicule (1),un deuxième élément rigide (9) mobile autour d'un axe sensiblement horizontal (13) par rapport audit premier élément rigide (7),une bande transporteuse (17) continue s'étendant sur le dessus et le dessous dudit châssis (6),des moyens pour faire circuler ladite bande transporteuse (17) sur ledit châssis (6),
- Convoyeur (5) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel au moins une partie des moyens hydrauliques (35) d'actionnement dudit convoyeur sont logés à l'intérieur dudit caisson (27à 27d).
- Convoyeur (5) selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel ledit caisson (27a à 27d) est formé en moins en partie dans un alliage à base d'aluminium.
- Convoyeur (5) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel ledit caisson (27a à 27d) est formé au moins en partie en matériaux composites.
- Convoyeur (5) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit deuxième élément rigide (9) est formé de deux parties, l'une (9a) en caisson fermé et l'autre (9b) en tube montées télescopiques l'une dans l'autre, et dont la partie supérieure (27d) est conformée en auge de manière à recevoir et à guider ladite bande transporteuse (17).
- Convoyeur (5) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un troisième élément rigide (11) mobile autour d'un axe sensiblement horizontal (15) par rapport audit deuxième élément rigide (9).
- Convoyeur (5) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel ledit troisième élément rigide (11) est formé de deux parties, l'une en caisson fermé et l'autre en tube montées télescopiques l'une dans l'autre, et dont la partie supérieure est conformée en auge de manière à recevoir et à guider ladite bande transporteuse (17).
- Convoyeur (5) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel des rouleaux (31a à 31f) de support de la bande transporteuse (17) ne sont prévus, sur la partie supérieure dudit convoyeur (5), que dans les régions d'extrémité dudit au moins un élément rigide (7, 9, 11).
- Convoyeur (5) adaptable sur un véhicule du type bétonnière (1), comprenant :un châssis (6) comprenant :un premier élément rigide (7) mobile autour d'axes sensiblement vertical (A2) et horizontal par rapport audit véhicule (1),un deuxième élément rigide (9) mobile autour d'un axe sensiblement horizontal (13) par rapport audit premier élément rigide (7),une bande transporteuse (17) continue s'étendant sur le dessus et le dessous dudit châssis (6),des moyens pour faire circuler ladite bande transporteuse (17) sur ledit châssis (6),
des rouleaux (31a à 31f) de support de la bande transporteuse (17) n'étant prévus, sur la partie supérieure dudit convoyeur (5), que dans les régions d'extrémité dudit au moins un élément rigide (7, 9, 11). - Véhicule du type bétonnière (1) équipé d'un convoyeur (5) conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
