Description
Claims (9)
- Dispositif de découpe (1) d'une structure dans une automobile comprenant une charge pyrotechnique linéaire (5) placée dans un tube déformable aplati (6), la combustion de ladite charge (5) entraínant la déformation du tube (6) qui accroít sa section, ladite déformation provoquant la rupture de la structure (3), caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de combustion de la charge pyrotechnique (5) est inférieure à 3000m/s.
- Dispositif de découpe selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la charge pyrotechnique (5) comprend une pluralité de brins.
- Dispositif de découpe selon l'une quelconque dès revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le tube (6) est métallique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le tube (6) est obturé à chacune de ses extrémités par un bouchon afin de contenir les effets pyrotechniques à l'intérieur dudit tube (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que le tube (6) est en aluminium.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que il existe un espace entre la charge pyrotechnique (5) et le tube (6), ledit espace étant comblé par une mousse en élastomère (7).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'allumage de la charge pyrotechnique (5) comprenant un allumeur, est placé à l'une des extrémités du tube (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la densité linéique de la charge pyrotechnique (5) est inférieure à 4g/m.
