Claims (31)
- Verbinderteil (10) eines zweiteiligen elektrischen Steckverbinders (12),
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass es so ausgeführt ist, dass es in einer Öffnung (22) einer Wand (7) verrastbar und dabei in einer definierten Endstellung bezüglich der Wand (7) fixierbar ist. - Verbinderteil nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass es im Bereich eines (14) seiner beiden Enden in der Wandöffnung (22) verrastbar ist. - Verbinderteil nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass das betreffende Ende (14) zur Aufnahme des anderen Verbinderteils (8) offen ist. - Verbinderteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass sein Gehäuse (1) auf einer ersten Seite (16) mit wenigstens einem Anschlag (2) versehen ist, der beim Hindurchstecken des Verbinderteils (10) durch die Wandöffnung (22) mit der Wand (7) in Eingriff kommt und dadurch die Durchsteckbewegung des Verbinderteils (10) relativ zur Wand (7) begrenzt. - Verbinderteil nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass wenigstens eine an die erste Seite (16) angrenzende Seite (18) des Gehäuses (1) mit wenigstens einem Endanschlag (3) versehen ist, der bei seine Endstellung einnehmendem Verbinderteil an der Wand (7) anliegt. - Verbinderteil nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass auf zwei einander gegenüberliegende Seiten (18) des Gehäuses (1) jeweils wenigstens ein Endanschlag (3) vorgesehen ist. - Verbinderteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass das Gehäuse (1) auf einer der ersten Seite gegenüber liegenden zweiten Seite (20) mit wenigstens einem weiteren Anschlag (6) versehen ist. - Verbinderteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass wenigstens eine Seite (16) des Gehäuses (1) mit wenigstens einem Rastarm (4) versehen ist. - Verbinderteil nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass wenigstens ein Rastarm (4) auf der ersten Seite (16) des Gehäuses (1) vorgesehen ist. - Verbinderteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass das Gehäuse (1) mit einem Kragen (5) versehen ist, der bei seine Endstellung einnehmendem Verbinderteil (10) auf der vom Anschlag (2) bzw. Endanschlag (3) abgewandten Seite an der Wand (7) anliegt. - Verbinderteil nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der Kragen (5) am betreffenden Ende (14) des Verbinderteils (10) vorgesehen ist. - Verbinderteil nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der Kragen (5) das offene Ende (14) des Gehäuses (1) umschließt. - Verbinderteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass sich der Rastarm (4) ausgehend von einem axial innen liegenden Bereich bis in den Bereich des offenen Endes (14) des Gehäuses (1) bzw. bis in den Bereich des Kragens (5) erstreckt. - Verbinderteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der Anschlag (2) eine größere radiale Erstreckung als der Kragen (5) besitzt. - Verbinderteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der Anschlag (2) axial vom Kragen (5) beabstandet ist. - Verbinderteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der weitere Anschlag (6) eine geringere radiale Erstreckung als der Kragen (5) besitzt. - Verbinderteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der weitere Anschlag (6) axial vom Kragen (5) beabstandet ist. - Verbinderteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass das seine Endstellung einnehmende Verbinderteil (10) bezüglich der Normalen der die Öffnung (22) aufweisenden Wand (7) geneigt ist. - Verbinderteil nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der Neigungswinkel in einem Bereich von etwa 25° liegt. - Verbinderteil nach Anspruch 18 oder 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der Kragen (5) in einer Ebne liegt, deren Normale zur Axial- oder Längsrichtung des Verbinderteils (10) geneigt ist. - Verbinderteil nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der Neigungswinkel in einem Bereich von etwa 25° liegt. - Verbinderteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass bei mit der Wand (7) verrastetern, seine Endstellung einnehmendem Verbinderteil (10) ein die Öffnung (22) begrenzender Wandabschnitt in dem Bereich zwischen dem Kragen (5) und dem weiteren Anschlag (6) eingeschlossen ist. - Verbinderteil nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass nach erfolgtem Hindurchstecken des betreffenden Endes (14) des Verbinderteils (10) durch die Wandöffnung (22) das Verbinderteil (10) durch anschließendes Verschwenken und darauf folgendes wandparalleles Verschieben mit der Wand (7) verrastbar ist, wobei während des Verschwenkens der Rastarm (4) entgegen dessen Federkraft zurückgedrängt wird und das Verbinderteil (10) anschlie-βend unterstützt durch die Federkraft des Rastarmes (4) parallel zur Wand (7) verschiebbar ist, um den betreffenden Wandabschnitt in dem Bereich zwischen dem Kragen (5) und dem weiteren Anschlag (6) einzuschließen. - Verbinderteil nach Anspruch 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der weitere Anschlag (6) mit einer Auflaufschräge (26) versehen ist, über die sich das Verbinderteil (10) während des Verschwenkens am Öffnungsrand abstützt. - Verbinderteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass es mit inneren Rastmitteln (9) versehen ist, die mit Gegenrastmitteln des anderen Verbinderteils (8) zusammenwirken. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder (12) mit zwei zusammensteckbaren, miteinander verrastbaren Verbinderteilen (10, 8), wobei ein erstes Verbinderteil (10) nach einem der vorhergehen Ansprüche ausgeführt ist.
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass die beiden Verbinderteile (10, 8) nur dann vollständig zusammensteckbar und miteinander verrastbar sind, wenn das erste Verbinderteil (10) in der Öffnung (22) der Wand (7) verrastet und damit in seiner Endstellung fixiert ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 27,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass bei nicht mit der Wand (7) verrastetem erstem Verbinderteil (10) ein vollständiges Zusammenstecken und Verrasten der beiden Verbinderteile (10, 8) durch den nach innen gedrängten Rastarm (4) verhindert ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der Rastarm (4) bei vollständig zusammengesteckten und miteinander verrasteten Verbinderteilen (10, 8) durch das zweite Verbinderteil (8) in seiner Raststellung gesichert ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass eine Klammer mit zugeordneter Tülle zur Abdichtung der Verbindung an der Wand (7) nach außen vorgesehen ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 30,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass die Klammer mit zugeordneter Tülle nur montierbar ist, wenn die beiden Verbinderteile (10, 8) vollständig zusammengesteckt und miteinander verrastet sind.
