Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zur Wärmebehandlung eines rieselfähigen Schüttgutes mit einem Gestell zur Lagerung einer liegenden Trommel, die zwischen zwei einerseits einen Guteinlauf und anderseits einen Gutaustrag umfassenden Gehäuseteilen des Gestells angeordnet ist und ein Bündel von achsparallelen Rohren aufweist, die über einen Verteiler- und einen Sammelkopf an Zu- und Ableitungen für einen Wärmeträger angeschlossen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rohre (7) des Rohrbündels axial unterteilt sind und daß die dem Verteilerkopf (8) zugehörigen kürzeren Rohrabschnitte (7a) mit den an den Sammelkopf (9) angeschlossenen längeren Rohrabschnitten (7b) über eine mit radialem Abstand vom Trommelmantel gehaltene Mischkammer (13) in Strömungsverbindung stehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trommel (1) auf der Gutaustragseite einen im Gehäuseteil (3) mit dem Gutaustrag (41) mündenden Auslaufabschnitt (16), der von der übrigen Trommel (1) durch eine Stauscheibe (25) abgetrennt ist, sowie wenigstens einen der Stauscheibe (25) vorgelagerten, radial an den Trommelmantel angesetzten Austragzylinder (27) aufweist, der wenigstens eine Austrittsöffnung (28) zum Auslaufabschnitt (16) sowie einen über die axiale Länge der Austrittsöffnung (28) verstellbaren Kolben (29) besitzt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (29) des Austragzylinders (27) durch einen mit einem Antrieb zusammenwirkenden Spindeltrieb (30) verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb für den Spindeltrieb (30) aus einem auf der Spindel gelagerten Antriebsrad (31) mit einer Triebstockverzahnung (32) besteht, das mit zwei einander bezüglich einer zur Trommel (1) senkrechten Ebene durch die Spindel gegenüberliegenden, jeweils zwischen einer Freistellung und einer Eingriffsstellung verstellbaren, dem Gestell (4) zugeordneten Mitnehmerzapfen (33) zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb für den Spindeltrieb (30) aus einem auf der Spindel gelagerten Reibrad (39) besteht, das mit zwei einander bezüglich einer zur Trommel (1) senkrechten Ebene durch die Spindel gegenüberliegenden, jeweils zwischen einer Freistellung und einer Arbeitsstellung verstellbaren, dem Gestell zugeordneten Rollbahnen (40) zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den zugehörigen Gehäuseteil (2, 3) durchsetzenden Verteiler- und Sammelköpfe (8, 9) mit den Zu- und Ableitungen (10, 11) über je einen Dichtungsflansch (42) verbunden sind, an dem ein kardanisch abgestützter, mit der Zu- bzw. Ableitung (10, 11) über einen Ausgleichsbalg verbundener Gegenflansch (43) unter einer axialen Federvorspannung anliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kardanische Abstützung des Gegenflansches (43) auf einer zur Zu- bzw. Ableitung (10, 11) parallelen Führung (55) verschiebbar gelagert und in Verschieberichtung gegenüber dem Anschluß (12) des Verteiler- bzw. Sammelkopfes (8, 9) abgestützt ist.
