Claims (14)

  1. Vérin hydraulique destiné, par exemple, à être utilisé dans un outil hydraulique, comportant :
    - un corps de cylindre creux (8) logeant
    - un premier piston (14-20), premier piston qui est composé d'une première tige de piston creuse (14), laquelle s'étend à partir du corps de cylindre, et d'un premier corps de piston (20) qui y est raccordé, ledit corps de cylindre et ledit premier corps de piston définissant une première chambre de cylindre (21) et ledit corps de cylindre, ledit premier corps de piston et ladite première tige de piston définissant une seconde chambre de cylindre(22), de même que
    - un second piston (26-25) logé dans la première tige de piston creuse (14), lequel second piston est composé d'une seconde tige de piston (26) qui s'étend à travers le premier corps de piston et qui est raccordée au corps de cylindre (8), et un second corps de piston (25) raccordé à celle-ci, ladite première tige de piston et ledit second corps de piston définissant une troisième chambre de cylindre (23) et ladite première tige de piston, ledit premier corps de piston, ladite seconde tige de piston et ledit second corps de piston définissant une quatrième chambre de cylindre (24),
    dans lequel la seconde tige de piston (26) est dotée d'au moins un alésage (27) qui s'achève dans la troisième chambre de cylindre, et dans lequel
    les chambres de cylindre (21-22-23-24) peuvent être raccordées, à une première ligne (P1) et à une seconde ligne (P2) d'alimentation, respectivement, destinées à un fluide pressurisé pour détendre et rétracter la première tige de piston (14), caractérisé en ce que une vanne au moins de commande de pression(30) est prévue, laquelle commande la fourniture de fluide pressurisé aux différentes chambres de cylindre en fonction de la différence de pression entre la première ligne d'alimentation et la seconde ligne d'alimentation en commandant une vanne actionnée par la pression (31) sur la base de la différence de pression entre la première ligne d'alimentation et la seconde ligne d'alimentation, d'une manière telle que, lorsque la pression provoquée par la résistance de charge pendant la course vers l'extérieur / vers l'intérieur du premier piston est inférieure au niveau de pression prédéterminé, la vanne commandée par la pression accédera à une première/seconde position extrême, et lorsque la pression provoquée par la résistance de charge est supérieure au niveau de pression prédéterminé, la vanne actionnée par la pression accédera à une position centrale.
  2. Vérin hydraulique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la vanne actionnée par la pression, placée dans sa position centrale, met les première et troisième chambres de cylindre en communication avec la première ligne d'alimentation et les deuxième et quatrième chambres de cylindre en communication avec la seconde ligne d'alimentation.
  3. Vérin hydraulique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que dans les première (X) et seconde (Y) positions extrêmes, les première, deuxième, troisième et quatrième chambres de cylindre peuvent être placées en communication avec la première et/ou la seconde ligne d'alimentation.
  4. Vérin hydraulique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque la pression provoquée par la résistance de charge est inférieure au niveau de pression prédéterminé à la fois pendant la course vers l'extérieur et pendant la course vers l'intérieur de la première tige de piston, la vitesse de déplacement de la première tige de piston sera élevée et la force de ladite tige de piston sera faible, et lorsque la pression entraînée par la résistance de charge est plus élevée que le niveau de pression prédéterminé à la fois pendant la course vers l'extérieur et pendant la course vers l'intérieur de la première tige de piston, la vitesse de déplacement de la première tige de piston sera faible et la force de ladite tige de piston sera élevée.
  5. Vérin hydraulique selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la vanne actionnée par la pression met les deuxième, troisième et quatrième chambres de cylindre en communication avec la seconde ligne d'alimentation dans sa première position extrême.
  6. Vérin hydraulique selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la vanne actionnée par la pression place les première, deuxième, troisième et quatrième chambres de cylindre en communication avec la première ligne d'alimentation dans sa première position extrême.
  7. Vérin hydraulique selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la vanne actionnée par la pression met la troisième chambre de cylindre et au moins la deuxième chambre de cylindre en communication avec la seconde ligne d'alimentation dans sa seconde position extrême.
  8. Vérin hydraulique selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la vanne actionnée par la pression met la quatrième chambre de cylindre en communication avec la seconde ligne d'alimentation dans sa seconde position extrême.
  9. Vérin hydraulique selon l'une quelconque ou davantage des revendications précédentes 1 à 5, 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que ladite seconde chambre de cylindre et ladite quatrième chambre de cylindre sont en communication directe l'une avec l'autre.
  10. Vérin hydraulique selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite deuxième chambre de cylindre et ladite quatrième chambre de cylindre sont en communication l'une avec l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une ouverture (28) formée dans la première tige de piston.
  11. Vérin hydraulique selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la seconde tige de piston est pourvue d'un alésage supplémentaire qui s'achève dans la quatrième chambre de cylindre.
  12. Vérin hydraulique selon l'une quelconque ou davantage des revendications précédentes 1 à 5, ou 7 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les deuxième et troisième chambres de cylindre sont, chacune, en communication avec un réservoir de stockage (35) destiné au fluide par l'intermédiaire d'une soupape de retenue (36-37).
  13. Vérin hydraulique selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de retenue destinée à la troisième chambre est une soupape de retenue actionnée par la pression.
  14. Vérin hydraulique selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de retenue destinée à la troisième ligne d'alimentation est une soupape de retenue qui est actionnée par la vanne de commande de pression.
