Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schrank, insbesondere Sicherheitsschrank, Laborschrank oder dergleichen, mit einer als Flügeltür aus zumindest zwei Türflügeln ausgebildeten Schranktür, wobei ein erster Türflügel am Schrankkörper ortsfest angelenkt und ausschwenkbar ist und ein zweiter Türflügel mittels zumindest eines Gelenkhebels an den ersten Türflügel angelenkt ist und mittels eines türrückseitigen Schwenkhebels in einem ortsfest ausgebildeten Schwenkpunkt hinter dem ersten Türflügel im Schrankkörperbereich angelenkt ist, und wobei die in Schließstellung fluchtenden Türflügel nach Verschwenken in Offenstellung in einer Parallellage nebeneinander liegen.
- Im Rahmen der Erfindung kann es sich um einen Schrank aus Holzwerkstoffen, Metallen, Kunststoffen, mineralischen Werkstoffen oder Kombinationen aus diesen Materialien, auch um einen Umweltschrank, Werkzeugschrank, Kleiderschrank oder dergleichen handeln.
- Es sind Schränke bekannt, bei denen die Schranktür als Flügeltür oder Falttür ausgebildet ist. Bei den Ausführungsformen mit Flügeltüren ist unbefriedigend, dass die geöffnete Tür mehr als die halbe Türbreite einnimmt, wenn man vor dem Schrank steht
- Der gattungsbildende Stand der Technik entsprechend der
DE 201 21 033 U1 befasst sich mit einer Scharniervorrichtung für mindestens zwei übereinander angeordnete Klappen insbesondere für Möbel. Beidseitig der Klappen finden sich Steuerrollen, die in vertikalen Führungen geführt sind. Die Steuerrollen sind vorteilhaft als Zahnräder ausgebildet, während die Führungen an den Seiten der klappen Zahnstangen darstellen. Die Scharniere weisen mehrere Gelenkarme auf, die sich zum Teil kreuzen. An jeder Seite der Klappen ist an mindestens einem Kreuzungspunkt zweiter Gelenkarme eine der Steuerrollen gelagert. Das bedingt einen relativ komplizierten mechanischen Aufbau. Im übrigen genügt der bekannte Schrank sicherheitstechnischen Anforderungen kaum. - Der Erfindung liegt das technische Problem zugrunde, einen Schrank, insbesondere Sicherheitsschrank, Laborschrank oder dergleichen, der eingangs beschriebenen Ausführungsform so weiterzuentwickeln, bei dem die Schranktür als Flügeltür zu öffnen ist, jedoch nach dem Öffnen nur die halbe Türbreite einnimmt, wenn man vor dem Schrank steht.
- Zur Lösung dieser technischen Problemstellung lehrt die Erfindung bei einem gattungsgemäßen Schrank, dass im Bereich der Oberseite und Unterseite der Türflügel jeweils ein Gelenkhebel angelenkt ist, wobei der Gelenkhebel mit endseitigen Gelenkpunkten einer türforderseitig in dem dem zweiten Türflügel zugeordneten Falzbereich des ersten Türflügels und andererseits türrückseitig im mittleren Bereich des zweiten Türflügels angelenkt ist.
- Diese Maßnahmen der Erfindung haben zunächst einmal zur Folge, dass gleichsam eine Kaskadentür verwirklicht wird, jedenfalls die als Flügeltür ausgebildete Schranktür wie eine Falttür nach dem Öffnen nur noch die halbe Türbreite einnimmt, wenn man vor dem Schrank steht. Außerdem gleiten die beiden Türflügel im Zuge der Öffnungsbewegung gleichsam aneinander vorbei und nehmen nach ihrem Verschwenken um ca. 90° bis in die Offenstellung schließlich die Parallellage ein.
- Dabei ist aus Stabilitätsgründen sowohl im Bereich der Oberseite als auch im Bereich der Unterseite der Türflügel jeweils der eine Gelenkhebel angelenkt.
- Weiter lehrt eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung, dass der Schwenkhebel türrückseitig in dem dem ersten Türflügel zugeordneten Falzbereich des zweiten Türflügels von dem zweiten Türflügel in Schrägstellung zu seinem ortsfesten Schwenkpunkt hin abzweigt. Der Schwenkhebel steht in starrer Verbindung mit dem zweiten Türflügel, bildet also in konstruktiver Hinsicht gleichsam eine Baueinheit mit dem zweiten Türflügel. Auch in diesem Fall ist aus Stabilitätsgründen vorgesehen, dass im Bereich der Oberseite und Unterseite der Türflügel jeweils ein Schwenkhebel angeordnet ist, deren Schwenkpunkte sich im Schrankdecken- und -bodenbereich befinden können.
- Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand einer lediglich ein Ausführungsbeispiel darstellenden Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Fig. 2 in Offenstellung. - In den Figuren ist ein Sicherheitsschrank 1 mit einer als Flügeltür aus zumindest zwei Türflügeln 2a, 2b ausgebildeten Schranktür dargestellt, wobei ein erster Türflügel 2a über ein oder mehrere Scharniere 3 ortsfest am Schrankkörper 4 angelenkt sowie ausschwenkbar ist und ein zweiter Türflügel 2b an dem ersten Türflügel 2a angelenkt ist. Der zweite Türflügel 2b ist mittels zumindest eines Gelenkhebels 5 an dem ersten Türflügel 2a angelenkt und mittels eines türrückseitigen Schwenkhebels 6 in einem ortsfesten Schwenkpunkt 7 hinter dem ersten Türflügel 2a im Schrankkörperbereich angelenkt. Die in Schließstellung fluchtenden Türflügel 2a, 2b liegen nach Verschwenken um ca. 90° bis in die Offenstellung in einer Parallellage nebeneinander. Der Gelenkhebel 5 ist mit endseitigen Gelenkpunkten 8a, 8b einerseits türvorderseitig in dem dem zweiten Türflügel 2b zugeordneten Falzbereich des ersten Türflügels 2a und andererseits türrückseitig im mittleren Bereich des zweiten Türflügels 2b angelenkt. Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel ist sowohl im Bereich der Oberseite als auch der Unterseite der Türflügel 2a, 2b jeweils ein Gelenkhebel 5 angelenkt. - Der Schwenkhebel 6 zweigt türrückseitig in dem dem ersten Türflügel 2a zugeordneten Falzbereich von dem zweiten Türflügel 2b in Schrägstellung zu seinem ortsfesten Schwenkpunkt 7 hin ab. Auch in diesem Fall ist im Bereich der Oberseite und Unterseite der Türflügel 2a, 2b jeweils ein Schwenkhebel 6 angeordnet.
Claims (3)
- Schrank, insbesondere Sicherheitsschrank (1), Laborschrank, Umweltschrank, Werkzeugschrank, Kleiderschrank oder dergleichen, mit einer als Flügeltür aus zumindest zwei Türflügeln (2a, 2b) ausgebildeten Schranktür, wobei ein erster Türflügel (2a) am Schrankkörper (4) angelenkt und ausschwenkbar ist und ein zweiter Türflügel (2b) mittels zumindest eines Gelenkhebels (5) an dem ersten Türflügel (2a) angelenkt ist und mittels eines türrückseitigen Schwenkhebels (6) in einem ortsfest ausgebildeten Schwenkpunkt (7) hinter dem ersten Türflügel (2a) im Schrankkörperbereich angelenkt ist, und wobei die in Schließstellung fluchtenden Türflügel (2a, 2b) nach Verschwenken in Offenstellung in einer Parallellage nebeneinander liegen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet dass- im Bereich der Oberseite und Unterseite der Türflügel (2a, 2b) jeweils ein Gelenkhebel (5) angelenkt ist, wobei- der Gelenkhebel (5) mit endseitigen Gelenkpunkten (8a, 8b) einerseits türvorderseitig in dem den zweiten Türflügel (2b) zugeordneten Falzbereich des ersten Türflügels (2a) und andererseits türrückseitig im mittleren Bereich des zweiten Türflügels (2b) angelenkt ist. - Schrank nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkhebel (6) türrückseitig in dem den ersten Türflügel (2a) zugeordneten Falzbereich von dem zweiten Türflügel (2b) in Schrägstellung zu seinem ortsfesten Schwenkpunkt (7) hin abzweigt.
- Schrank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Oberseite und Unterseite des zweiten Türflügels (2b) jeweils ein Schwenkhebel (6) angeordnet ist.
