Claims (14)
- Bohrschnecke mit einem Bohrrohr (2), an dem unter Ausbildung zumindest eines Wendelganges (6, 6') entlang dem Bohrrohr (2) zumindest eine Wendel (4, 4') angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass am Bohrrohr (2) eine Sperreinrichtung zum Sperren des Wendelganges (6, 6') vorgesehen ist. - Bohrschnecke nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass die Sperreinrichtung zum Sperren des Wendelganges (6, 6') in einem unteren Bereich der Wendel (4, 4') ausgebildet ist. - Bohrschnecke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass die Sperreinrichtung zumindest ein Verschlusselement (30, 30', 40) aufweist, das aus einer Öffnungsposition am Bohrrohr (2) in eine Sperrposition im Wendelgang (6) verstellbar ist. - Bohrschnecke nach Anspruch 3 ,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass das Verschlusselement (30, 30') zum Verstellen in die Sperrposition am Bohrrohr (2) in einer Radialrichtung des Bohrrohres (2) verfahrbar ist. - Bohrschnecke nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass das Verschlusselement (40) zum Verstellen in die Sperrposition um eine bevorzugt radial zum Bohrrohr (2) verlaufende Schwenkachse (41) verschwenkbar ist. - Bohrschnecke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass das Bohrrohr (2) axial mehrteilig mit mindestens zwei vorzugsweise wendelbelegten Rohrteilen (11, 12) ausgebildet ist, die zum Sperren des Wendelganges (6, 6') axial gegeneinander verschiebbar sind. - Bohrschnecke nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet ,dass ein erstes Rohrteil (11) eine Bohrspitze (14) aufweist unddass das erste Rohrteil (11) gegenüber einem zweiten Rohrteil (12) verschiebbar ist, welches einen Schaft des Bohrrohres (2) aufweist. - Bohrschnecke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass am Bohrrohr (2) zumindest eine Durchgangsöffnung (20) zum Einleiten einer Flüssigkeit in den Boden vorgesehen ist. - Verfahren zum Erstellen einer Gründungssäule im Boden, bei demeine Bohrschnecke, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, mit einem Bohrrohr (2), welches unter Ausbildung zumindest eines Wendelganges (6, 6') mit zumindest einer Wendel (4, 4') belegt ist, in den Boden eingebracht wird, unddie Bohrschnecke nach Erreichen einer Endtiefe in einer Abwärtsförderrichtung gedreht und dabei mit dem wendelbelegten Bohrrohr (2) ein Bodenzusatzmaterial in den Boden gefördert wird, wobei der Wendelgang (6, 6') für einen Durchgang des Bodenzusatzmaterials gesperrt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der Wendelgang (6, 6') in einem unteren Bereich der Wendel (4, 4') gesperrt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass die Bohrschnecke beim Einbringen in den Boden in Abwärtsförderrichtung gedreht wird oder drehungsmäßig stillsteht. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass bereits beim Einbringen der Bohrschnecke in den Boden mit dieser Bodenzusatzmaterial in den Boden gefördert wird, wobei der Wendelgang (6, 6') gesperrt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass bei einem Ziehen der Bohrschnecke der Wendelgang (6, 6') entsperrt wird und die Bohrschnecke insbesondere weiterhin in Abwärtsförderrichtung gedreht wird. - Bohrgerät, insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, miteiner Bohrschnecke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,einem Drehantrieb zum Drehen der Bohrschnecke zumindest in Abwärtsförderrichtung undeinem Vorschubantrieb zum axialen Vorschieben des Bohrrohres im Boden.
