Description
- Fig. 1 die vereinfacht dargestellte Ansicht einer Anlage zum automatischen Verschliessen von Metalleimern mittels eines Spannringes, bei welcher das erfindungsgemässe Werkzeug einsetzbar ist,
- Fig. 2 eine vereinfachte Perspektivdarstellung des Werkzeugs ohne Antrieb und Steuerung, mit daruntergeschobenem Eimer,
- Fig. 3 eine Perspektivdarstellung des kompletten Werkzeuges und
- Fig. 4 das gleiche Werkzeug in einer anderen Phase des Arbeitsvorganges.
Claims (13)
- Werkzeug zum halb- oder vollautomatischen Verschliessen eines Behälters (E) von kreisförmigem oder ovalem Querschnitt mit einem Deckel (D) mittels eines ein Spannringschloss mit einem Verschlussgriff (27) aufweisenden Spannringes (S), der im geschlossenen Zustand die Randpartien des oberen Randes des Behälters (E) und des Deckels (D) übergreift und den Deckel dadurch auf dem Behälterrand hält, gekennzeichnet durcheine heb- und absenkbar angeordnete Grundplatte (6), an deren Peripherie Halteorgane (16) auf dem Umfang eines Kreises angeordnet sind, der mindestens annnähernd der Form des geöffneten und entspannten Spannringes (S) entspricht,eine mit einem Rotationsantrieb (11,25,24) gekoppelte Drehvorrichtung (7), die an der Grundplatte (6) zentrisch so geführt ist, dass sie relativ zur Grundplatte eine freie, begrenzte Höhenverstellung ausführen kann und die ferner an ihrer Unterseite mit Halteorganen zum Festhalten des Behälterdeckels (D) versehen ist undeine an der Grundplatte (6) drehbar gelagerte und mit einem Rotationsantrieb versehene Verschliessvorrichtung (8), die mit einem ortsfest an der Grundplatte (6) angeordneten Anschlag (21) zusammenwirkt, um den Spannring (S) zu öffnen und zu schliessen,das Ganze derart, dass die Antriebe (10, 11, 12) der Grundplatte (6), der Drehvorrichtung (7) und der Schliessvorrichtung (8) so auf einander abgestimmt sind,dass der mit dem geschlossenen Spannring (S) lose auf dem oberen Rand des Behälters (E) aufliegende Deckel (D) durch die Halteorgane (16) der Drehvorrichtung (7) zunächst vom oberen Behälterrand abgehoben, dann bis zum Anstehen des Verschlussgriffes (27) am Anschlag (21) gedreht, anschliessend durch ein Absenken von Grundplatte (6) und Drehvorrichtung (7) auf den Behälterrand gedrückt und der Spannringverschluss durch die Verschliessvorrichtung (8) geöffnet wird, und dass ferner der die Hub- und Senkbewegung bewirkende Antrieb (10) der Grundplatte (6) so ausgelegt ist, dass die Grundplatte (6) mit der Drehvorrichtung (7) nach dem Öffnen des Spannringes (S) einen Entlastungshub nach oben ausführt und damit den Spannring freigibt, der dann über den Ringwulst des Behälterrandes geschoben und schliesslich mittels der Verschliessvorrichtung (8) geschlossen werden kann.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteorgane der Grundplatte (6) Dauermagnete (16) sind, die an über den Plattenrand hinausragenden Haltefingern (15) befestigt sind.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Magnete (16) kreiszylindrisch ausgebildet und in Bohrungen der Haltefinger (15) verankert sind.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Haltefinger (15) in Einfräsungen (14) der Grundplatte (6) radial verschiebbar gelagert und so an den Umfang des zu verwendenden Spannringes (S) anpassbar sind.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehvorrichtung (7) eine kreisförmige, dem Durchmesser des Behälterdeckels (D) angepasste Scheibe ist, deren Halteorgane als Dauermagnete ausgebildet und an der Unterseite der Scheibe angeordnet sind.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschliessvorrichtung (8) einen am Rand der Grundplatte (6) ortsfest angeordneten Anschlag (21) und eine an einem über den Rand der Grundplatte (6) hinausragenden Haltefinger (18) gelenkig gelagerte Kurbel (17) aufweist, die an ihrem freien Ende Mitnehmerorgane (19, 20) für den Verschlussgriff (27) des Spannringschlosses trägt.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (21) so positioniert ist, dass die geometrische Achse (29) der Kurbel (17) mit der geometrischen Achse (31) des Verschlussgriffes (27) zusammenfällt, wenn der Verschlussgriff (27) des Spannring-schlosses am Anschlag (21) ansteht.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mitnehmerorgan (19, 20) für den Verschlussgriff (27) aus einer Greifbacke (19) und einem Mitnehmerstift (20) besteht und dass diese so angeordnet sind, dass der am Anschlag (21) anstehende Griff (27) des Spannringschlosses zwischen Greifbacke (19) und Mitnehmerstift (20) hineinragt und bei deren Bewegung zwangsläufig mitgenommen wird.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch Steuerkurven (10, 11, 12) zur Steuerung der Hub- und Senkbewegung der Grundplatte (6) sowie der Drehbewegungen von Dreh- und Schliessvorrichtung (7,8).
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerimpulse der beiden Steuerkurven (11,12) für die Drehbewegungen von Drehvorrichtung (7) und Schliessvorrichtung (8) mittels Zahnstangen (25,23) und Ritzeln (24,22) übertragen werden.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hub- und Senkbewegung der Grundplatte (6) sowie die Drehbewegungen von Dreh- und Schliessvorrichtung (7,8)über pneumatische Steuerzylinder betätigbar sind.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hub- und Senkbewegung der Grundplatte (6) sowie die Drehbewegungen von Drehvorrichtung (7) und Schliessvorrichtung (8) über elektrische Motoren betätigbar sind.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mit leicht lösbaren Mitteln, vorzugsweise Schrauben, an einer Konsole (5) befestigt und damit nach Bedarf, je nach dem Durchmesser der zu verschliessenden Behälter, auswechselbar ist.
