Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum stirnseitigen Bearbeiten eines eine Negativform für einen Gerinneast eines Schachtbodengerinnes bildenden Profilstückes aus thermoplastischem Schaumstoff, das formschlüssig an einen Profilstrang für das Hauptgerinne ansetzbar ist, mit einem Tisch zur Aufnahme des zu bearbeitenden Profilstückes und mit einem entlang einer vorgegebenen, ebenen Bahn bewegbaren Träger für einen in einer Ebene entlang eines Profils verlaufenden, gekrümmten Heizdraht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (5) entlang einer dem Achsverlauf des Profilstranges für das Hauptgerinne entsprechenden Bahn bewegbar ist, daß der Heizdraht (4) einen der Umrißform des Profilstranges für das Hauptgerinne entsprechenden Verlauf aufweist und daß der um eine zur Bahnebene senkrechte Achse drehbar gelagerte Träger (5) im Sinne einer stets senkrechten Ausrichtung der Heizdrahtebene gegenüber der Bahn des Trägers (5) drehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (5) in einem Kreuzschlitten (24) drehbar gelagert und mit einem über eine Steuereinrichtung in Abhängigkeit von der Bewegung des Kreuzschlittens (24) ansteuerbaren Drehantrieb (33) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für den Träger (5) eine Führung vorgesehen ist, die eine Kreisbogenführung (10) mit einem dem Radius des kreisbogenförmigen Abschnittes (22) des Profilstranges entsprechenden Radius für eine dazu tangential ausgerichtete Linearführung (8) umfaßt, in der der Träger (5) für den Heizdraht (4) verschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tisch (3) um eine zur Achse (12) der Kreisbogenführung (10) parallele Achse (19) schwenkverstellbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen der Achse (12) der Kreisbogenführung (10) und der Schwenkachse (19) des Tisches (3) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwenklager (15) des Tisches (3) auf einer Verschiebeführung (17) verstellbar gelagert ist, die in Richtung eines vorgegebenen Achsenverlaufes für einen geraden Abschnitt (20) des Profilstranges verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kreisbogenführung (10) aus einem Schwenkarm (11) besteht, der die Linearführung (8) für den Träger (5) des Heizdrahtes (4) trägt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (5) mit dem Heizdraht (4) gegen einen von mehreren in einem Wechselmagazin gelagerten Trägern (5) mit Heizdrähten (4) unterschiedlicher Umrißformen auswechselbar ist.
