Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Abbremsen und Auswerfen von stabförmigem Material, mit einer Zuführeinrichtung zum kontinuierlichen Zuführen des stabförmigen Materials entlang einer Einschußlinie, mit einem Einschußkanal für das stabförmige Material und mit einer Abbremseinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das stabförmige Material (D) quer zu seiner Längsrichtung aus der Einschußlinie (X-X) mit Hilfe einer antreibbaren Einrichtung (5) förderbar ist, die einen mit der Einschußlinie (X-X) fluchtenden, als Einschußkanal dienenden Führungskanal (13) und zumindest einen weiteren Führungskanal (12, 26) zur Aufnahme des stabförmigen Materials (D) aufweist, daß zumindest eine auf zumindest eine Längsseite des zugeführten stabförmigen Materials (D) radial einwirkende, ansteuerbare Bremseinrichtung (18) und eine auf das stabförmige Material (D) koaxial einwirkende Bremseinrichtung (22) sowie eine Einrichtung zum Auswerfen des stabförmigen Materials (D) nach dem Abbremsen einzeln und seitlich quer zu seiner Längsrichtung vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Kreisbahn zum Ausfördern des stabförmigen Materials (D) aus der Einschußlinie (X-X) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung einen drehbar gelagerten (3, 4), runden, mit Hilfe einer Antriebseinrichtung (6) antreibbaren (P2) Revolver (5) aufweist, der mehrere, jeweils als Führungskanal dienende, am Umfang verteilte Führungsnuten (12, 13, 26) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsnuten (12, 13, 26) nach außen offen sind und daß zumindest ein Teil der Führungsnuten (12, 13) durch eine die Öffnung dieser Führungsnuten (12, 13) abschließende Abdeckeinrichtung (15) abgedeckt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckeinrichtung aus zumindest einem ortsfesten, koaxial zur Einschußlinie (X-X) angeordneten Abdeckrohr (15) besteht, wobei zum Auswerfen des stabförmigen Materials (D) das Abdeckrohr bzw. die Abdeckrohre (15) einen seitlichen, parallel zur Einschußlinie (X-X) verlaufenden Längsschlitz (17) aufweisen, dessen Öffnung vorzugsweise schräg nach unten weist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die radial wirkenden Bremseinrichtungen (18) zumindest je einen ansteuerbaren, ortsfest angeordneten Bremszylinder (19) aufweisen, an dessen Kolbenstange (20) ein seitlich an das stabförmige Material (D) anlegbarer Bremsklotz (21) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die koaxial wirkende Bremseinrichtung (22) aus zumindest zwei hintereinander geschalteten, vorzugsweise zusammenwirkenden Stufen besteht, wobei die in Flußrichtung (P1) gesehen erste Stufe (23, 24) eine weiche Dämpfungscharakteristik und die zweite Stufe (25) eine harte Dämpfungscharakteristik aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Stufe aus einer durch ein Federelement (24) abbremsbaren, koaxial mit der Achse des abzubremsenden Materials (D) verlaufenden Druckstange (23) und die zweite Stufe aus einem koaxial mit der Achse des abzubremsenden Materials (D) verlaufenden, einstellbaren Stoßdämpfer (25) besteht, wobei die Druckstange (23) koaxial auf den Stoßdämpfer (25) einwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Auskämmen des abgebremsten, stabförmigen Materials (D) aus dem Führungskanal (26) zumindest eine auf die Längsseite des stabförmigen Materials (D) wirkende, ortsfeste Ablösekante (28) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Auswerfen des abgebremsten, stabförmigen Materials (D) aus dem Führungskanal (26) eine ansteuerbare Auswerfeinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das abgebremste, stabförmige Material (D) entlang zumindest einer ortsfesten Auswurfschräge (27) auswerfbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Revolver (5) entlang der Einschußlinie (X-X) durch mehrere Stützrollen (9) abstützbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Abstimmen der Drehbewegung (P2) des Revolvers (5) an die Produktionsgeschwindigkeit der vorgeschalteten Zuführeinrichtung eine entsprechende Steuereinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die außerdem die Bewegungen der Bremseinrichtungen (18) und einer etwaigen Auswerfeinrichtung steuert.
