Claims (15)
- Hitzeschild an einer Tragstruktur (50) zum Schutz der Tragstruktur (50) und/oder einer die Tragstruktur (50) umfassenden oder mit der Tragstruktur (50) verbundenen Wand gegen ein heißes Medium, welcher eine Anzahl an der Tragstruktur (50) befestigter Hitzeschildelemente (10) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hitzeschildelemente (10) mittels einer formschlüssigen Verbindung (24, 52) an der Tragstruktur (50) fixiert sind.
- Hitzeschild nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Hitzeschildelemente (10) jeweils eine der Tragstruktur (50) zuzuwendende Kaltseite (14) aufweisen und jeweils kaltseitig mindestens einen Profilfuß (24) mit Profilflächen (26), welche erste Wirkflächen für die formschlüssige Verbindung darstellen, besitzen, unddie Tragstruktur (50) mindestens eine Profilnut (52) mit Profilflächen (54) aufweist, wobei die Profilflächen (54) der Profilnut (52) zweite Wirkflächen für die formschlüssige Verbindung darstellen und zusammen mit den Profilflächen (26) des Profilfußes (24) Wirkflächenpaare für den Formschluss bilden.
- Hitzeschild nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das heiße Medium ein strömendes heißes Medium ist und sich die Profilflächen (54) der Profilnut (52) senkrecht zur Strömungsrichtung des heißen Mediums erstrecken.
- Hitzeschild nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wirkflächen (26, 54) des Profilfußes(24) und/oder der mindestens einen Profilnut (52) mit einer reibungsvermindernden Beschichtung versehen sind.
- Hitzeschild nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die reibungsvermindernde Beschichtung eine Teflon-Beschichtung ist.
- Hitzeschildelement, insbesondere zum Aufbau eines Hitzeschildes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, mit einer Kaltseite (14), welche einer das Hitzeschildelement (10) haltenden Tragstruktur (50) zuzuwenden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass kaltseitig mindestens ein Profilfuß (24) mit Profilflächen (26), welche erste Wirkflächen für eine formschlüssige Verbindung mit der Tragstruktur (50) darstellen, vorhanden ist.
- Hitzeschildelement nach Anspruch 6, insbesondere zum Aufbau eines Hitzeschildes nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilflächen (26) derart am Profilfuß (24) angeordnet sind, dass sie sich nach dem Befestigen an der Tragstruktur (50) senkrecht zur Strömungsrichtung des heißen Mediums erstrecken.
- Hitzeschildelement nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Kaltseite (14) mit einer dem heißen Medium zuzuwendenden Heißseite (12) verbindende Umfangsflächen (16, 18) besitzt, wobei in denjenigen Umfangsflächen (16), die sich nach dem Befestigen an der Tragstruktur (50) senkrecht zur Strömungsrichtung des heißen Mediums erstrecken, Nuten (20) vorhanden sind, die das Hitzeschildelement (10) in einen Schildteil (22) und den Profilfuß (24) unterteilen.
- Hitzeschildelement nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilflächen (26) eine reibungsvermindernde Beschichtung aufweisen.
- Hitzeschildelement nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die reibungsvermindernde Beschichtung eine TeflonBeschichtung ist.
- Tragstruktur für einen Hitzeschild zum Halten von Hitzeschildelementen (10) an einer gegen ein heißes Medium zu schützenden Wand mit mindestens einer Profilflächen (54) aufweisenden Profilnut (52), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilflächen (54) Wirkflächen zum Herstellen einer formschlüssigen Verbindung mit Wirkflächen (26) der Hitzeschildelemente (10) bilden.
- Tragstruktur nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das heiße Medium ein strömendes heißes Medium ist und sich die Profilnut (52) senkrecht zur Strömungsrichtung des heißen Mediums erstreckt.
- Tragstruktur nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilflächen (54) eine reibungsvermindernde Beschichtung aufweisen.
- Hitzeschildelement nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die reibungsvermindernde Beschichtung eine TeflonBeschichtung ist.
- Tragstruktur nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Profilnut (52) eine Einfädelstelle (60) zum Einführen von Profilfüßen (24) von Hitzeschildelementen (10) in die jeweilige Profilnut (52) aufweist.
