Zum Öffnen selbst wird die Grifflasche 9, welche sich in der äußeren Lage 2 befindet, angefasst, und in Richtung des Pfeiles F1 gezogen. Durch die erzeugte Anreißkraft wird die Verbundhaftung zwischen den Lagen 2 und 3 überwunden, sodass die äußere Lage 2 ganz oder teilweise von der darunter liegenden Lage 3 abgezogen werden kann. Damit bei diesem Öffnungsvorgang das Deckelelement 1 tatsächlich partiell abgeschält, d.h. gepeelt werden kann, liegt die Verbundhaftung zwischen der äußeren Lage 2 und der inneren Lage 3 in einem Bereich von 0,2 bis 4,5 N/15 mm (gemessen nach DIN EN 28510-1 "Schälprüfung für flexibel/starr geklebte Proben").The
Um die durchschnittliche Schälkraft, welche eine Kenngröße für die Verbundhaftung einerseits zwischen dem Behälterrand 8 und der inneren Lage 3 sowie anderseits zwischen der äußeren Lage 2 und der inneren Lage 3 ist, messen zu können, werden zur Durchführung der Schälprüfung Proben der Verbundpartner, nämlich Behältermaterial und innere Lage 3 einerseits sowie innere Lage 3 und äußere Lage 2 andererseits, in Form von Teilverbunden hergestellt. Somit besteht erfindungsgemäß ein Teilverbund aus dem Behältermaterial 7, der heißsiegelbaren Schicht 5 und der inneren Lage 3 und der zweite Teilverbund aus der inneren Lage 3, der kaltsiegelbaren Schicht 4 und der äußeren Lage 2. Aus diesen Teilverbunden werden für die Schälprüfung in Laufrichtung 15 mm breite und ca. 300 mm lange Streifen geschnitten. Anschließend werden die Verbundpartner an den Enden der Proben von Hand voneinander getrennt, damit die freien Enden in die Klemmeinrichtung des Zugprüfgerätes, beispielsweise eines der Fa. Zwick, eingespannt werden können. Bei einer Abzugsgeschwindigkeit von 100 mm/min, einer Einspannlänge von max. 50 mm und einem Abzugswinkel von 90° erfolgt die weitere Prüfung. Das Messergebnis bzw. der Verlauf der Schälfestigkeit (Verbundhaftung) wird entweder am Zugprüfgerät abgelesen oder mit dem Diagrammschreiber aufgezeichnet. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass sich durch die unterschiedliche Einstellung der Verbundhaftung zwischen den Lagen 2 und 3 des erfindungsgemäßen deckelförmig ausgestanzten Elementes einerseits und jener Verbundhaftung zwischen dem Behälterrand 8 und der Deckelelementoberfläche 3, ein Öffnungsmechanismus gezielt derart einleiten läßt, dass die Lagen 2, 3 des Deckelelementes 1 ganz oder teilwiese voneinander abgezogen werden können. - Element (1) which is stamped out in a lid form for sealing containers (7) for microwave dishes, comprising a first outer layer (2) and a second inner layer (3) which are connected to each other by a cold-sealing layer (4) via their side surfaces (2', 3') which are orientated towards each other, the second inner layer (3) being provided with a heat-sealable layer (5) on the side thereof which is orientated towards the container, and the interlayer adhesion between outer layer (2) and inner layer (3) being less than that between the inner layer (3) and the container edge (8) and the second inner layer (3) having predetermined breaking points (10),
characterised in that the predetermined breaking points (10) are produced in the form of scorings, through which vapours which possibly are produced during heating of microwave dishes can escape. - Element which is stamped out in a lid form according to claim 1,
characterised in that the interlayer adhesion between outer layer (2) and inner layer (3) is between 0.2 to 4.5 N/15 mm, measured according to DIN EN 28510-1. - Element which is stamped out in a lid form according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the interlayer adhesion between the inner layer (3) and the container edge (8) is greater than/equal to 5 N/15 mm, measured according to DIN EN 28510-1.
- Element which is stamped out in a lid form according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the outer layer (2) and the inner layer (3) are present as mono- and/or composite materials.
- Element which is stamped out in a lid form according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the outer layer (2) is a metal foil, preferably an aluminium foil.
- Element which is stamped out in a lid form according to claim 5,
characterised in that the outer layer (2) is provided with an imprint. - Element which is stamped out in a lid form according to claim 6,
characterised in that the imprint is rough on the surface. - Element which is stamped out in a lid form according to claim 7,
characterised in that the imprint which is rough on the surface is present in the form of geometrically disposed spacers. - Element which is stamped out in a lid form according to one of the claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the inner layer (3) comprises plastic materials.

characterised in that the plastic materials are selected from the group polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, polyacrylate, polyamide or polystyrene. - Element which is stamped out in a lid form according to one of the claims 1 to 10, characterised in that inner layer (3) includes at least one layer made of paper.
- Element which is stamped out in a lid form according to one of the claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the heat-sealable layer (5) is rough on the surface.
- Element which is stamped out in a lid form according to claim 12,
characterised in that the surface roughness is formed according to geometrically disposed spacers (6). - Element which is stamped out in a lid form according to one of the claims 1 to 13, characterised in that, in at least one layer (2, 3), a bond-free region in the form of an opening aid, preferably a gripping tab (9, 9'), is provided.
