A sealing or closure label incorporating a cover foil (1) for sealing over two relatively moveable objects (2, 3) in such a manner that a first region (4) of the sealing or closure label adheres to one (2) of the two objects (2, 3) and a second region (5) of the sealing or closure label adheres to the other one (3) of the two objects (2, 3) whereby the cover foil (1) is removable in at least one of the two regions (4, 5) and the process of removal produces an optical alteration in the sealing or closure label, characterised in that the sealing or closure label comprises at least one lower foil section (6, 6a) which is arranged exclusively in the first (4) or exclusively in the second (5) region, in that at least one ink film (7, 7a) is arranged between the at least one lower foil section (6, 6a) and the cover foil (1) whereby said ink film adheres to the cover foil (1) with a first adhesive force and to the at least one lower foil section (6, 6a) with a second adhesive force, and in that there are provided adhesive force adjusting means (8, 8a, 12, 12a) for locally adjusting the ratio between the first and the second adhesive force.
2. A sealing or closure label in accordance with Claim 1, characterised in that the at least one ink film (7, 7a) is produced by printing.
3. A sealing or closure label in accordance with Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the adhesive force adjusting means comprise a non-stick lacquer (8, 8a) which is applied in places.
4. A sealing or closure label in accordance with any of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the adhesive force adjusting means (12, 12a) comprise a bonding agent which is applied in places.
5. A sealing or closure label in accordance with Claim 3 or 4, characterised in that the adhesive force adjusting means (12, 12a) are applied by printing.
6. A sealing or closure label in accordance with any of Claims 1 - 5, characterised in that the adhesive force adjusting means (12, 12a) are in the form of a character.
7. A sealing or closure label in accordance with any of Claims 1 - 6, characterised in that the at least one lower foil section (6, 6a) is coated with adhesive (10, 10a) on the surface thereof remote from the cover foil (1).
8. A sealing or closure label in accordance with Claim 7, characterised in that the adhesive (10, 10a) is an adhesive which is separable from the object (2, 3).
9. A sealing or closure label in accordance with any of Claims 1 - 8, characterised in that the cover foil (1) comprises an adhesive coating (9) on the surface thereof facing the at least one lower foil section (6, 6a).
10. A sealing or closure label in accordance with Claims 7 and 9, characterised in that the adhesive force of the adhesive coating (9) is less than the adhesive force of the adhesive (10, 10a) on the respective object (2, 3).
11. A sealing or closure label in accordance with any of Claims 1 - 10, characterised in that the adhesive force adjusting means (8, 8a, 12, 12a) and the at least one ink film (7, 7a) are arranged on the at least one lower foil section (6, 6a).
12. A sealing or closure label in accordance with any of Claims 1 - 11, characterised in that a respective lower foil section (6, 6a) is provided in both the first (4) and in the second region (5).
13. A sealing or closure label in accordance with any of Claims 1 - 12, characterised in that the at least one lower foil section (6, 6a) comprises security stampings (17) which cause the lower foil section (6, 6a) to tear when the at least one lower foil section (6, 6a) adhering to an object (2, 3) is removed.
14. A sealing or closure label in accordance with any of Claims 1 - 13, characterised in that the at least one lower foil section (6, 6a) comprises stampings (14) which enable the at least one lower foil section (6, 6a) adhering to an object (2, 3) to be removed in only one direction and cause the lower foil section (6, 6a) to tear if an attempt is made to remove it another direction.
15. A sealing or closure label in accordance with any of Claims 1 - 14, characterised in that the cover foil (1) is transparent.
16. A sealing or closure label in accordance with Claim 15, characterised in that the cover foil (1) is tinted or printed with a non-opaque ink.
17. A sealing or closure label in accordance with any of Claims 1 - 16, characterised in that the cover foil (1) is coated with a tinted adhesive.
18. A sealing or closure label in accordance with any of Claims 1 - 17, characterised in that the at least one ink film (7, 7a) comprises a dark and/or opaque ink.
19. A sealing or closure label in accordance with any of Claims 1 - 18, characterised in that the at least one lower foil section (6, 6a) has a tint which contrasts with the ink of the ink film (7, 7a).
20. A sealing or closure label in accordance with any of Claims 1 - 19, characterised in that the cover foil (1) comprises an adhesive-free edge which serves as a graspable flap (11).
21. A sealing or closure label in accordance with any of Claims 1 - 20, characterised in that it comprises a temperature indicator (20) which responds irreversibly to heat.
22. A sealing or closure label in accordance with any of Claims 1 - 21, characterised in that at least one portion of the adhesive force adjusting means (8, 8a, 12, 12a) and the ink film (7, 7a) are arranged on the cover foil (1).
23. A sealing or closure label in accordance with any of Claims 1 - 22, characterised in that the lower foil section (6, 6a) comprises a foil (22), adhesive force adjusting means (24) arranged on the foil (22), an ink film (23) and a layer of contact adhesive (10a).
24. A sealing or closure label in accordance with any of Claims 1 - 22, characterised in that the lower foil section (6, 6a) comprises a first foil (22), a second foil (26) adhering to the first foil (22) by means of an adhesive layer (25) and a layer of contact adhesive (10a).
25. A sealing or closure label incorporating a cover foil (1) having at least two regions (4, 5) of which a first region (4) of the sealing or closure label covers a first part or object (2) and a second region (5) of the sealing or closure label covers a second part or object (3) whereby the cover foil (1) is removable in at least one of the two regions (4, 5) and the process of removal produces an optical alteration in the sealing or closure label, characterised in that the sealing or closure label comprises at least one lower foil section (6, 6a) which is arranged exclusively in the first (4) or exclusively in the second (5) region, in that at least one ink film (7, 7a) is arranged between the at least one lower foil section (6, 6a) and the cover foil (1) whereby said ink film adheres to the cover foil (1) with a first adhesive force and to the at least one lower foil section (6, 6a) with a second adhesive force, and in that there are provided adhesive force adjusting means (8, 8a, 12, 12a) for locally adjusting the ratio between the first and the second adhesive force.
26. A sealing or closure label in accordance with Claim 25, characterised in that one of the two regions (4, 5) is arranged substantially in the centre of the sealing or closure label and is surrounded by the other one of the two regions (4, 5).
27. A sealing or closure label in accordance with Claim 25 or 26, characterised in that at least one portion of the adhesive force adjusting means (8, 8a, 12, 12a) and the ink film (7, 7a) are arranged on the cover foil (1).
