wie Gewürzen, Salz oder Pfeffer gefüllt sein können, werden kontinuierlich
mit den erfindungsgemäßen deckelförmig ausgestanzten Elementen 1 in
einem Heißsiegelprozess verschlossen. Durch Anwendung von Druck bei
erhöhter Temperatur erfolgt die Aktivierung der chemischen Verbindungen
in der heißsiegelbaren Schicht 5 derart, dass eine Verbundhaftung in
einem Bereich von größer gleich (≥) 5 N/15 mm (gemessen nach DIN EN
28510-1 "Schälprüfung für flexibel/starr geklebte Proben") zwischen dem
Deckelelement 1 und dem Behälterrand 8 erzeugt wird. Diese Verbundhaftung
bewirkt auch nach partieller Öffnung des Behälters 7, dass dieser
zumindest teilweise luftdicht verschlossen ist. Zum Öffnen selbst wird,
wie in den Fig. 1 bis 4 gezeigt, die Grifflasche 9, welche sich in der
äußeren Lage 2 befindet, angefasst, und in Richtung des Pfeiles F1
gezogen. Durch die erzeugte Anreißkraft wird die Verbundhaftung zwischen
den Lagen 2 und 3 überwunden, sodass die äußere Lage 2 ganz oder teilweise
von der darunter liegenden Lage 3 abgezogen werden kann. Damit bei
diesem Öffnungsvorgang das Deckelelement 1 tatsächlich partiell abgeschält,
d.h. gepeelt werden kann, liegt die Verbundhaftung zwischen der
äußeren Lage 2 und der inneren Lage 3 in einem Bereich von 0,2 bis 4,5
N/15 mm (gemessen nach DIN EN 28510-1 "Schälprüfung für flexibel/starr
geklebte Proben").The
Um die durchschnittliche Schälkraft, welche eine Kenngröße für die
Verbundhaftung einerseits zwischen dem Behälterrand 8 und der inneren
Lage 3 sowie anderseits zwischen der äußeren Lage 2 und der inneren Lage
3 ist, messen zu können, werden zur Durchführung der Schälprüfung Proben
der Verbundpartner, nämlich Behälter-Material und innere Lage 3 einerseits
sowie innere Lage 3 und äußere Lage 2 andererseits, in Form von
Teilverbunden hergestellt. Somit besteht erfindungsgemäß ein Teilverbund
aus dem Behälter-Material 7, der heißsiegelbaren Schicht 5 und
der inneren Lage 3 und der zweite Teilverbund aus der inneren Lage 3,
der kaltsiegelbaren Schicht 4 und der äußeren Lage 2. Aus diesen Teilverbunden
werden für die Schälprüfung in Laufrichtung 15 mm breite und
ca. 300 mm lange Streifen geschnitten. Anschließend werden die Verbundpartner
an den Enden der Proben von Hand voneinander getrennt, damit
die freien Enden in die Klemmeinreichtung des Zugprüfgerätes, beispelsweise
eines der Fa. Zwick, eingespannt werden können. Bei einer Abzugsgeschwindigkeit
von 100 mm/min, einer Einspannlänge von max. 50 mm und
einem Abzugswinkel von 90° erfolgt die weitere Prüfung. Das Meßergebnis
bzw. der Verlauf der Schälfestigkeit (Verbundhaftung) wird entweder am
Zugprüfgerät abgelesen oder mit dem Diagrammschreiber aufgezeichnet.
