Claims (7)
- Dispositif de barrière de sécurité destiné à équiper le bord d'une voie de circulation, caractérisé en ce qu'il se présente sous la forme d'une haie végétale composée de plusieurs rangées (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H), sensiblement parallèles à ladite voie de circulation (1), de plantes d'espèces diverses, dont le choix de les positionner dans une rangée plutôt que dans une autre est déterminé en fonction des caractéristiques, notamment mécaniques, desdites espèces, éventuellement amplifiées par une technique de culture appropriée, afin de faire croítre progressivement la résistance à l'enfoncement dans la haie à partir de ladite voie.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les branches de plantes sont liées à des branches de plantes voisines par le tressage desdites branches entre-elles et/ou par le liage de celles-ci par leur extrémité.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, intégré entre au moins deux rangs de plantes, un filet ou analogue (4), dont au moins la partie supérieure (41) est inclinée du côté opposé à la voie de circulation (1), et qui est destiné à être colonisé par la végétation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins deux filets ou analogues (4, 5) destinés à être colonisés par la végétation, le premier (4), qui est le plus proche de la voie de circulation (1), présente une partie inférieure (40) sensiblement verticale et une partie supérieure (41) inclinée du côté opposé à ladite voie de circulation (1), tandis que le ou les autres filets (5) sont en grande partie disposés à l'horizontale.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le ou les filets ou analogues (4, 5) sont associés à des moyens (43 ; 53) d'ancrage dans le sol, qui consistent en des piquets.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le ou les filets ou analogues (4, 5) sont réalisés en métal ou dans un matériau synthétique.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les plantes, notamment celles des rangées les plus éloignées de la voie de circulation, consistent en des plantes plantées en cépées.
